Ice and snow was not cleared from office steps or from in front of storage bays that were shaded. This created a safety issue as well as an access issue.

In the past I have walked away from facilities based on lack of customer service. This young man went above and beyond to explain the process. He was polite and professional; something exceedingly rare these days.

John M | Premières impressionsBut sometimes the attendants are literally standing, shaking their heads rather than intervening and redirecting the situation. It’s basic customer service. Be friendly and courteous and tolerable. 90% of the time this happens. But this one day I slowly drove and you can’t see around that corner and I stopped correctly and the employer just stared at me in a condescending way. Like, sure, had a long day, I get it. But you’re on the clock and people drive the wrong way, there’s probably a way to have prevented the situation that isn’t to be put on the customer. I understand there are idiots behind the wheel, the look the young man gave me some months ago still sits with me. Maybe they aren’t even there anymore. But regardless, y’all asked so thought maybe management would like to know. But maybe it’s the management? I think it all reflects on managers, so, my opinion, your managers need the training and reprimand.

I was not quite ready for the space at the apartment complex, signing up for a storage unit online was super easy and hassle-free! Having kept my belongings at the Uhaul storage at Huffine location in Bozeman, MT made it very easy to access. The move out process was extremely easy and convincing too once the apartment complex approved for a garage unit. I would highly recommend this Uhaul location, staff are very polite, respectful, helpful, and efficient!
