They deserve something toasty as moving in mid winter can be tough and this location is busy. Props to a good team that worked through the cold and managed to smile while doing it. Great job everyone (including roadside that helped through the trailer incident)

RICHARD CThe truck I rented was just OK. It had over 150 000 miles on it, and it was very tired. Pretty much no suspension, the visor was broken, and the engine light came on 5 minutes after I drove away. Also, the loading deck mechanism was hard to maneuver. It did the job, and the people were very nice, but the truck needs some TLC.

Mary BClean the trucks...mine apparently needed maintenance..also when the associate come from the back she looked pass me to asked to help people behind me who was already done...i had to say to her that i was next...also the associate that was checking me out decided that it was a good idea to pull out a sandwich and began to eat it while doing my check out...brought the dolly out and said here ma'am leaving it on the walkout..at the time I was checking the truck as it was stated to do before leaving.also the back of the truck was frozen to where she had to get a hammer to open it...still wouldn't assis with the dolly...I got help from another customer who also stated to me about her rudeness.I understand needing to eat..however..she came from the back where she could have eaten her lunch ...never seen such unprofessional person at this location..I wished that I could remember her name...but you may find that out by look at paperwork

MONICA LMy receipt was changed. It took 2 days to send me my final receipt and the rate was 19,95 when I picked it up and 109 when I dropped it off. Inaccurate bill.
BLOSSOM EGreat experience, Quality 26 foot moving truck, much easier to use than other brands. U-Haul has this rental truck system dialed in. Great prices with newer trucks especially made with lower step in heights makes the entire moving experience better. I wouldn't use anybody else. Great job U-Haul.

JACK DI reserved it online. and was surprised that the rental charges 1,19/mile. it should be clear online during the reservation. this type of hidden charge should have been clear upfront to customers.

ANDREA JThe odometer on the truck I used was set for kilometers and put in the computer as miles. Thus I was charged more due to the lack of employees knowledge of converting the kilometers to miles. I took a photo of the odometer to prove my point and they said it would be adjusted in the billing. IT WASN'T! I called Uhaul directly upon receiving my email of the bill and was switched over to the place I rented from. The employee was rude and couldn't understand what I was telling him about the over charge or how to do the math conversion. I was given a refund but the employee didn't give me any type of confirmation of my refund and hung up on me. I wonder how many customers are ripped off because they don't realize the odometer is set wrong.

ALEXANDER JThe luck of the draw the truck I used had a lot of miles and wasn't clean on the inside or outside. The transmission seemed to have issues getting into and out of gears. The key also wouldn't come out of the ignition very easily. Probably related to the shifting column stickiness. The staff was nice at the location at check in and check out. There was a difference with the quote online and once I checked in. The charge was 106 when my app said 95.85.
BRIAN PGot randomly charged $40. Only had the truck a couple hours and returned clean and with more gas than I received when I rented it

RONALD KI'm leaving because I have my own barn now for storage. The entry gate system to the covered storage area is not reliable, on two occasions it would not open. Anne Sanchez was very helpful in getting me access both times.

Seriously, I've been in customer service in one form or another for over thirty years now and when I say James was impressive, I don't say it lightly. He was fantastic at every point, from his interactions with any customer to his ability to take time to mentor other employees in better ways of doing something or just gentle team-building. Personally, I wanted to thank James for his support during a very rough time. He was instrumental in making my life much clearer in small but significant ways, and for that, James deserves much more than my praise! Give the man a raise and promote him to training others to be as good as he is. Don't lose this gentleman, invest in him. Thank you again, James and team!

April B | Premières impressionsLook, for what it was it was worth it; however, you do yourself a disservice when: 1) your dismissive when sizes advertised is less than provided and charged. 2) Customer Service for in person staff is hit and miss. Will say, seems to be better when we closed the storage from when we opened it. I also admit, it could just be that I'm old and recall better general service overall when I used to work in retail. If anyone reads and wants details, good and bad I'm happy to share more.

I'm just glad I didn't have electronics stored. Other than that everyone was very nice and the facility was always very clean and tidy.

I appreciated we were able to rent a truck (twice) last minute and rent a unit. My only suggestion is to get more furniture dollies. We took the last one and I heard someone come behind us who couldn't get one because you were out. Your location also did not have blankets for rent. I understand people steal them but they should be charged and the items replaced. Overall, you run a great operation!

The other three staff were not willing to give any kind of assistance. I made two other purchases the guy that helped with the second item was watching tiktok videos on his phone though the whole transaction he never really looked up. We decided to get boxes for dishes none of the three worker was willing to come out from behind counter to help instead they stood in a crowd watching videos on the guys phone. My fiance had demand help from one the girls that upset her she had a attitude the time when helping us. We tried to get information on where the alarm was located they gave vague directions. The whole time we were there three of the staff members were very unprofessional. The girl that rented us the unit was the only member willing to give any help. I will not recommend this business to anyone. I have used this business for years I didn't know your customer service had declined to this point.

The smell from plumbing problems is unbearable. Way overpriced. Totally understaffed. Very unprofessional staff. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. I will never rent storage with uhaul again.

I also asked the hours for storage, we had a flood and needed to make sure we could move everything in, they said 24 hours with my code. We did quite a few loads but came with another after 11 and could not access.

They took care of me and my needs were met. They didn't try to put me in anything I didn't want or need. And I was in and out and with the power being out all over they ( staff. Bonnie and Ann) made it work with the difficulty hey had to deal with and made no complaints on the situation.. The best price and by far the best service.
