The selector for the AC, heat, defrost did not work. I didn't have air circulation except for rolling down the window. The driver side mirror did not adjust so I had to lean forward to see the traffic in my left side. Usually I get great vehicles from this location, but this time I did not have a great experience with the rental.Patrick T.

WARN customers that they might be able to return the vehicle after hours because the lot gets full. WARN clients their vehicle will be blocked in at night an you will not be able to get a hold of anyone. Even if it's an emergency. The General Manager will not respond even if UHaul contacts him/her 5 times. You will never be contacted. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.Michelle H.

The truck reeked of cigarettes. An employee wiped it down but sprayed the windows and windshield with something oily and sticky. Driving was hazardous and my sinuses still haven't recover led from the sneezing and stench. The employees were nice but the truck was disgusting. I'm glad I don't have a storage unit there anymore.Krista I.

The check engine light was on in the truck. I reserved a truck near me, was called 2 days before and was told there were no trucks. Keep in mind, I reserved weeks in advanced. Was sent to a different site 20 miles away from my house. Then was told only had 98 mile. The distance I was moving was 94, then adding the 20 to get the truck. I was told to drop off my keys on drop off box and I was not going to get charged for extra day then I returned my vehicle back with the same gas I was provided and I still got charged for extra gas. Just for my protection I recorded my gas gage when I returned it and I drop off the keys and I still got charged. I am not expecting Super friendly service. I know i visited Uhaul to get rent a truck. "name?", "follow me" only heard these three words whole process during the visit. Understand you might had personal thing bring your mood down but you need to do what you need to do. Toss me a key and walk back to the office without any explanation was not the service i was expected. I'm glad i already knew the process of uhaul and hoping that other customers does not getting a truck from same person i got from.sean P.

First the auto transporter initially chosen has driver side wheel strap is damaged (cut 2-1/2' short) & front passenger side tire has no thread. Second was even worse after few miles driving on freeway the passenger side mirror drooped down pointing low with very limited view of other vehicles on passenger side which makes changing lane risky. I tried getting tools to tighten mirror but it to no avail. It tightened a little & will get loose further (probably stripped allen nut). I tied n empty water bottle with plastic to secure to prop up mirror. U-Haul should maintain equipments to make sure they're road worthy & safe.CARLITO P.

My ratings are clearly due to the charges. The issue quite frankly was the terms & conditions email that I received confirming my rental said return never stated anything about the return time. The text I received states only on Wednesday- no time included or excess mileage charges. Since there was no personal direction or communication at pick-up I based the return on the email Terms/conditions. Again there was no time stated. If I would've been told or known I would've turned it in as early as yesterday. I feel that I was misled and these potential charges certainly were not communicated properly. I was charged an extra $100.20. Definitely poor customer service.Robert A.

There is a Homeless guys leaving right in front of unit 254. I didn't feel safe at all leaving the door open and unlock while I was moving out. Also, there is others storage rental properties that would make your life easier having elevators with a lower cost per rental. We had trouble inputting our access code since there were three keypads. We didn't which one to use. So we ask the guy (an employee?) inside and he said storage hours is closed despite the website saying it closes at 10PM; we were there at 9PM. I managed to figure out which keypad and gained access to the storage facility; we started moving my stuff into my storage unit. Soon after, he called the cops for burglary. We had to explain to the cops everything. Bottom-line is, the person inside the facility did not even know when the storage hours of operation are and was rude/extremely unprofessional. The manager Eddie was a great help to me and I'm very happy with the experience. My only concern was that there was no room to unload storage items because the parking lot was full of the Uhaul trucks and trailers. It's seemed as if the company doesn't care much about the storage part but more of the trucks and trailer rentals. Even thought we had reserved a unit three months in advanced, when we arrived, not only was there not a unit of our size available, there was no unit available for us to rent at all. We had to find a location with an available unit and then come back to return the truck. The parking lot is too crowded the office staff specifically Francisco are incredibly friendly but some yard staff are just jerks. It's very difficult to get your car back to the loading dock to load stuff out of your storage and Been more difficult to return U-Haul trucks. staff Ordered me to move a very large U-Haul truck in that incredibly tight crowded parking lot I asked them to do it because it was so tight but Christian refused to help and navigating that area is incredibly difficultChristine L. | Expérience générale
I would have loved to have had a larger storage space. The ones available were kind of small. I had a very tough time with my unit latch. It wasn't until my daughter noticed a line on the wall and lined it up with the mark that I was able to apply the lock. I don't think anyone should have to go through that. Zero help, the lock they provided me with boke on the 3rd use was told too busy to help me come back in 3-4 hours. I want to give Sarah at this location a mention because she saved the day for us! We received incorrect information from another rep and based our reservation on it. When we called to confirm Sarah was able to fix the issue and went above and beyond to get us moved in! We thought we were going to have to park our truck full of belongings somewhere once we arrived and hope they weren't stolen but Sarah got us all set up with a unit and even after leaving the office she sent us information to get us all set up for after hours move in.
