Lack of inspection in the truck. Unfortunately was raining during my move and had a water leak in the truck, affecting my mattress and sofa. Also, I don't know why U-Haul charged $20 additional.Walmir P.
Tried to charge me for fueling and to go fill truck fee. I had to force employee to look at the photos I uploaded to uhaul website at drop off to prove that I did put gas back to how it was at pick up she was not going to look until I said I need to see those pictures. $74 she would have taken from me had I not pushed the issue. Whit gas being so high and going higher it is unacceptable that you would take $74 from you customer for your employee not doing their job correctly and upholding the policies uhaul has.Brandi C.

The people in Lawton are lazy I don't know if they were stoned or hung over they wouldn't even get up to go look at the truck and I had to gas mileage wrong if they work for me I wouldn't leave it long enough to get another employeeClyde L.
When you give a customer a uhaul on half a tank of gas and tell them they can bring it back on half a tank at no charge, don't turn around and then charge them because they didn't bring the uhaul back with a full tank of gas.Heavenly C.
We were charged for going over our miles when it was technically out of our area of control. We had to pick up in another town than we were moving from and the miles was off on the estimate. If we could of picked up in Altus we would of never went over in miles it seems.Jonathan M.
Staff violating return rules. Attempted to charge me fuel upon return, even when I returned truck with more fuel than I picked it up with. Had to threaten with law suit before they would give fuel credit.David S.
Absolutely horrible. Employees & Roy LIE & then when you come back there is different people there who tell you something else. I use U haul a lot & NEVER again & had upcoming reservations & I most definitely canceled my upcoming appointment. If Integrity means NOTHING DEFINITELY book here.chi B.
Give more information and talk to the customers. Whoever I worked with completely ignored me and I did not have no clue what I was suppose to do after I returned the truck . She took the keys and walk away from me . Did not say anything. Very unprofessional!William B.

The customer experience is secondary to everything else. 4 employees behind the desk, 2 on their phones. no one interested in taking care of their customer. had an online reservation and was told the system was down when I arrived. I waited 50 minutes to pick up what I had already reserved. No solutions were offered, simply they could do nothing and had to wait. I told them I had a time constraint to meet, to which I was responded that "so did they". If I had other options for trucks, I would spend twice as much to not do business with uHaul. I have shared this experience with a dozen people already. Your people don't understand the impact they make on your brand, and the publics image of the company.CHRISTIAN L.
I'm questioning when you went to charging per mile vs a fixed mileage allowance. Also, why do we have to provide a $100 deposit when paying cash/ debit? That defeats the purpose of paying cash. Perhaps charge a $100 cash then refund. You held $100 on my debit card but take 3 days to refund, that's bad business.Anne W.
