This location was fine, but our original reservation was to be picked up at the Noland Rd. location and we were told our reservation was for the next day. I was able to show them the receipt I showing we were there on the correct day. We were set to this location several miles away to get the van. We were offered no discount for the trouble caused by this.Tod H.

Most of the people at this location were very rude. I ask if it was possible to change the drop off location to peculiar. The guy instead of politely explaining to me why I couldn't do that. Says to another guy that there would be additional charge reminding he's not saying this to me but says it loud enough for me to hear I then ask why and very rudely says well they'll be making money off my truck so you'll have to pay another 150. The only gentleman that was nice to me was an older gentleman that told me stories about his youth. Then when I take the truck back the guy got upset because he told me I owed extra but couldn't really explain to me why and then finally called someone because my card wouldn't let him charge anything else. Found out it was a computer issue and was told someone would call me back next day to get permission to run card. Never got a call back. I will never rent from this location ever again. I'm not sure if it would have been different if my husband had gone in instead of me I guess they thought because I'm a woman I'm stupid or something.Shana P.

I reserved my truck in advance and online. They didnt have a 20ft truck so I had to get a 26ft truck which burns more fuel. Also not appliance dolly or furniture dolly's available. Mobile systems sucks, you still have to wait in line to pick up equipment. 30 minutes waiting. The trucks average 7MPG.DAVID M.

Why do I wait in line to pick up a trailer that I ordered and paid for online then wait for help again outside? No one wants to waste 30 minutes of their rental time waiting. Improve the system please. The people at the location were helpful. The system does not work.David C.
When a customer has a set scheduled time it would be nice to be able to receive the equipment when scheduled. I had a reservation at 8am and was not able to actually speak with an associate until about 8:15 because several of them were just standing around telling us to wait for one particular worker. I ended up not leaving the lot until close to 8:40 However I paid for and needed a full 4 hours from 8am until 12 and I arrived on property at around 7:45am. It's very frustrating to select a time for a specific purpose and that time not be met, because of this I was unable to finish the job that was needed. I'm very disappointed with my experience. There needs to more available workers on staff to see customers and get them in and out at their designated times rather then Stand around and watch another person do all the work. On top of that the new damage system was not explained to me In the past I would be given a paper and gold to go Out and check the trial and a worker would verify. I had to go outside find my Own truck and also come back in to ask how the process works. I was told I was sent a text.. I still had to figure it out on my own which also made the process lengthy. Again very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Not to mention there was full box of ritz crackers in the glove box and a full machete in the back seat area. Very weird and dangerous. I probably will not be using this company or location again. I would rather go to a company that values your time.Christina B.

Had problems reaching the office directly. I left several messages and made 2 calls to 800 # to inform them of my move out date. A few weeks later I received a notice telling me I defaulted and would lose my belongings. Not professional in my opinion. Terrible customer service. I walked in and wasn't greeted by the first person that saw me. I went up to him to let him know I had a reservation and he just pointed for me to go to the other gentleman that was there. This happened when I picked up the truck AND again when I dropped it off. When I dropped off the truck, I told the gentleman I was returning it, he just took the key from me and walked off without saying anything. So I followed him. He went outside to the truck, so I asked him if there was anything else I needed to do- he said no. Very poor communication and customer service at this location.Nikki H.

Even after checking in on-line, it took over 30 minutes to complete the process at the store. Store was understaffed and one of the two employees did not know how to run the computer system. Not happy with the long wait time.Lawrence E.

I drove 45 miles and filled the tank to the exact level as when I left. I was billed 40 $for lack of fuel. I rent from U haul many times ayear and never have had this happen.Gregg H.

This location could maybe use more staff at the end of the month. We came in to pick up a truck we had already reserved on line, and stood in line for half an hour. The one person who was working was really good and once we got to him, it only took a few minutes to get everything taken care of. The place was full of people trying to get a truck though, and even though he clearly knew what he was doing and was helping people, there were just too many customers to have just one person at the desk.JOSHUA R.

OUR CAR WAS BROKEN INTO AND ITEMS WERE STOLEN FROM IT. THE STORE SUGGESTED THE LOCATION TO PARK THE CAR. THE LOCATION DID NOT HAVE CAMERAS AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THIS STORE LOCATION NEEDS TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE PARKING FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS.OSCAR B.
I was called twice to find out when I would be returning the 26ft truck even though we discussed it when I rented the truck. Also, the unprepared previous damage makes the driver's door really difficult to close. Also, the gas tank was empty, so I should get some adjustment for the almost half tank I returned (Since I had no idea how much gas it would take). As a mechanic, I believe the very jurky ride seems to indicate a transmission issue.LINDA R.

