Staff needs better training . Took over a hour and a half to pick up a unit which once I returned hone had a flat tire. Jack handle was very difficult to use once it got to a certain point

I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. The final price was not what I was quoted when I made my reservation. People at the counter could care less. Very disappointing. Anthony Sciascia

Fire and rehire whoever was there the day i dropped it off. Im heated i worked my tail off to be there for 5 pm when they closed i got there just in time, 4:57pm the doors were locked and i had an employee very rudely wave me away and tell me to go to the drop box. However i put a $100 cash deposit down when i picked it up and made sure to alert them that i did NOT want to use my card on file and would be paying cash. They owed me change, which i did not get. They shouldnt lock those doors and wave people off early like that! Your online drop off service was broken as well for drop off. It kept redirecting me to the main page after entering all info and confirmation code. I was ticked enough already. Then another worker seemingly annoyed it was taking me so long told me to juat drop the keys in and not worry about it his manager would handle it tmrw and he'd be here then to make sure i wasnt charged a late fee..... I ended up calling in and speaking to a guy who was ok but clearly didnt know what he was doing as it took me over an hour on the phone with him to complete drop off. Seriously fire the jerks that work there.... hope my $7 in change was worth loosing a customer for life because i will never ever rent from you guys again!

The 6x12 utility trailer is hard to find here in CT- Wish your Middletown or Brainard Rd had access to it. The 6x12 with ramp is no good because the ramp gates take up to much room- if the 6x12 utility trailer with ramp had a 6ft ramp....it would be great! Uhaul folks claim its a common complaint- THe folks at Waterbury Uhaul were great!!

Train your employees to better on the correct process on the computer. It shouldn’t take over an hour to pick up a trailer. I should not have to give my information more than once. I should not have to give 4 contact phone numbers.

Location did not have the truck i reserved and has made numerous calls to customer service and still no response from anyone, was told by the location i would get a 50 dollar credit and still have not received that as well, very displeased with the whole transaction.

I shouldn't have had to come to this location, but because of gross incompetence I was forced to drive out of my way inorder to pick up the trailer I needed. I was supposed to pick the trailer up from a place in Bethlehem, but apparently U-Haul corporate likes to change rentals without notifying customers. Needless to say when I arrived to pick up the trailer I found no trailer waiting for me. Instead I was told by the person in Bethlehem that my order was switched to Waterbury because one-way trailers take priority over in town, which is absolutely asinine. It should be first come first serve like basically every other business runs, but apparently U-Haul in their infinite wisdom wants to stand out in a crowd. I have to tell you you're not standing out for good reasons. So I had to drive another almost 30 minutes out of my way to pick up the trailer. I'm guessing U-Haul isn't overly concerned about how valuable a person's time is and the inconveniences it poses when what you have a confirmed order for isn't where it should be when it should be. As for Waterbury there was only one person in the area where you check out when I arrived and they were trying to assist another customer. Finally after tough 15 minutes and a line 5+ deep started to for more employees miraculously appeared almost as if the came out of thin air. The employee that helped me did a good job overall and got me out of there quickly but had there been more people up front initially I could have saved another 15 or 20 minutes. Overall my experience with U-Haul sucked and while the trailer performed flawlessly it hardly makes up for the debacle that the rest of the experience was. Have the equipment where it needs to be when it needs to be. Seems like a simple concept to me but apparently U-Haul missed the memo on it.

The right rear signal light bulb was not working....I had to drive into Manhattan..not good....the brakes on the van squeeled and the transmission has a shudder...it made the trip though...I am an ase certified master technician...when I went to drop the van the boy behind the counter was playing Romeo to a young lady and I was third in line....he ignored us...I gave my keys to one of the guys in back who was very nice...the van got the job done..check in was very good and the reservation process as I called the plainville store to find me a van was also good

I waited for 20 minutes just to get to talk to someone at the desk. One guy came in the door and I asked him he said the other guy would be right back. This guy just went and sat down behind the computer and was playing on his phone. But not all bad once the other guy came in he was very friendly and helped out the way he should. Now going to return the truck was fast but unprofessional. A guy was out side vaping. He checked me out fast on his phone. But I had to explain to my young daughter what vaping was. I know every is entitled to there break. But they should do that around back. Not in front of the main door where all the customers can see.

Pick up was okay but drop off what's up cluster f * *, very unorganized. Also want to note not this locations fault but I reserved trailer a month ahead of time at a different location and two days before pick up they tell me it's not available I need to come here instead. Add a total of 4 hours to my trip

I needed a truck on short notice due to an unforeseen issue. I made a reservation after hours and the team at this Uhaul location had the truck ready for pick-up at 7AM when they opened. We were on the road by 7:10AM Thanks!
