MeganMarie D.This was the worst customer service experience ever. Not only is the location understaffed causing huge line delays. The two staff members where completely rude to customers. In addition they would not assist anyone with drop offs making customers un high trailers themselves. A complete liability of having a customer hurt themselves. I had to assist an elderly man un hitch his trailer as he was not strong enough to do so along with unhooking my 6x12 trailer. My recommendation is to fire the current staff and replace it with at least 4-5 new employees.
Micheal S.There does not seem to be any vehicle maintenance or pre-post inspection of the vehicle; the air conditioning system has not been serviced because it was blowing like warm air (it was 105 degrees outside) and the gas refill cap was unable to be opened. I was at a gas station ready to refill to avoid gas charges by Uhaul but could not open the cap - I told the clerk this when I returned the truck but was still charged for not refueling. We are never going back to this facility.
Ricardo G.I made the reservation for 9am for 3 hours. When I arrived to the location at 930 for pickup, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. I never received a notification of cancellation and was told my specific type of vehicle request was unavailable even though I saw it in the parking lot. The customer service agent then informed me that he could only authorize rental as long as I confirmed the return NLT noon which is what I originally requested. Unsure where the disconnect was. Thankfully they were able to accommodate.

Please recognize Josh Lara for his caring, timeliness & professional. He connected the van trailer to my vehicle & ensured that it was properly secured for my 1 800 mile drive. A true professional.

CODY G.Was given the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel, paid for 50 miles of use upfront (only used 15 of those 50 miles) was charged for 1/4 tank of fuel at $5,5/g even tho the truck was returned with the fuel marker at the exact same location on the gauge. Was disgusting inside the truck, damaged completely, bolts on wheels were rusted and not maintained. We prayed it would even make the trip. Salesperson was extremely rude, walked away from my husband when he asked why we were being charged $50 more than we were quoted without giving him a reason. She claimed she was trying to contact her manager but didn't once tell us what was happening. Manager person who was helping us at pick up was so busy chatting with everyone around him that he barely acknowledged our presence, forgetting to tell us things about the rental completely. Reserve was for 12 hours, but we were told to return the truck 5 hours after renting? If we kept it longer there was an additional “accessibility fee†to return the truck. Other customers in the store when we returned the truck spoke of how equipment that hadn't even been used was deemed damaged by staff, so they could withhold the deposit paid on the equipment. Avoid this place if you can. If I could rate it below 0 I absolutely would.

However, the gentleman that guided me to load my car onto the trailer failed to: 1) notice that my car was too low to be loaded on without blocks 2) advise me after it was loaded the undercarriage of my car had gone over the tire railing. (This would have been evident) This made it impossible for me to now unload my vehicle without causing damage and potentially tearing off the entire front bumper. This oversight, resulted in a terrible experience for me.
