Simple fact of no gas in vehicles due to overnight robbery, forcing customers to find nearest gas station and hope they make it. Suggestion: Upgrade your perimeter security. Install higher fencing at least or have spare gas to provide for affected customers.

Eric N.Put a key drop-box that looks like the actual one shown on the U-Haul website OR at least have a photo of where the drop-box is for each specific U-Haul location. Upon dropping off my U-Haul rental, I couldn't find the drop-box because I was looking for one that resembled the photo shown on the website. I had to walk around the entire premises just to be able to find the drop-box of which looked nothing like the one shown on the U-Haul website. It would have been nice for an employee to at least let me know where the drop-box is before taking off. This was a very inconvenient matter.
MOHAMMED I.The vehicle was dirty overall. Dirt tracks from shoes and dirty outside. Like it wasn't washed. Also gas gauge was way off. Contract said 1/4 tank when it was bone dry. Cost me $40 so I could get a credit of $10. Not cool

Paul H.Charles was outstanding! It was busy in there and he was working all 3 computers trying to get everyone squared up. We didn't have a reservation but still git un and out relatively quick. The only thing I would suggest is that y'all put the wifi closer to the desks it would speed things up!
randy T.At this particular location, the biggest one in Victorville I can't fathom why U-HAUL always understaff the employees. Corporate knows or should know that they need more employees, but they seem to not care about the customers. When it takes up to 45 minutes or longer in the morning to rent or be able to get the equipment that you have already reserved, that's very poor upper management. When I say upper management I mean corporate, the people that forgot what had to be done when you worked the floor or the one's straight out of college that has never worked the floor. When I the customer was told it would be faster for me to drop off the equipment by backing the trailer up the length of the building and disconnecting the equipment my self. I did that because I had to leave. Next time I have to do that I keeping the jumper wire as I just got hired by U-HAUL so that will be my form of payment, or If hurt myself doing it in supervised U-Haul may have a law suit from me getting hurt.

ALYSSA A.Gas line was cut and siphoned. I spent $90 for gas that got me 5 miles and ran out of gas twice. Technician came out and took 2 hours to get there and 1,5 hours to complete. I'm sure you guys won't do crap about it so thanks. I'm heading to Penske next time

griselda S.Well, in my original reservation I requested two furniture dollys, but when I arrived at the location to pick up the trailer and furniture dollies, they had no furniture dollys for me to rent so I was forced to buy a furniture dolly which I did not expect, this was a little disappointing, but other than that everything went well.

AARON B.Second time I've picked up from this location and it's a long process. Took about 1 hrs to rent a truck. Staff is in and out and customers are standing in office waiting. Instead of doing the rental they had us do it on the phone which took even longer.

The guy closed out the unit with the same number but a different location. We called and they said they would take care of it. We'll they still charged us the next month's rent. You can't get ahold of them on the phone. Worst customer service ever!!! Go somewhere else!

Samuel C. | Expérience généraleVehicle was on E when receiving, ran out while driving out. They put gas in with the gas can and vehicle still was not starting. They went and got another can of gas it finally started up after 45 minutes. When i came back 15 mins before 5pm store was closing when I could have been done unloading with the extra 45mins. Ended up leaving the truck there over night to unload the next day. And it turns out during that night someone stole the gas from the truck with over a quarter of a tank… So they were unable to put gas in for us to move the truck on the other side to unload easily. So it took way longer then expected with this heat walking a distance. Finally someone came and offered help, which we asked for gas to move the truck closer to make this a lot easier. He did, we moved the truck and finished a lot quicker.

Kevin P. | Expérience généraleI was one of their clients since April I went in I was told that made mean how to get paid I don't know what the month and it was 3/4 by 8 which is a hundred something but they brought up a bill that was about 500 from number one day I've been having a hard time where they have stoled my phone they stoled a price list things that were in there and only they had you know like it to them cuz I didn't have a lock so the last time I wanted to get my stuff and one of the gentleman trying to become a supervisor very very very Dishonored me broke broke me into pieces it's just respecting me call me on my name is that now he even have my left arm off. So no I don't want nothing to do with that that face that I hope something he gets soon soon

I called uhaul once again. I hope this request for a rating is the end of that storage unit. This is the reason for. 4 star rating, if not for that I would give 5 stars.
