the mobile check in took so long because you couldn't input any information until you got there. there was very little instruction given ahead of time and when i went into the store i felt that the woman behind the desk was rude and not helpful. wouldn't recommend the mobile check in, which you would expect to be easy and fast.

Went in to get a 15ft truck. Got a smaller truck instead. Tried to talk to the representative Britney and she wouldn't even try to hear what I had to say. She also went into a screaming match with a customer that asked her a question about her truck return. Very poor customer service will not rent from U-Haul again. Ruben 508-991-1566

The first truck had excessive dog hair all over the seats and I am extremely allergic to pet hair so the U-Haul representative was so nice and helped me change over to the other van they had in the lot. Also, the representative that checked me out was really nice

The time limit rental is very vague when reserving. Can select any drop off time (full day if needed) without any change in fees. However, the front desk says there is a 4 hour time limit. This has happened with other Uhaul rentals in the past.

Employees could be less rude and more helpful. Being new to the U-Haul process, I needed some help and was abruptly handled with attitude and cut short when I was explaining my situation. I never complain about customer service but this made the experience pretty annoying and confusing.

Everything is excellent. Not having the access hours right now with the pandemic is challenging on weekdays with work & my two & a half hour round trip commute. That only leaves me only a half hour before or after work which Iis not enough time to unload car & load into & out of storage unit. I do appreciate the facility being open late on Friday night. That is a big help. The manager, Sherrie is great. She has great customer service skills. She is always very professional & very pleasant to talk with. Thank you.

The person who helped me check out with my reservation was very helpful, However, another employee working in the store had his nose exposed over his mask and the third employee working inside the store did not have a mask and kept his bandanna down the entire time I was in the store. He also was the person who drive the truck over to me (with his bandanna down). Per the rules in Massachusetts, all people must be masked while in public and in any stores/businesses. They were not complying with the state regulations, and I was glad I was masked and had hand sanitizer with me so I could wipe down commonly-touched surfaces in the van, and I left the van door open for a while and kept the windows down for a while on the first part of the drive after picking it up. I didn't expect to feel the need to do that. The windows in the van were filthy. I spent an hour cleaning all the windows inside and out, as well as the mirrors (interior rear-view and exterior side ones) so that I would have good visibility when driving a rented vehicle that is so much larger than my car. I had expected that the people who run this U-Haul facility would do that level of cleaning for me. On the other hand, the rest of the van was quite clean, so I was pleased about that.

Reserved a 17 feet truck a week prior to pick up date for a 9 am pick up. Checked in online the night before. Arrived at uhaul at 921 to hear that my truck had been already taken by someone else . I was stuck then to pay more money for a 26 feet truck . My credit card information were on file and I checked I. The night before so obviously I was coming . How in 20 mn can my truck be taken and absolutely no apologies on the part of worker. She was actually Very rude to me when I asked where it was written on my agreement that I had to be there exactly a 9 . Awful experience

My unit was constantly blocked by employees parking their cars in front of the roll up door.to the unit I rented. The employees were unhelpful when I went into the office to end my rental. They were nowhere to be found myself and 2 other patrons waited for 20 min and nobody ever came to the desk.SO I was billed for not telling anyone i was vacating.

I was meant to pick up my U-Haul at a different locTion in Canton, MA at a gas station. However, the gas station attendee did not have the keys to the van and was unable to assist me. I called customer service and my order was re-routed to Stoughton. They did not have the van that I had initially ordered and there was also no furniture dolly available. This whole process also cost me an hour which was troublesome on my roommate who was waiting for me at our new apartment.

I have rented here many times. I lost my reading glasses somewhere in the chaos of moving. After dropping off the truck I received a call that my glasses were found in the truck. Needless to say I was thrilled and greatly appreciate this courtesy that isn't common in the industry.

The customer service representative was friendly and professional. I had difficulty logging into the website, which resulted in cutting into my rental time by about a half hour. He came out to ask if I was all set. Also, I would have preferred more concise and upfront directions on replacing the fuel at the time reserving the rental. Overall, renting the cargo van was a great experience.

I thought the lady who is the manager was rude and arrogant. I did not like the tone she had with me on the phone when she called me to tell me I was late to pick up the trailer. Then when I returned the trailer, I parked exactly where I picked it up, as I was instructed to do. No one was immediately available to remove the trailer from the car, so I wanted to help and I started remove it from the car. (I worked for uhaul in Sommerville, MA a number of years ago and I have rented trailers many time, so I know what I was doing) Same lady came and rudely take over saying I am blocking the way. She did not do it any fast than I was doing it by the way. I was shocked to see someone, a manager at that, being this rude to a paying customer. When she was done removing the trailer, again in a rude tone she said "have a good day" I was expecting something along the lines "Thank you for renting from us. I hope you did not have any issues with your rental. You will get a receipt electronically. Thank you and we hope to see you again". I was very dessapointed in the way she treats customers.

This facility is well maintained and always has a staff member available to answer questions and address concerns. The available storage boxes, locks straps and accessories are always available for sale to get you the tools you may need for the storage, packaging or moving of your belongings.

Hours of access were 24h as stated in the general email from UHaul. Misrepresentation, as not 24 h access to THIS unit which was an issue as I had to trash numerous items as could not re-access unit.

Stoughton staff is great! Nick helped us downsize from 10 X 10 to 5 X 10, and found a nearby space that had just become available. He is smart, courteous, alert, and has a great sense of humor.
