The employees mistakenly double booked for the time that I reserved and the vehicle I needed. The two employees who were handling the situation were very rude and snarky as if I had inconvenienced them due to their own ineptitude. They proceeded to tell me I had to have the vehicle back 4 hours earlier so they can rent it off to the next customer. I had originally agreed to 7 hours. They then told me if I did not have the vehicle back by that time they would charge me and extra 150.00. Due to the original nature of my intended use for the vehicle I did not meet that deadline and was charged unjustly given that they made the mistake and made NO effort to rectify the situation. The staff clearly need more training. I am a frequent customer and appalled at the way I was treated. This should absolutely be an escalated matter if they make these mistakes and show no care often. They need to be re-trained on customer interactions. Absolutely appalling behavior and attitude.

I had to sweep out the truck..the cab of the truck was not clean as well…I was relieved that my phone didn’t reach to the bottom of the cup holder as it had some kind of fluid in it….

I was sent a text 3 days after I returned their truck, with a threat of fraud and theft. It took mutiple calls for them to search the lot and find the rented uhaul. Please do better.

I registered online I rejected the additional insurance I was charged anywas. The Gasoline reading was not correct. but I filled it past the marked reading. My total bill was higher that expected.

I was treated by well-mannered people throughout storage, and rentals. I really appreciate their respect for others.

I was at this locations two days in a row. On day one, i was there to pick up a corporate rental. The employee helping was a hispanic man on his personal phone with some electric company trying to figure out something with their customer service. It was a personal call. He beckoned me over while on the phone and then tried to multi-task on the phone and helping me, which led to me standing there waiting for him to finish his conversation. Eventually, a female manager I believe came back in and helped me through my pickup. She was friendly and great. The second day, I went to purchase 60$ of boxes and tape. The same employee was there also on the phone with some electric company still trying to figure out his personal business with them. I stood in front of him for 5 minutes or so, until his coworkers came back in from doing something outside. One of them looked at me, then looked at the employee in the phone, rolled his eyes and motioned me over and rang me out quickly. I don't understand why this employee couldn't just go take a break and take this call?

I wanted to get a one way truck and drop off in Hartford, I was told I would have 100 miles with that option. Before I signed my paperwork I was told I would only have 35 miles with the truck which wouldn't work for me. The guy at the front desk (rob I think) had a horrible attitude when he had to fix the issue because I was misquoted. He ended up arguing (yelling) threatening me before I left. Horrible experience. Everyone else there was helpful but that one guy should be fired. Unprofessional.

The young man that took the trailer off told me that the trailer was not put on correctly and I could have killed someone or myself and children that is not a good thing and I drove from FL to CT with the trailer not being properly installed onto my car.

Had a reservation for 7am online check in, when I got there and checked in with the app it gave me an error. I had to call and they told me the location never set a truck up for me and had to wait till 9am when they opened. Unacceptable service

I was told the van I rented had 1/2 a tank but it actually had 1/4... when I returned it I filled it to 3/4... just so you know.

The service was quick and efficient. The equipment (5 X 8 trailer) was in good condition and worked just as expected. I had to (unfortunately) schedule and cancel twice before and so wanted to mention that the iOS app and reservation system worked well for me. I am very appreciative that I was able to cancel (twice) exusting reservations without penalty.

The price at the counter was not the same as when I reserved the truck. The reservation cost was $74 if I delivered it to a location in Danbury; however, when I got to the counter, the cost was actually $118!

Not looking forward to coming back to this storage unit. Inside the units looks like hotels from a stereotypical hotel in a third world country. Staff was friendly the hallways were cleaned. The walls inside the lockers need renovation.

I am truly frustrated and disappointed with my experience at your storage facility. Everything was fine until I went to remove my items from the storage room because I was oblivious to the fact that your facility is infested with rodents. For the amount of money your customers paid you should have an exterminator on contract. There was mice droppings all over my storage room. On top of the boxes and underneath all over the floor. I had to step in it to get my stuff.Two and half dead mice on the floor. A half because one was missing a head. One of my boxes was eaten through. Once home I discovered nothing but mice droppings and a dead mouse in the box. I haven't gone through my other boxes yet but I cringe to think about what I will discover. It is disgusting. I had to throw things away because it is unsanitary. Your storage is unsanitary, disgusting and a health hazard. You are collecting people's money to but rat poison everywhere and that is not fixing the issue.

The warehouse itself is dirty as ever! The units are dirty and run down. No light. Hard to get your items in. No elevators. The employee who checked me in was friendly but didn't walk me to the unit or explain where it was. Very cumbersome to get my things in to the lower level. I would not recommend this facility and definitely wouldn't have rented here if I knew I wasn't on the street level.

Uhaul keeps taking Mthly. Payment out of my Account and incurred o/d fee in my account. We had a frozen pipe burst in our Apt. in December, we had exhausted our savings for Uhaul trucks, storage, hotels, etc. So, to be paying after we closed our transactions and moved our stuffs out of Uhaul storage is traumatic to this customer who is financially stressed already! staff was nice but unfortunately I was overcharged when I canceled my storage because one of them employees forgot to close out my storage account so I was charged $132 when I wasn't supposed to. And my other complaint was that is so infested with rats that my storage was completely full or rat feces and it was all over one of my rugs.

I had rat feces all over my furniture, storage containers. I was extremely upset that it stuck to my belongs and had to get rid of some of my items. The rate I was being charged monthly should not have included rat feces. The amount of feces that was on my belongings told that this storage facility is highly invested.

I had expensive items stolen from my storage unit. At one point it was put up for auction and I never received a notice by mail or email. We had financial issues because I had heart surgery then my fiancé became very sick. Never once offered to waive any fees and I don't know any place that charges you a late fee more than once a month. You do it 2 or 3 times a month.

This was the worst experience ever my storage unit had a mouse infestation resulting in my belongings full of mouse droppings and when it was brought to their attention they assured me it would be cleaned out and when I went back nothing was done and I found my belongings in disarray I would never use uhaul again for storage and I would never ever recommend any one to do so either

I had the pleasure of being assisted by 2 wonderful men (Carlos & Thomas) I don't know their last names but it is ok. They was remarkable with helping me and accommodating me with my needs. I been a customer for a lot of years and never was my experience as pleasant as it was with these young men. They knew my story and work with me as I was experiencing a tough time I believe they should be noticed for their excellence in customer service.

This experience was painless. The truck was well maintained, comfortable, clean and drove 14 hours straight with no problem at all. The staff at my return location was amazing, super helpful. Thank you for making my move that much easier.
