Your service was far and away better than I had expected. The price was better than I had expected . I had a rental all set up but I slipped up and did not pick it up before their closing time so I was out of luck for the truck In desperation I called U-Haul which For some unknown reason I had never considered in the paste and your people were great. Rented a 26' truck and it drove horribly. The suspension caused the truck to bounce a lot even when driving on the freeway. When I returned the truck, I mentioned this to a representative and he said this is a very common complaint. I'm not sure if this was a suspension or tire pressure issue.STEVEN P.

Make sure equipment is fully functioning and up to date on any repairs before renting them out so people don't have to sit for hours wondering if their uhaul is going to be fixed or not, and not being able to use it for the allotted time. We got one trip in and all the miles went to returning it to the facility. That was it.Megan M.

Just like every one else. Way to slow because of computers. And lack of employees. While I was there people were waiting for so.e one to help. One guy was waiting g a lp fill. And was really waiting a lo g time in back. I was dropping my trailer off in back. Because it was a really long long wait at drop off area. And I rent quite often there. So as I walk to front. I told lp guy I would remind them he was there. When I left he was still there and I sent him to menards. That is where I go now.. much gaster then u and a better price. Windshield and windows should be cleaned on both sides. There were smears on the inside and dead bugs on the outside. The windshield wipers also needed to be replaced as I drove thru rain and they didn't work as intendedTy D.

Fill the tank and not charge me for extra gas when I don't know how much fuel I will need. I spent $100 to fill the tank and then only used 1/2. At pickup it was on E. When I dropped the truck off I was 1 mile over and was charged an additional $68. That is ridiculous and will never use U-Haul again or recommend it. Also, I had to walk about 7 blocks to pick up my truck in a remote lot.Michael O.

I rent a uhaul close to my house so that I'm not paying alot for mileage. It said it was available I had to drive an extra 10,5 miles because the location that promised me the uhaul did not have it. I was then charged for the extra mileage because the place that promised me the said truck didn't have it. I should not have had to pay for the extra 20 miles.Faustina G.

I check it in on the app, and then had to walk all the way back to the register to get the key, and then had to walk all the way to the end of the second lot to get the truck. After driving 8 hours and being rebooked across town I was told they weren't going to honor it. I'm really annoyed that U-Haul's policy is even if you have a reservation, storage units are first come, first serve. I had a reservation for a unit that I placed a few weeks ago and when I arrived I was told that it was given away. I then had to pay quite a bit more for a larger unit because it was the only unit available. Truly never had such a horrible experience. Truck was to be picked up at 11 am. Got there. No truck they say. I ask why. no answer. Asked about other trucks parked. Said waiting on other customers. so we tried to get another truck but they wouldn't comply. I had a reservation for my truck at 11 am. Well finally 1pm Finally got a truck. Played phone tag with the u-haul place. at one point they cancelled my reservation. While I'm still waiting for a truck. I have never been so frustrated in all my life. My storage unit got messed up twice! They said system errors. Then, I had a very poor experience with renting a uhaul. I didn't receive any indication that I needed to be there within 15mins of my pick up time. I was stuck with a uhaul that was 6' shorter and caused me to make 2 trips to move! Which equated for more mileage! They never reimbursed me for that extra mileage! That same day, I went in to pick up the uhaul, I was upset about the cancelation. I know I wasn't disrespectful to the lady, however, her husband, the GM Jose, embarrassed me in front of a line of people by yelling at me and threatening me!! I would hope this company would know having a husband and wife work together at a location can cause this exact issue to happen when things don't go exactly right. This location has made several mistakes and never once took ownership of there mishandling of my storage unit and rental issue. They just blamed the system. When you are a GM of a location, you need to conduct yourself that way! Jose definitely failed at that and caused a scene for no reason! He is a poor example of a leader. The employees at the location of the storage facility were helpful but I had to take a day off of work to drive there in person because no one ever picked up the phone at the location. Every time I called I was rerouted to an offsite customer service rep that would state they couldn't help me because they didn't have access to the accounts at a different location. Tried chatting online and was also told that only a rep at the exact location could help. Leaving messages didn't help either. I would get a voicemail with the general number to call back and no one would pick up again. Tried calling corporate and would sit on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time and then have the same experience. While the face to face employees were helpful, the experience I had moving was horrible with this company. I had to go between 3 locations to get a truck and storage facility and then the size that I ordered wasn't available even though I had paid for it online with a credit card already. Miscommunication from the company only created more issues with trying to relocate out of the area. I have driven over 200 miles extra to deal with issues from moving and using the storage facility. I rented a unit online that would be large enough for the contents of a one-bedroom apartment. When I got to the facility, I was told I'd need take a cart back-and-forth to fill the unit, which I'd never had happen before. I ended up having to rent a different kind of unit I could drive up to. I reiterated that I had furniture and boxes from a one-bedroom apartment. When I got to the unit, it was only big enough for a few boxes. I feel that the prices are very high. The facility hours could be an extra hour. There is never enough staff always have to wait. I ran late four important reason and when I got to the facility I wanted to make sure that I could check out before the staff left. I think they should have oh way that they can access the key and let you be able to still use it since technically it is my last day until at least 10 or 11 because technically it still is my day instead I was locked out from being able to leave and the gentleman inside the desk was not helpful to my friend who went to tell him to let us out. Luckily there was a another employee that was outside other facility that was able to access and help us leave but we still had a couple big things to pick up and we had to leave it outside of the gate because of not being able to still have access. I don't think staff should have to be there to make sure that the unit is clean if I'm paying . They should be able to clean it out the next day that should be their job. We also rented a truck at one point and it is really misleading when they say $19 and some cents for a truck but by the time you include the miles and the hassle of bringing back the truck it was not a quick drop off there is a procedure and very time-consuming I feel that it is very expensive. I guess in a time of need and no one else has a truck a person has to be convinced that this was going to be an expensive rental and realize that they have to close their eyes about the expense of the truck.
