The only issue was the "mother's closet" or whatever that shelf is wasn't exactly clean for us. It wasn't awful but there was some wet mud up there. Love the easy access in and out / on and off the highway. The mobile pickup and delivery was awesome!Jacquelyn E.

Truly never had such a horrible experience. Truck was to be picked up at 11 am. Got there. No truck they say. I ask why. no answer. Asked about other trucks parked. Said waiting on other customers. so we tried to get another truck but they wouldn't comply. I had a reservation for my truck at 11 am. Well finally 1pm Finally got a truck. Played phone tag with the u-haul place. at one point they cancelled my reservation. While I'm still waiting for a truck. I have never been so frustrated in all my life. Honor your reservations. I received a phone call 45 minutes before I was due to pick up truck saying it wasn't available. Encourage your staff to be respectful. Improve drop off procedures- forced to wait on busy road in dangerous situation because no one was managing drop offs. It was an overall completely unacceptable experience.ELIZABETH K.

Nothing! This whole experience was amazing. Another company failed me at the last minute. I called in a panic with no time to spare and they quickly hooked me up and made everything better. The employees went BEYOND my expectations, helped me pick additional items and avoid getting unnecessary items, were so friendly and professional. After driving to 2 different u-haul places was finally able to drop off and then was charged 13 $:50 because I was over there milage, would not have been over miles had they taken it back at the first uhaul place I took it. Terrible service, gave me a different trailer then what was in the yard, returned the trailer a day later and they couldn't figure anything out (because it had a different serial number). Then uhaul called me Wednesday wondering where there trailer is and after explaining to them that I dropped it off 4 days ago, I was still charged an extra 4 days after they found it sitting in there lot. I have been calling and emailing everyday without any progress on getting this resolved.NOAH S.

Equipment was not checked out properly as soon as we left not even 30 miles out we had a blow out took. Me like 30 minutes to locate someone from uhaul then it took them like 1 hr to get there gentlemen who helped us was very nice checked out the other 3 tires and they needed Air so was not happy with service at uhaul n the amount we had to pay.Raul C.
My storage unit got messed up twice! They said system errors. Then, I had a very poor experience with renting a uhaul. I didn't receive any indication that I needed to be there within 15mins of my pick up time. I was stuck with a uhaul that was 6' shorter and caused me to make 2 trips to move! Which equated for more mileage! They never reimbursed me for that extra mileage! That same day, I went in to pick up the uhaul, I was upset about the cancelation. I know I wasn't disrespectful to the lady, however, her husband, the GM Jose, embarrassed me in front of a line of people by yelling at me and threatening me!! I would hope this company would know having a husband and wife work together at a location can cause this exact issue to happen when things don't go exactly right. This location has made several mistakes and never once took ownership of there mishandling of my storage unit and rental issue. They just blamed the system. When you are a GM of a location, you need to conduct yourself that way! Jose definitely failed at that and caused a scene for no reason! He is a poor example of a leader. When I came to return then trailer there was no one there to return it with a super long line of trucks being returned. Went inside to ask along with another gentlemen and the guy at the counter the was there was super rude to the other guy and I went back out and waited longer still no one went back in and then he told me to drive to the south side of the building and some one would meet me there. So would have been nice to have someone there and a little bit better customer serviceThomas H.

Long time to checkout due to your "Driver lic pic" links not working. Staff refused to find alternative once I made it clear I was not interested in UHaul having digital copy of my DOB, DL # and Home address. No documentation able to be provided on how long you keep this information nor how to request on how to get it deleted. Asked for "A few free miles" for additional time it took for staff to check me out due to not finding reservation in system and YOUR app ( not working on TWO different browsers on STOCK android phone ) malfunctioning that requires your overly aggressive Lic policy. Staff just laughed at the idea, Great customer service. You have NO mention of this when making a reservation and are only one of two other rental companies I have used in the last 6 months that requires this. Candy bar wrapper and empty water bottle left in vehicle behind passenger seat from previous renter. Staff refused to bring vehicle up to front when it was raining outside. Getting spam emails ( this one ) despite never requesting to sign up for any. Being told to check my vehicle out via text. Then sent text after renting vehicle that I will be charged 20 $if I return EARLY after hours BEFORE you open next day and don't do more work for you for free. Worst part is after a year of covid, new more contagious strains coming out and cases on the rise you still have TWO employees indoors walking around without one. One was helping an elderly man at the counter with NO MASK ON AT ALL! NO plexiglass NOTHING. What is wrong with you people ? Lost a customer for life. I don't care if budget or hertz costs a little more. I would rather NOT give you my money in the end. It's idiots like this that don't take it seriously putting strangers in the hospital and killing others.TIMOTHY S.

The employees at the location of the storage facility were helpful but I had to take a day off of work to drive there in person because no one ever picked up the phone at the location. Every time I called I was rerouted to an offsite customer service rep that would state they couldn't help me because they didn't have access to the accounts at a different location. Tried chatting online and was also told that only a rep at the exact location could help. Leaving messages didn't help either. I would get a voicemail with the general number to call back and no one would pick up again. Tried calling corporate and would sit on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time and then have the same experience. While the face to face employees were helpful, the experience I had moving was horrible with this company. I had to go between 3 locations to get a truck and storage facility and then the size that I ordered wasn't available even though I had paid for it online with a credit card already. Miscommunication from the company only created more issues with trying to relocate out of the area. I have driven over 200 miles extra to deal with issues from moving and using the storage facility. My experience was fine with the staff working at the time but I was highly frustrated with the fact thtmat the 10 by 15 I had reserved had been rented to someone else. I rented a unit online that would be large enough for the contents of a one-bedroom apartment. When I got to the facility, I was told I'd need take a cart back-and-forth to fill the unit, which I'd never had happen before. I ended up having to rent a different kind of unit I could drive up to. I reiterated that I had furniture and boxes from a one-bedroom apartment. When I got to the unit, it was only big enough for a few boxes. I feel that the prices are very high. The facility hours could be an extra hour. There is never enough staff always have to wait. I ran late four important reason and when I got to the facility I wanted to make sure that I could check out before the staff left. I think they should have oh way that they can access the key and let you be able to still use it since technically it is my last day until at least 10 or 11 because technically it still is my day instead I was locked out from being able to leave and the gentleman inside the desk was not helpful to my friend who went to tell him to let us out. Luckily there was a another employee that was outside other facility that was able to access and help us leave but we still had a couple big things to pick up and we had to leave it outside of the gate because of not being able to still have access. I don't think staff should have to be there to make sure that the unit is clean if I'm paying . They should be able to clean it out the next day that should be their job. We also rented a truck at one point and it is really misleading when they say 19 $and some cents for a truck but by the time you include the miles and the hassle of bringing back the truck it was not a quick drop off there is a procedure and very time-consuming I feel that it is very expensive. I guess in a time of need and no one else has a truck a person has to be convinced that this was going to be an expensive rental and realize that they have to close their eyes about the expense of the truck.
