U-Haul Moving and Storage has provided me consistently excellent service since day one. Which was about one-year ago I was thankful to find a safe place to store my stuff. And that luckily for me was U-Haul Moving and Storage of Terrace Oaks. I'am fortunate to have received helpful and excellent customer service from the service staff at U-Haul Moving and Storage of Terrace Oaks. Thru their excellent customer service they constantly provided me I had peace of mind.That my storage stuff was always safe and in good safe storage hands. I wish to thank the friendly staff that always was there to help with my safe storage needs. And like I said the service staff there at UHaul Moving and Storage of Terrace Oaks. I received no notice that the facility had been broken into for a year. After renting at this location for more than six years my expectations were far higher. Had I been timely notified I may have been able to get the car repaired at far lower cost a year ago. This Manager's lack of attention and consideration for customers and security of their property cost me my car. NOT RECOMMENDED.
