I liked the promotion offer where you can turn in your trailer and get a first month off for storage unit. It made the transition when moving to a new state super convenient. In addition, I might’ve found checking in and out annoying but the one time I didn’t check in, the alarm went off when I opened my storage unit. Glad to know my stuff is really secured when I’m not there. The U-haul app was very easy to manage as well. It made moving out super easy as well. Would definitely recommend!

William S | First ImpressionsEach month I paid for my storage with another individual splitting the bill a specific way. After about 3 months they saved my card on file for auto payment without my authorization. I called twice and asked them to remove auto pay as I did not request this and they agreed however never took the card off file. I traveled to town as soon as I could to get rid of my stuff in storage so I no longer had to foot the bill.

Dennis B | First ImpressionsThe only thing I would comment on is when I was given the price of the rental I thought the price included the taxes and everything but when I went to pay it was not included. This should be made clear because it was a shock when the price jumped almost 200 dollars more then what I was told.
