Overall rental wasn't bad, but my rental was from 9-noon and I didn't get on the road till 9:30 as the truck and trailer wasn't ready when I got to the location. The website had me go to the wrong location for pick up. I was called twice during the rental asking if I was going to have the back by noon, which the first call I told him I would be close to noon. Then the 2nd call was at about 12:10 and I was heading to get gas before dropping off. Frustrating as I was having to pick up the phone while driving. Plus seemed like the first call didn't communicate that I was planning on having it back just after. My rental was for 3 hrs which I was just under that.

THE OWNER WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL IS ASSISTING US IN GETTING A TRAILER. HOWEVER, AMANDA FROM UHAUL COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, CALLING TO CANCEL RESERVATIONS OF CUSTOMERS AND ASKING HOW DID YOU GET A RESERVATION, WHEN ITS YOUR SYSTEM SHOWING AVAILABLE TRAILERS AND ALLOWING YOU TO BOOK RESERVATIONS. TO BE CALLED AND TOLD THERE IS NONE AND IT WAS A MISTAKE AND WE HAVE OTHERS WHO MADE RESERVATIONS SINCE JANUARY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A BUNCH OF CRAP. UHAUL HAS ALWAYS HAD A UPDATED SYSTEM IN SHOWING AVAILABLE TRAILERS AND LOCATIONS. TO CANCEL A RES WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION OR EVEN TO GIVE A CARE. ACCUSING THE CUSTOMER LIKE THEY HACKED YOUR SYSTEM IS CRAZY...REALLY CRAZY. IF THERE IS A GLITCH IN YOUR SYSTEM YOU NEED TO FIX IT, NOT DISRESPECT A LOYAL CUSTOMER. YOUR SYSTEM DOES INFORM YOU WHEN A LOCATION MAY GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT SIZE BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE THE SIZE YOU WANT, IT ALSO SHOWS THE LOCATIONS THAT HAVE THE EXACT ONE YOU WANT AND IT WILL BE HELD FOR YOU. Construction made it hard to get to this location. An update was performed on your POS in the middle of the day which made it impossible for staff to check in customers. Your servers were also overloaded so customers had extremely long waiting times or had to be rescheduled or cancelled entirely

Your mgrs are excellent, the best I have ever seen! The new equipment super good . How ever One man cant rent 3 rentals over the phone at the same! The regional mgr needs to stop most regional BS MEETINGS ( 5 minutes 3 main subjects and we are done!!)AND MAN A STORE RENTAL COUNTER!!! amd rent some equipment at every store he has ! Then he will raise the ast mgr and starting rental clerk wages to 20 -25 hr plus full benifits in 30 days .If you dont pay THEN YOUR COMPETITION WILL RUN ALL OVER YOU!!!!

The receiver detached from my truck on the second day and scratched the fuck out of my tailgate. Upon a reattach and inspection it occurred again. A spray of lube allowed the mechanism to fully lock to the 2inch ball hitch.

There is major construction of the road in front of the uhaul location. This contributed to the equipment being unusually dirty. The wiring on the first trailer shorted out and another trailer was given immediately. Staff replaced the trailer and sent the one with faulty wiring to get repaired. Staff going out and coming in were very courteous and helpful.

The truck I reserved wasn't ready at the scheduled pickup time, and when I finally was able to pick up the truck I found that one of the check engine lights remained on and the truck drove like crap. 0/10 rating for this location, will NOT be renting from them again.

Paul Venegas your branch manager acted very unprofessional with me. I don't move everyday. So I did not have truck ready for drop off Sunday. He called me. I explained that truck still had bins in there. I would drop off ASAP. For him to charge me again. He said it was my problem, not his. Please talk to your employees. Never going back!! I rented a 6x12 trailer online for two days and 12 furniture pads. I ended up leaving with a filthy, muddy trailer and didn't get the furniture pads. I returned the trailer in less than 24 hours. I was told I would only be charged for one day's rental since I returned it within 24 hours and they would remove the charge for the 12 furniture pads since I never got them. When I got my receipt by email, they charged me the full two days and for the 12 furniture pads.

Overall this was a good experience. The truck had mud stains on the floor of the cab and on the outside, but it was no problem at all for us. It seems like it's just the reality of driving a vehicle in winter.

My RV was broken into 4 different times. The cameras that were on the premises were blocked by semi trucks so basically they didn't work. UHaul did nothing about it. They said sorry about that. But 4 times in 3 months is not right. Now they are putting up a better fence and cameras. That won't pay for the stolen items. I am going to have a post on social media to let everyone I know not to patronage UHaul

The hours to get into storage ith a remote for 24 hour access was a bit pressing on time for me. I could not afford th remote so I hd to clear out the storage in a rushed manner because of thelimited time available after work. Other then that everything was fantastic.

Everything was great until we moved out. We found out the storage until must have had some leaks so some of our stuff was water damaged. It wasn't anything of high value but kind of ruins the valve of storage when you pull your thing out of storage and they are damaged. Also the light in the storage unit did not work. Not a major deal A also but for $150 a month you would expect a dry well let place. Great place to store your stuff but just make sure you don't need to go at night and that your stuff is not irreplaceable or too expensive.

Our 26 ft rental truck broke down on our way to U-Haul Moving & Storage Of The Mile High City. When we got towed there, everyone was very understanding of our situation and helped us come up with a plan that worked for us. We were able to move all of our items from the rental truck into one of their storage units with no problems. It was a very good experience after a lot of hassle with the truck breaking down.

Due to work schedule we had to pay for 24 hour access. That was unexpected. When we retuned with our 1st load several hours after completing paperwork we were buzzed in by a worker. But ultimately locked in the gates as our code had not yet been input into the system. It took yelling, honking and waving before a retail person came to see what the matter was. Glad it wasn't 'after hours'

the worst moving experience I ever had...problems with U-Haul to this day over a month since move...ended up being very costly with many damaged and stolen furniture....It’s a very long story.

Not impressed. When we arrived with our load to store the storage area was six inches deep with ice and snow. The door to the unit was frozen closed. Service was awful. Door opener didn't work.

Overcharged $66,85 twice (2 times) for storage I did not use. Boxes delivered to Windsor on Aug. 24 and picked up on Aug 25. $137,44 was charged for delivery which is fine. Need refund please.
