The staff and management on the receiving end in Austin went above and beyond to make sure my reservation was completed. With a shortage of vehicles available, the manager sent an employee to grab a truck from another location to ensure I would be able to get my pod to my new home on the day I originally requested. A pleasure doing business with that branch and because of that service I will be a repeat customer.Danthony P.

The gentleman that checked us in did not seem to know what he was doing. It took him close to 20 min to look over the vehicle and write up the paperwork. He then charged us for 5 furniture pads despite the fact that we had never even opened the package of 6 that we had rented. The folded pads were clearly intact. I then had to go outside and get the pads out of the truck and prove they were neat, never used and wait for a refund of the 53,00 $ extraneous charge. The return process was about 35 min not including the time to wait our turn. They should not allow someone to work without the proper training.Roxanne D.

You charged me twice. I rented the trailer for two days. When I went in Tuesday morning the very nice lady asked me if I was returning it Thursday. I said I would return it the next day. This was the worst experience ever my storage unit had a mouse infestation resulting in my belongings full of mouse droppings and when it was brought to their attention they assured me it would be cleaned out and when I went back nothing was done and I found my belongings in disarray I would never use uhaul again for storage and I would never ever recommend any one to do so eitherToni S. | Expérience générale

My issue was not with the first site. I was scheduled to pick up a trailer in new haven. I arrived and was informed that the trailer is not there even though I confirmed the night before.. Yet there were 5 sitting in the lot but they were not one way, please explain that to me...it's a trailer. I was then provided two areas that had a trailer that I had to then spend another hour driving to the faculty and back to my destination. Your organization should have given me a trailer in new haven and then driven one to replace that.Thomas S.