I was charged twice for my serviceâ€¦.before I picked up the truck which was an estimate total and charged again once I dropped the truck off for my total balance. I'm guessing they did not look and see if I had a balance already on file and they do not add or subtract from the balance that was originally taken from my cardliza L.
Clean the trucks guys. There was literally half a sandwich in a Wendy's wrapper tossed in the bed with a bottle and trash from the fries and bag in the truck. Said the truck was over 1/4 -3/8. It was under 1/4. It was obvious that nobody checked the truck, sanitized, or obviously cleaned it. It takes 5 minutes max. I would recommend the location still because the staff is kind and the location of the uhaul is convenientJoshua H.

The owner was understaffed, I waited an hour in line, He was very nice and was running his tail off to get trucks to the front for customers, he was great! Uhaul moved my reservation further away from home costing me time and money, they didn't accommodate me at all. I booked my reservation 5 minutes from home, Uhaul moved it 3 days before to 20 minutes from home, then I had to wait an hour so I was behind schedule for the day and I had to drive further costing me money. I thought Uhaul was capable of making that up to me since they moved my reservation.Logan H.

accurate estimates of installation time would be nice. Was told to arrive a little after noon and it would take 1/2 hr to 1 hr and I could wait for it. First of all-no good place to wait, so I walked a 1/4 mile for lunch and came back after an hour. a full 1 1/2 hours after that for a total of 2 1/2 hours the hitch was finally on.KATHERINE R.

This uhaul store is trying to perpetrate a major case of fraud against me. I checked out one of their cargo vans for a simple move of some boxes from a motel to a storage rental facility (not one of theirs) all within the boundaries of two connecting neighborhoods in South Kansas City, MO. The total round trip was five miles or less. I returned the van shortly after the store closed on the evening of the same day I rented it. They are trying to scalp me for a very inflated daily rental fee, the mileage, (they came up with a round trip of over 100 miles, which means someone else took this van to who knows where) and gasoline charges of almost 30 $. These people are liars and thieves, and are trying to foist someone else's illegitimate charges on me-- I'm assuming they think they will put the charges on my debit card and I will be none the wiser. And oh, by the way, I told them that their after hours check in procedure is like some idiotic homework assignment. Avoid this pack of con artists at all cost.Gary R.

We were rented a damaged vehicle without a vehicle checklist prior to leaving. My wife and I needed to move into our new house so a lot of moving parts were involved. The truck had a busted front right bumper and the right front wheel would rub onto that bumper during a left turn. I didn't notice until we had the vehicle for 20 minutes already and our move was underway. So we just used the truck instead of calling to complain because we only had our moving helpers for 3 hours!BERT S.

Only problem occurred at Kenesaw,GA where we stopped for a minor repair at a major dealer. When we arrived I was questioned why I was there. I said we had a problem with the trailer. He again asked why I was there. I said, because he was a U-Haul dealer and I had a problem. He said, do I look like a mechanic? The truck was not clean. DEFINITELY not sanitized!!! Appeared to be soda splattered on the ceiling in the cab. Ashes, etc in the cup holder and on the floor. This location NEVER cleans the vehicles. I've rented multiple times, and always complain of the same issue. That's how I know I'm wasting my time writing this!ANGELA M.

The process of booking was horrible. The customer service reps were unaware of what the stores were doing, the stores were giving out inaccurate information, and the main UHaul customer service line was rude, combative and patronizing. 26ft van had a major vibration coming from the left front wheel. 50 mph caused steering wheel vibration to the extent of being a safety hazard. If this wouldn't have been a short in town move I would have returned it unexceptable. Need more staffing. Waited in line for at least 35 minutes for a lady who disputing a charge from 6 months ago. Not happy with my first experience because when I had to check the truck back in after hours the process was made where I couldn't complete it. When I had to put in the mileage it told me that I put in a mileage that was lower than before which is not possible. Also when I try to get customer service to help my situation my wait time was 63min and no help was offered. Now I will have to pay a 20 $fee because I wasn't able to check in the vechicle properly.HUNTER F.

Personnel did not greet us when we walked in. The truck was dirty with crumbs on the inside drivers floor and the middle console. We had the truck a total of about 2,5 hours and did not eat in it. The outside was also dirty as if it had been driven across country. I should not have been charged a cleaning fee since it wasn't clean to begin with.Ebony H.

We ordered one appliance dolly and two other dollies. We were not told they didn't have any until we got there. They have apparently known for weeks that they are out of them and have them on order, but it's kind of a big deal to no tell someone that is relying on them until the moment you are needing them. We could have rented the dollys elsewhere if we knew in advance. Also the truck was filthy and had needles from whom ever used it before. An alarm was broken so the entire time we drove it it made an internal buzzing that the store said to ignore. It was nice that they threw in the pad rental for free.MATTHEW S.
