Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe have rented at u haul for years but have had our current stored items stored for over 4 years. Spent over 32k. But no lock in price, therefore the fluctuating rates came at a surprise some times. I feel if we have rented there for as long as we did there should be some incentives or locked in pricing. The new manager is a hit or miss on politeness but at least he gets the job done. Ooh and the 48hr policy should indicate from open to close hours for the facility or 48 hr from when an employee is there from open to close of shop because you don't actually get 48 hrs to move your items out which is a joke and very misleading to some. 48hrs is 48hrs not divvied out to facilities digression.
