I have no complaints. I called in at the last minute to reserve a truck and was maybe 2 minutes late picking up the truck from my reservation time. I was late due to traffic but upon my arrival the guy that waited on me assured me everything was ok

Drivers door was very hard to shut, driver seat adjustment lever did not work. Other than that, everything was fine.

Your guys were great. I reserved a 26 ft truck and when I realized it was more truck than I could handle they gladly put me into the 17ft truck ?? and gave me no problems they were happy to help. Thank you again for helping make a long hectic day a little easier??.

The next time I require U-Haul services I will find another location. After giving driver's license, valid credit card and confirmation of our address, 3 telephone numbers were requested. I inquired as why you needed 3 telephone numbers. The response was "for people who steal our trucks". We have 3 contacts to call. I informed the young man that I had never been arrested or committed a crime. His response, "that's what the criminals say". He kept repeating It's just company policy". I informed him that just because it's company policy does not mean it's right. This is blatantly racist. It is obvious that the people running this place of business are the uneducated, the unskilled and sorely lacking in customer service training. M.Wood

No issues were noted during dropoff.
I purchased tie down straps and tie straps however, the truck did not provide any hooks to help secure my property. This was Betty upsetting. A few of my items were damaged. That was very disappointing. Other than that, all went well.

the phone app check-in method was outstanding! i would have given 5 stars but it took a while to find someone to help me. otherwise, this is one of the better locations i have been to.

Nick Wilson, another Nick, and two other associates provided the WOSRT, unprofessional, disrespectful and inconsiderate service EVER to me 12/30. I came in to pick up the SAME type of truck, from this SAME location, with the SAME card I had used just 30 days ago. I had already made reservations. The other Nick (short, red hat) was the most boisterous and dismissive and completely RUDE. In less than two minutes of entering the store, the four employees were more interested in talking about their plans for the night, social anxiety and one's girlfriend "Ally", at length, instead of trying to find a solution to the issue. Nick Wilson, at the start of the transaction was the one who got the ball rolling insisting that UHAUL had changed it's policy stating I had to use a credit card. When I insisted that that couldn't be possible, the other three associates chimed in, backing Nick Wilson. The short Nick dismissed me stating "well there's nothing we can do for you", and "oh well, stand there, you're not getting a van sooo". When I expressed my frustration of them not being able to explain to me why or when this policy was put in place all of a sudden since I had just done the same thing not a month before, the other two associates began to chime in and tell me that there was nothing that could be done, then the four of them returned to their conversation and blatantly ignore me. When I said I was calling customer service, they scoffed and told me to go ahead and laughed at me. When I spoke with customer service, they said they didn't understand why I couldn't use my card either, that they hadn't changed a policy, and that he would have a manager call the store. I remained on hold with him, and watched for the employees to answer the phone. I didn't see/hear them talking to anyone about my matter, as I was paying close attention. When I told the customer service rep this, he asked if he could speak with the manager from my phone. Nick Wilson said he was the manager (he didnt want to provide his last name or anything to identify himself with, as neither did the other's, but his name tag fell out his shirt). When speaking to the customer services rep (on speakerphone) Nick advised that someone had told him a couple months ago that UHAUL only takes credit cards. When I reinerated that I had used this same card not a month ago, and if the new policy was put into place a few months ago, who was responsible for pushing it through the last time? The customer service rep said he wanted to check something to prevent anyone from getting in trouble and placed us on hold. I asked Nick Wilson if had access to the information about my last reservation. He didn't respond "no", but instead said he could see my reservation for that day. I reasked the question, to be clear, and put emphasis on his actual access, and was he refusing to provide the information. He then said he would double check. I just didn't like. The fact that the lady couldn't find me a closer location. I wasted more money on gas and travel time. I moved one load. From downtown Kansas City to Raytown. I feel like she could've found out something closer.

The representatives at this location arranged my rental where it was a better value than I had planned. They are professional and upfront with all costs. They were quick and I was in my rental within 15 minutes of start. I will rent from Darren (location Mgr) and his staff again.
