Hice la reserva con 6 dÃas de anticipación y cuando llegué no tenÃan llave para entregarme auto, la dueña me atendió de una forma insolente y mal educada, llegó al punto de decirme que me podÃa dar los números de los clientes que ni habÃan retornado los vahiculos para decirle que estoy esperando por ellos, no quiso ayudar, no se disculpó simplemente decÃa no hay no se puede hacer nada, de tanto insistir y pelear con ella , al final nos dio un auto que estaban devolviendo en ese momento. Yo hice la reserva online por la app, y pedà no usar el seguro de $15.00, al retornar el vehÃculo, me doy con la sorpresa que lo habÃa cambiado sin mi autorización para que yo tenga que pagar los $15.00. Realmente una experiencia terrible, no pienso volver a rentar auto con su compañÃa en mi próxima mudanza..

courtney W.I ordered 2 U-Boxes. Both were supposed to be delivered to me, but weren't; I had to pick them up. 1 of the boxes still has not arrived, the other arrived here 3 days ago (the wrong one was delivered). I am highly dissatisfied with all of this experience.

Mariano O.There were no one outside to perform the check out, I entered into the office and asked in the busy front desk for information about the checkout process. The lady just told me "outside", I kindly told her there is no one there, and she reply with the same rude attitude, "outside". I went outside and looked around, I found a lady inside a garage, I approach her and ask for help, she just told me I had to leave the garage right away and left the area. I waited for about 5-10 minutes, until another worker was passing by and I follow him (he never stopped walking), I ask for help and he just said, "ok". I followed him into the office, he talk to someoneand after a few minutes went outside again. I was lost, and didn't know what to do, until a person in charge of the cleaning asked me if I needed something, I told him what I was looking for and told me to wait. I went back outside and found the same guy who just told me "leave the keys on the truck". I leave the keys and wait for him, I wanted make sure everything was in order. He finally got into the truck and checked the dashboard, make a note on his phone and told me he would send me an email later on. I asked about a receipt and told me I had to wait about 45 minutes if I wanted the printed receipt and just left the area without saying anything else. I'm very disappointed of the service on that location, it was completely opposite to my experience on the one I picked up the truck in Winter Park. It's really odd that the janitor had better aptitude that the rest of the three employees I asked from help.
