Love this place, staff are great. I highly recommend this facility. My only gripe is I wish it was a little bigger with more self storage units. Especially 10x10's.
James E. | First ImpressionsI know all costs across the country have gone up. But going from 75 to 95 for the exact same unit nothing changing seemed too high for the same unit. All in all it was a good experience. Not poor not excellent. Just, good.

The office was able to comole move out process over the phone. But, I had called twice and was on an extended hold each time.

anthony c. | First ImpressionsThey only issue had a couple issues. 1was the motion lights always turned off on me and I would have to run down the row to the beginning for the light to come back on. 2 the bathroom was always locked. 3 the frequent rent rate increases.
Deanna H. | Overall ExperienceI can't remember the name of the manager or supervisor at the Fremont facility but he was extremely helpful and fixed all the problems and concerns I had. He turned my bad experience into a very good one. If it helps at all Nathaniel Pigman was the young man at the counter he was extremely helpful as well could you let them both know please.
