Maybe try not yelling at your customer for being an hour late. We get it. That’s not that cool but you’re supposed to be professional and helpful. Instead you were demeaning and aggressive. Also the van had a spit bottle in it.

I don’t have any improvement recommendations at this time. I have had the opportunity to use this location multiple times and have had highly satisfactory experiences each time. Staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great store!

There was some trash hiding in the cab that rolled out under my feet while driving. There was a loud odd noise at highway speed. Everything else was friendly and perfect.

This place all together made the experience with Uhaul very unprofessional and frustrating. When I went to rent the Uhaul I was informed that they had absolutely no trucks available. Then I was informed that if I could do a reservation that I could get a truck. Left the Uhaul location only to be directed right back to the same location. Told the only reason that I got the truck is because it was set up for a one way trip. Kind of forced into a 39.95 deal when I was qouted 29.95. The teuck was not on full when I left the lot it appeared to be. Brought the teuck back to where it was and was i formed that it has to be on white. When I got the truck it was in the gray area. Also made the reservation using a cc card. And had 19.99 taking out from Uhual. Then also charged $100.00 for the rental as well. Charged $1.09 a mile informed that we get at least 30 miles anything over we are charged for. So I went over 26 miles and was charged for the full amount of 56.1 miles. Came to turn truck back in and was informed that it was not full. Frustrated because it was exactly where it was when I got it. Asked if I could go back and get it filled up thinking that I had some money coming back. Once I got back on the location parking lot went to knock on the door it was 6:58, the african American had already locked the door. There was a Hispanic young man helping another customer and I asked him if he could help me. And he said not if the front door was locked. Called customer service because I truly believe that this location stole money from me and was talking with a rep and then was hung up on. Then a white guy seen my frustration and helped and he said that I owed $10.00 more dollars on top of everything else. $35.00 to fill up gas total, and 110.00 to rent a truck is absolutely insane and not even given a decent ounce of customer service. Not given a full vehicle, being told that they did not have a vehicle when in reality they did, taking a longer time out of my day. And also being told that I may have been charged an out of town rate infuriates me. Not sure if the staff felt threatened by me, however the cops were called to the location. I was very emotional and furious. Because I feel as if your company at this location stole my money. Money that I work hard for everyday. Also being told that if I did not pay then I would be charged 30.00 per day until account is satisfied. Please reach out as soon as possible if you would really like to correct the cruel way that your staff treated a customer.

I was impressed by the helpfulness of 2 associates in this location; they were the only 2 I saw 4pm Mon 7/8/2019. They carried boxes out to my car and brought out the invoice that I'd left behind. I told them they'd done more than enough. And one replied "Never enough" with sincerity to serve and help his customer. This was quite impressive. I also witnessed these 2 guys help each other when the computer crashed, quickly re-entering my order for many boxes. Thank you :)

It rained during our Tavel , when we unload the beds , the cushions were wet and the bed frame warped. I checked the trailer, it was not well sealed that’s why rain sips through. When I returned the trailer I told the employee about the leaks, she said I did not get insurance so she can not do anything about it. How would I know it will leak. So I can say your employees are not maintaining your trailers right.

I got double charged and this location REFUSED to refund the extra charge. Also, when I dropped the truck off the parking lot was so full there was barely anywhere to park the truck. Go to a different location, this one is absolutely horrible and quite honestly you'd be better off with a different company that will actually fix THEIR mistake when they double charge you. Keep looking!!!

Well for starters, have someone there who wants to be there. The guy helping me was very, very, very rude, you can tell just by the way the asshole was talking to me. He did not want to be there obviously, and this is my second time using this location, and it has changed a bit I can see. I won't use that location again I will use the other one.

Customer Parking was a problem. Consider moving some of the equipment away from the front door so customers feel invited.

When I went to make my reservation they man was great but that was the last of it. From pick up to drop off the customer service was nonexistent. It felt like I was Interrupt their day. I will never go to this location again. I have always had great experience with U-hauls all over the country so I already have an expectation when dealing with U-haul customer service.

Everything went well until I was returning the truck Travis McLaughlin was very rude and disrespectful when I asked for his name he even told me he does not and will not give it to me I had to get it off my receipt glad it was on there. He also told me he will continue to take his time to make me wait and all I wanted to know is how much longer for my return of money since they already did the return process for the truck I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at the Truman corners location my name is Natasha Williams 8166173966 and I will be reporting this to corporate. Rented trailer for 24 hours told guy if can bring back late at night or 4 in the morning drove way back to bring trailer three times to return but could not as parking lot was full could not drive in to leave had to miss Sunday pay of work to bring back at 9am then guy had nerve to say well I won't charge you for extra day ..I'm like really I miss time half Sunday pay because I could not return trailer ....this place is ridiculous

The staff were wandering around "helping" (and smoking) when it wasn't necessary. It was kind of creepy. Also, the lock-box worked, but it wasn't clearly marked with the instructions about how to open it following the entry of the security code.

First off, I booked online and the pickup location didn't have the truck available. I had to go 15-20 miles out of my way to get the truck i needed. I asked them if they could give me a discount on the mileage rate and they said it's "not their problem" and were quite rude. It was the regional office apparantly. I also ordered some additional supplies that i needed online to be ready with my truck. They said the location would change and it would be ready at the new locaiton. When I arrived to pick up the truck the local store in Grandview MO said they did not have my additional supplies and I had to go all the way back to the original store which was agian way out of my way. So in order to get the truck and supplies i had to drive about 30 extra miles and took up an additional 2 hours of my evening and on top of it the regional office customer services said its "Not their problem" and were rude.

Counter man at check in was rude! Acted as if I was an inconvenience to him. When I had questions about the check in process he acted as if I was a stupid child. I am adult with questions. Answer them and not like I am stupid for asking!!! If you hate your job, do your customers a favor, find a new one and move on. Check in crew was pleasant.
