Both times I was provided a truck. Those engines in those trucks are FAST! I might have to put an application in to work there! Last time I got a storage unit FREE because they were running a special. If you leave before.30 days it was absolutely free! I make sure that I cleaned that unit out to where, someone else could move right in! I LOVE YOU ALL! Customer Service is AMAZING AND AWESOME!!!!!! Pay attention to the instructions from the representative in the office. They can show you how to get the most value out of your visit. I bought more mileage than I needed. I bought 50 I thought it needed them turns out I needed 13. So the money for the extra mileage that I thought I needed was refunded. If you stay less than 30 days, it's FREE. I cleaned up my storage and mopped it out also. I left it clean for the next person. That's the loving thing to do. Thank You so very much for helping me U-Haul. I will be back with my next client ♥️♥️♥️

After finally renting the truck I had to wait again to get it. When I complained the man there was rude & let me know there would be no hurrying. So don't dare complain about crap service. Thus was pathetic.

The reservation process was straightforward, and I appreciated how easy it was to book a truck online. When I had to make a last-minute change to my reservation, their support team was responsive and able to adjust my booking without any hassle. On the day of the pickup, the staff at the location were friendly and efficient, and they walked me through the truck's features before I left. The equipment was in good condition, and I appreciated the extra care they took to ensure everything was ready for my move. There was a minor issue with returning the truck as the after-hours drop-off process was a bit unclear. However, after reaching out to customer service, they quickly addressed my concerns and helped guide me through it. Overall, U-Haul's customer service made the moving experience smoother, and I'd recommend them for anyone needing reliable Moving service ...

STENIA MOnly issue I had was with dropping off. I tried to use the app and I couldn't get it work. But I just dropped the key off and locked the vehicle and all seems well since the email receipt came today. I was expecting a fee for that but seems not. The fuel level was correct so all seems good now. The young lady at the front desk was absolute wonderful. Talking to a gentleman on phone while trying to handle my paperwork. So kind and patient. Just a credit to your business. Put a smile on my face as I left.

ANTONIO RThe workers be trying scam people out of money tweaking the numbers on the miles and gas as if nobody's going to catch on. $4 a gallon on gas is outrageous but that's what this location decides to charge. One of the tried to charge me $160 for a deposit until I caught on to her scheme.

However, Connie did not equip her with the proper tools she needed to have a successful shift. After trying 5 different cards for about 30mins, Connie then informed me I could pay cash. When I returned with the cash, Jackie couldn't find Connie. It was a lot going on. Jackie was extremely nice and sweet overall, and the units/buildings were really clean & neat.

However, the onsite manager is terrible. She has a very nasty attitude and needs diversity training asap. She didn't recognize me as a repeat customer she only saw my race. I'm 60 and I know racism very well. I would never rent from her again I own 4 companies and I would never hire such an ugly person. Ugly inside ugly outside.

I suggest you guys lower your prices to stay competitive. The manager was very sweet and kind though. Overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars

But I managed to make it work. So I was tying to pay it the two days later but it was already in the system, I guess I was given a month free for my inconvenience. And there was also a RODENT BOX in my unit., which I never saw before in a storage unit. That's why I moved my things because of RODENTS.. then I have to move my things back into something like that, it was SCARY AND DISAPPOINTING.

I received no notice that the facility had been broken into for a year. After renting at this location for more than six years my expectations were far higher. Had I been timely notified I may have been able to get the car repaired at far lower cost a year ago. This Manager's lack of attention and consideration for customers and security of their property cost me my car. NOT RECOMMENDED.

My vehicle was broken in once with two more attempts after the initial break in during the time my vehicle was at the U-haul located at. 3220 Farm to Market 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX 77068 The management (Connie's Husbsnd) became angry when I asked to see the surveillance video's. When I was allowed to see the video, he seemed to pass over or fast forward most of it. I was asked by Connie, did I feel violated. I replied of course I do, I work hard for what I have. She wasn't sympathetic or offered any help to ease the situation. There are homeless people living at this u-haul facility-location. I learned this when I noticed a homeless guy trying to open multiple storage units. I described and reported this to the management. I was told that this person was homeless but only rents a unit at this location. Management is aware of the homeless people living and wondering around at all hours at this location. I personally feel like this Husbsnd and wife team as management creates a toxic atmosphere for decent and responsible customer's. I personally didn't feel like I, or my belongings mattered in there eyes. This location makes the entire u-haul establishment look bad, I personally don't believe management at this location shares U-haul core values. I'll be posting reviews about my experience and would never refer family or friends to u-haul ever again.

The staff wasn't concerned about my belongings at all or what happened. On 1/22/2022 my some of belongings was missing again for my storage unit so I decided to move whatever I had left. When I reported to Uhaul staff that I was moving out my storage unit and the someone broke in the my storage unit again and stole some of my stuff. I have insurance on the storage unit the staff didn't even look it up see if I had insurance on the storage unit. What was the point of paying insurance on a storage unit? This is the worst experience ever.
