Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery Nice and courteous service.
AUDREY J | Expérience généraleVery professional staff.
Willie H | Expérience généraleThe Gm was very helpful and nice. All the workers really treated us with kindness
Wendy R | Expérience généraleThe manager Jesse at the unit that we have is a great Manager works hard and puts the customers first
TERESA C | Premières impressionsThe staff were professional and friendly.
Juanetta S | Premières impressionsHad this storage for 3+ years and everything was perfect, thank you.
Courtland B | Expérience généraleOrganized and make it very easy to use for storage.
DIANA M | Expérience généraleThey were a really cool place staff is friendly and as accommodating as possible. Would recommend them and will definitely use their services if needed again.
ann j | Expérience généraleMy storage is very fast from any entrance and there is only one entrance into the facility. It is extremely warm in there and I'm highly disappointed with the size of the room for the price plus there is a rat trap inside my already tiny room. Two stars maybe for location and nice staff.
Melissa C | Déménagement en ligneClean and perfect temperature
Lilia D | Expérience généraleThanks
ANTHONY D | Expérience généraleThe manager, Jesse, is always a top-level, professional, friendly employee and the rest of the staff is excellent as well.
ADAM W | Expérience généraleI really appreciate how clean the place was. I never seen it dirty and I appreciate that.. but sometime it was hard to get into the facility and the staff didn’t come and help so that was difficult but most of the time the staff was pretty good with questions answering so I think someone need to come out and check their doors but thank you for your service. I appreciate the business..
DONNA C | Expérience généraleThey noticed my family left things unlocked. When they noticed things they called me. I'm shy and don't get many phone calls so I use the call screen software that comes with my phone. That seemed to confuse them when they called and didn't connect to me right away. Maybe I should turn it off or try to change it. They are very generous here and nice to my family. I'll tell people how easy it is to move in, and how friendly and careful they are.
Robbert W | Expérience généraleThe manager at the Lancaster Location avenue K and 20th St W was extremely helpful and he went above and beyond in so many ways. He along with the rest of the staff were kind, helpful, and very caring. They all should get a raise especially the manager Jesse. He deserves a special recognition for his customer service and how he runs that location.
