I had reserved a 26ft truck for 5 days. 10 min before my reservation I received a phone call from the location telling me I had to go to a different location. When I got to the second location they gave me the truck and I left. 1 hour later I received a text telling me the truck had to be returned in 24 hours and that someone from uhaul had changed my reservation.

He said the Employee helped un hitch it, andput it in it's parking space. I stood in line, and waited to tell them i was back. Employee said I'm ready to go, and dismissed me. I received no reciept at that time. Employees must be more diligent at the job. I recieved an email receipt just after the employee called.

I better get something after dropping 250 in gas on an empty truck when I got it. Didn't know how the gas mileage was. And returned it with more than a quarter.. someone is going to get an ear full.. completely absurd.. not Emden 10 bucks back. He pretty much laughed..

I was trying to empty the storage out Saturday night 7/24/21 and I was locked out with all of my stuff out in the walk ways and my unit open and was not able to go back in to at least close up the unit. Cause of this my stuff was out and unit was open. Cause of being locked out of the facility I feel it was not a secure place to store any of my belongings and I will not rent a storage or refer the facility to anyone

The security system only allows the small door to open when the key gets swiped making it inconvenient to get big furniture through. Or at least making so that the double doors are useable after 7pm PST and you just have to swipe the card to get in.
