The way you have to book then await to hear from someone does not work as the helpers never show up. Then I had to wait on the phone for 55 mins and spend almost another hour trying to find a company that could help. Which you customer service person failed at!

Also the floor was not flat throughout due to square risers where wheels had been located; this also made loading and arranging my things difficult.
