Sidney was very friendly and professional. She went over the paperwork and set up my car transporter quickly and with a smile. The transporter had newer tires looked to be in very good shape. The trip 1100 miles went without problems. Thanks again u haul.Keith H.
Had an awful experience with pickup and got sent back and forth across town because of the ASM at the huffine location. Was told a lock I bought from them would fit in the truck I was renting by her and it did not fit. She also failed to extend the time period of my truck rental after I had the equipment I reserved a month in advance canceled on me twice and delayed my move by 2 days. Overall terrible experience, only good part was the guys at the location on 7th in Bozeman were helpful and nice to work with.Jacob F.
Availability for the truck I requested was extremely limited. I would have had to drive 3,5 hours each way to pick up the closest available truck on the day for which the reservation was made. I had to wait an extra day to get a truck at the intended location. Sydney, the manager, went out of her way to try to locate and accommodate the rental. Kudos to her.Norman W.

I rented a tow dolly to move my broken down car. I made a reservation, picked up the dolly, loaded the car, dropped it off at the repair facility and returned the dolly in less than 2 hours. 58 miles driven. Very convent.Timothy T.

Most confusing thing I've ever done. First I didn't know if I was getting a trailer. Was told they didn't have one so I was getting a car dolly. I show up an they have 2 reservations for me. I end up with a trailer after an hour of computer problems. The staff was friendly at leastMARK C.
Because this location has an unpaved gravel lot, the the question about whether it was clean or not really isn't applicable. I trained a lot lately so the lot is a bit muddy...I don't care. I know there will be people who would not find this desirable. The inside of the store / office was very minimalist, but contained everything you find at U-Haul locations...all of the packing supplies and accessories. Plus the three different ladies I've worked with regarding this location have all been very friendly and helpful. Overall this is a great location.Larry A.

Returned Trailer Clean (2 days early) to Uhaul on Saturday, 28 May 2022 at approximately 3:00 p.m. Young man told us he had no tie to check it in and directed to leave it. He said we would receive an email. No email by Sunday morning. Returned to Uhaul. Woman on phone was mocking customer while talking to customer. Woman finally finished mocking customer and checked trailer in (received a receipt). No credit for returning CLEAN a day and a half early. The local uhaul on Huffine is in a unpaved, muddy parking lot/field. Trailer was fine. Employee's not so much.Dennis D.

I tried and tried to request a receipt for total charges. The phone tree wait times are oppressive. The live chat line is not live at all and also required a 20 min wait for assistance. The on line forum just keeps sending me a notice that says i have a zero balance. All i wanted was a receipt for the total charges, that should have been handed to me at the beginning of my rental. Every attempt to obtain a receipt afterwards found a blockade of automated, redundant re-directing. My only recourse is to call my credit card company and decline any charges until they are justified with a proper receipt.Miles M.

The Uhaul agent and corporation completely lied to me, gave false guarantees of service, and ultimately subjected me to additional hardship which made my move an abject disaster. I literally had to go to another ENTIRE TOWN to find service. I had scheduled ahead, booked a vehicle and was GUARANTEED that my reservation would be honored. GUARANTEED. There was NO VEHICLE available for my guaranteed reservation. And I literally had the agent REPEAT BACK to me TWICE that she 'GUARANTEED' that my reservation would be there. U-Haul not only LIED to me, and completely falsified advertising and broke contractual obligations, but they OVERTLY GUARANTEED that this VERY THING would not happen. She even REPEATED IT. "Yes sir, I GUARANTEE that your reservation will be there. I guarantee it." LIES. BLATANT, DISGUSTING LIES. What a scam. What a horrid, disgusting way to take advantage of those who are in desperate need. I hope U-Haul is proud of their handiwork. I would be ashamed to admit to work for such a travesty as U-Haul. I've never seen such blatant disregard. What a sham.Kyle J.
I originally was told on the phone that this vehicle would be available on my pickup date. It turns out the pick up location was closed on that date and the van had to be picked up via mobile order. I spent over an hour on the phone getting this vehicle pickup type changed. I could not do it on the mobile site because it's lacking functionality.Elliot M.

The location was knee deep in mud at dropoff. They said that they were a new location and that there as not been time to fix this. Everything else was great, personnel very helpful, but physical plant needs improvement.Walter A.
Sydney was excellent - friendly, great customer service. The parking lot, however, needs to be paved. It was a muddy mess and then the cab got muddy, the truck got muddy driving out. Located on a very busy street - hard to turn left out of the parking lot.peggy O.
The only "issue" we had was that I never received a text for me to confirm the status of the vehicle. When I arrived at the truck I noted the gas tank was just slightly lower than what my paperwork indicated, but when we dropped the truck off I filled it up to where our paperwork had indicated. We were still charged an additional $9,5 because the worker stated it was a little lower than what his records were saying.Megan P.

Linda assisted us in our rental of a 5x8 enclosed trailer. She was friendly and professional throughout the paper work. The weather was quite cold and windy and Linda had no difficulties with the inclimate weather or the muddy conditions in the lot. She lifted the trailer tongue onto our hitch without difficulty and was well versed in connecting the electrical plug. Upon return of the trailer, Linda was again professional and competent. She is a valued employee for Uhall and will hopefully be recognized for her competence in her job. This location is in serious need of asphalt paving for the winter in Bozeman.KATHERINE S.
