Over priced!! Guy was rude!

This isn't uhaul twin falls fault but I would like to express my concerns. We booked a rental in Hailey, ID a week or so in advance. We received a call the day before telling us they didn't have it and we would need to drive to twin falls, a 3 hour trip. We were in the middle of moving and planned accordingly but we're still treated as if this inconvenience was to be expected by the customer service agent that called. We did receive extra miles so we wouldn't go over but no compensation for the extra fuel or time. I understand you can't control everything but a little compassion and some fair compensation would have gone a long way. We spent over $700 for one truck for 48 hours. Everything else was great. Thank you for giving the opportunity for feedback.

For over four decades, this Uhaul location has provided exceptional service to me, my family, my business, and to my clients. As a Real Estate Broker, I can send my clients, a high ratio of whom are remodeling, packing, storing and MOVING, and I always know they will be treated with professionalism by this staff, who have never let me or my clients down!

There is one common problem with all storage units - critters - lol Not something that can truly be avoided. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A pleasure all around. Merci!

I had the most horrible experience I have ever had with uhaul. When I told the manager about the experience, he had no clue about it and acted like he really didn't care. He kind of acted like I was an inconvenience. I was told I would get a discount and the manager did nit Gove it to me. Jeremy is the only person that went above and beyond but I still did nit get the discount.

Had to go in to get someone to help us unload and they were just sitting there even though we had been there for a few minutes at their drop off. Not very friendly, feels like your an inconvenience when coming into this store

There are two entrances off the busy street, only one of which is suitable for a returning truck. I recommend that you install CLEAR signage to inform anyone returning a truck to use the east entrance. I pulled in the west entrance and a pickup parked in a designated parking space was blocking the necessary left turn to access to the return lane. I had to back up towards the propane tank in order to make the turn. There are no rear view cameras on the trucks, so that was a dangerous maneuver and an effort should be made to avoid this circumstance. A 26" truck would have been a serious problem.

We cleared out the storage shed and informed the front office on the 10th that it was available not the 17th so please adjust your records accordingly. I was moving between states and they could not have been more helpful, easy access for my weird hours to access an outside storage facility. Clean and plenty of room!

Kimberly Road Uhaul is well equipped and the personnel is friendly and Knowledgeable. I enjoy working with them and have rented, and used them as a drop off location many times. Thank You DJ and your Crew!

Our rental a 5x8 utility trailer had an extremly loose connection to my 2 inch ball I told both employees that worked there about it one said yes it does the other didn't say anything neither would even go and look at it. in my opinion the coupler on the trailer was worn out and a safety hazard. Why not even look at it before you rent it to someone else!

Computer system is slow/requires extra work. I did everything online and it still took approximately 20 minutes to get checked in.

First thing when your rep. Tells me they will credit me back because they didn't have my reservation there when went to pick it up. She told me that transportation would credit me 50 but it didn't happen. That is poor customer service.

The vehicle had some issues with the gas pedal when you pushed down on it about jumped out in to race mode ! Safety issue for sure !!

The staff member who greeted me in the yard upon my arrival was very professional. He provided me with the best possible service and accommodated my specific needs. I have never had a bad experience with any UHaul locations. You can't say that about most other businesses out there.

fix the online return process. it was entirely too difficult to get the system to actually accept photos of the rental equipment, especially hobbling around after injury.

Truck was covered with bugs from someone's previous trip. The rest of the truck was clean. Everything worked perfectly & I returned the truck 5 hours early. Worker lady was friendly & pleasant.

This was the best U'Haul location I have ever used. They had my trailer ready out front, the guys were fast getting the trailer connected to my truck and on my way.

This was my 1st time using Uhaul and it has been THE most horrible experience Ive ever had with any company! Every part of my rental was messed up by an employee, from the truck rental to the storage rental. I will never rent anything from this company again!

The only complaint I have is that I asked about renting a larger unit and the guy responded with". I can't do that, only the manager can and I don't know where he is right now." Then I passed at least 4 (I didn't go down every row) larger units that I would rather have rented. I was in a hurry and need to unload the truck. Given the option I would have gladly waited to be able to get a bigger unit.

I was very impressed with the store clerk he was very nice and well attended me and he was very nice and kind and he showed me where my storage unit was and yeah I was very impressed and happy with the way I was treated

I had a unit at the Twin Falls location for 11 years, always paid on time if not early. When I moved out of the facility I was 4 days into a new month which I had prepaid for and was denied a refund of the Month. Not only did they not give me the refund but the clerk was not at all competent and just stood there shrugging when I asked why she wasn't giving me a refund. Upon speaking to the manager he was just rude and stated that I hadn't pre-paid. Worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul

Everything was amazing but I wish that they would answer their phones more often to make it easier for the customer, so they don't have to do online chat that's harder in my opinion. Thank you for everything it was a great experience

Twin falls Idaho branch should be bulldozed! Horrible location, didn't feel safe leaving my things in that rats nest. Moved my stuff out the next day! Lost $45, better than losing my stuff!

Well managed and operated storage facility

Guys there were great, however when I showed up with my reservation number they didn't have the unit available. I asked joe that could happen and they explained it didn't matter if I reserved it, there was nothing available. They gave me what was available which were two 5x8 units instead of the 10x16 which I had reserved, unforgivably the cost for that will be $108 a month at $55 a unit per month instead of $64 for the 10x16. I asked if they would honor the price quoted and they said no, I had to pay for both units. I found that frustrating since I reserved the unit I needed at the price I could afford. Fortunately the first month is free so I have found another cheaper company to move to. Although I now have to reload all of my stuff and move it...again. This should not have played out this way. When you do business with a company you expect them to deliver on what they agreed to. I am currently dealing with an almost double overcharge cost on my truck rental as well. Overall not happy with uhaul. The manager at the location is very pleasant, just can't help.
