Im suing for discrimination against a person with disabilities. Refusal to accommodate a person with disabilities. Threatening to have me arrested and putting my life, safety, well being, and future in danger. Violating a verbal agreement made over the phone we with uhaul representatives. Harassment via phone calls. I want $15 000 for the claims against uhaul.

Despite an appointment, waited 30 mins to pick up a trailer. There were several people in line without appointments. Cost of one way trailer rental was $300 more than a previous rental for the exact same trailer and drop off location, a mere 2 months prior.

When reservations are made truck availability should be considered then. Discounts should be applied immediately. Don't lack equipment then charge the customer for it. When reimbursing a customer for your mistakes don't issue a certificate. Don't overcharge your customers and act like it is fine. Update your app for better access so the stupid phone is not telling my to download it AGAIN.

Truck would over accelerate it was dirty with mud on the tire s the plastic on the dash was coming apart and I gilled that tank up and they still charged me extra for miles.

I know all costs across the country have gone up. But going from 75 to 95 for the exact same unit nothing changing seemed too high for the same unit. All in all it was a good experience. Not poor not excellent. Just, good.

The area my storage unit was in, was always hot (year round). The move out online process does not work. Website kept giving me an error message. The office was able to comole move out process over the phone. But, I had called twice and was on an extended hold each time.

They only issue had a couple issues. 1was the motion lights always turned off on me and I would have to run down the row to the beginning for the light to come back on. 2 the bathroom was always locked. 3 the frequent rent rate increases.

I can't remember the name of the manager or supervisor at the Fremont facility but he was extremely helpful and fixed all the problems and concerns I had. He turned my bad experience into a very good one. If it helps at all Nathaniel Pigman was the young man at the counter he was extremely helpful as well could you let them both know please.

Needed a Van and Storage and everything was there. So convenient moving my things into the storage facility was so easy and when I was done turning in the Van was very simple. The facility and employees were great. I didn't need much assistance while I was storing my belongings there but when I did staff was very helpful. My only complaint is that there isn't much parking for the storage units. On several occasions I needed access to the loading dock area to unload or load my vehicle and there wouldn't be any parking spots available and it seemed like the building was empty of tenants as there was no noise from people and the motion lights would be off. Wish there was more parking . That was the only downside. There was always plenty of little push carts available so that was nice.

Hello,  I have been a loyal U Haul Customer for over 15 years. I recently made a reservation to pick up a moving truck in Boise Idaho and drive to California to empty out a storage container that I have been renting for over 15 years, and then drive the truck back to Kansas. The original reservation had me scheduled to drop the truck off in Lincoln Nebraska. When I picked the truck up in Boise it was not clean (inside or out), an ashtray full of cigarette butts, garbage under the seats, etc., and had less than 1/4 tank of fuel. When me and my 82 year old stepfather emptied out the u haul storage unit in Vacaville California the electronic doors were broken, making it very difficult to navigate large heavy items through a single hinged door. I called the 1-800 number today to inquire about options for returning the moving truck to Salina Kansas Vs Lincoln Nebraska and the Uhaul Representative was callus and provided no friendly customer service, only comments that she would "mark my contract" to ensure I would be charged maximum penalties.  When did customer service become an experience that leaves customers feeling taken advantage of and betrayed by the very business that they have been loyal to for decades ?

U-haul on Monte Vista in Vacaville is absolutely the best I have ever experienced. Super clean facility, well secured, (cameras 24 & 7), and inside units. The entire staff are very professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. I've been a regular customer over the past few years and will not use any other u-haul facilities. I strongly recommend this facility over any other u-haul. Very negative experience with 3 other u-hauls in the local area. I was very pleased to find out that they are independent of each other.

My husband & I have had this unit for over 4 years, storing items to declutter our home, with the intent to sell our home and move. Michael passed away, unexpectedly, back in May 2020, so those plans were changed. During our use of the unit, we had no problem entering, when we needed to, everything has been clean and when having contact with the staff, they have always been friendly and helpful.

We had two storage units for about 4 years. After the second year we wanted one larger unit. We supposedly were placed on a list. Despite checking several times over the next couple of years, we were told there were none available. We saw at least three units with tags on them so I asked again to be laughed at and told there was a list and they would have the manager put us on the list. That night I found a storage unit at another facility and the next day someone from uhaul called and there was a unit magically available. Issue number two, which is actually the much bigger issue, are the people hanging out in the upstairs with bikes and backpacks. We were there at night moving out of our locker and three people with bikes and backpacks left the facility at 6:45pm but when we came back in the morning, those same people were back upstairs. There were several people just hanging around the facility, I did not feel safe going there by myself. People would also wait outside and follow people in when they used their key card. Issue three is the wait time. It took a very long time to be helped

he timed motion activated lights are only sensed at the end of the rows so if you are organizing in your storage unit the lights will go out and you have to go to the end of the row to reactivate

I rented for ten years your smallest unit. All you did was raise the rent. I finally built a shed and moved my stuff. $100/mo for a closet is NUTS. Never again.

When i first got the storage unit it was 50 bucks a month! Before i cancelled my unit i was paying close to 90 bucks. Its ridiculous how much the price went up!! Never again!

Extremely disappointing! Guaranteed delivery date for 2 U-Boxes from Illinois to California was 7-14-18. One U-Box was 3 days late and the other U-Box still hasn't arrived. Again very disappointing!
