I had a problem finding my vehicle for a pick up truck i rented. I didn't realize i was allowed around the building i thought it was the employee area. I asked an employee for help. I told him the pick up truck i found and the number of the truck i was supposed to get didn't match. He looked at me kind of weird and took the key from me and hit the alarm button so we could hear it. He took us through the little garage to the back side where on the way to it i thought he was joking with me being funny but clearly he was mocking me and being a complete asshole. I kept repeating myself to him telling him i didn't know we were allowed to that side. I don't know if i have ever felt so disrespected from someone when al i was trying to do was get help. When the alarm was going off he kept saying smart ass remarks to me to make me feel stupid. As i kept telling him that i didn't know i was allowed over there he was like come on yeah right and looked at me as if i was stupid and i finally had enough and told him ok man that's good. I don't look at the company overall poorly because of a rude individual who obviously hates his job but i'll honestly never return to avoid incidents like this.

Windshield was horrible! Loaded with dead bugs. Under staffed, person was very rushed. She handed me a key & went outside. I followed thinking we were going to walk around the truck & inspect for damages, instead she went to help someone who was dropping a vehicle off. When she saw me standing there waiting on her, she snapped at me, “Your # is on the key, Go”! The fuel was less than what was noted on the contract but I didn't have the patience to go back inside & get in line. It was Thursday afternoon before the Memorial Day weekend & they seemed very busy! To make matters worse I got charged 22 $in fuel after I dropped the vehicle off, which really sucks cuz I put 5 gallons in to bring it up to where it was when I picked up the truck. Not a pleasant experience. P. S. No info or advice on how to handle tolls!!!

have hook up person check owners hitch connection. more staff on a busy day would help. We had to wait in line. The rental/office person was lovely but the question should be asked of every rental client "have you used a trailer/dolly/etc before?" "do you know how to drive with it attached to you vehicle".

My first pickup location (13000 State Road 84) was 3 miles away. When I went to that site they said they did not do trailers. When asked who I needed to contact they said they did not know. I looked in my text and saw you changed locations. That site was over 20 miles away. Because I had to go 20 miles out of my way it made me late for my appointment. People working inside at that site were friendly. The trailer was not clean. When I dropped it off the staff checked the trailer in. They were also friendly.

When automatically changing a pickup location which was initially chosen, call to notify instead of text/email. 2 days notice is not enough time and very inconvenient.

What you guys can do to improve for the next customer is to hire people that there to work, not collect a paycheck only. I was getting charged for a truck that was on you guys possession after 15 hour of being returned it to you guys, because one of the employee didn't check me in, when I brought the van back in.

Rented a 15' feet truck and car carrier, running lights on trailer did not work. I sat there for almost two hours while they work on the lights, the guy that fixed it was very helpful, everyone else was not. My wife and I called customer service, and they said the resolution had to come form the location GM, I have not heard from anyone since.

I reserved a time for a certain truck. When I got there it wasn't available until 4 hours LATER. I had to take a significantly smaller truck and make moving 10x longer and harder.

The manager was chatting while there were people waiting, so I asked politely if someone could help those waiting. The woman that helped me was great. There was less gas than noted, and I forgot to take a picture, then I filled it and it went way past full. It was very expensive for a one way trip.

They need to be more accountable for their products, I turned in the truck on a Sunday and was told the system was down on the following Saturday I receive a charge of 229 $for 4 days rental and 4 days insurance(which I never even took on the original rental) when I called they claimed they didn't know the truck was there since Sunday that their manager did inventory and the truck showed up on Tuesday but they couldn't find the keys till Friday which they then charged for. Need to be more professional and keep track of what they receive if the system is really truly down. A friend returned a truck to this location about a month before and Apperantly the system was also down then.

Ended up being SO expensive per mile. I remember there is usually a long-range discount but I did not receive one at all. Also I was forced into getting the insurance when I had not previously had to do so. This has been really tough for me financially.

more employees during the pick hours (weekends when the store opens), it took me almost 30 mins to check-in and get the trailer.

Made reservation for 4:00. Trailer wasn't ready. Was told to call or they would call me to see if some connecting wire was in stock. I had to call back two hours later and was told to come get it. Didn't see and new connector wire. Was just your normal 4 plug trailer connector and the black tape looked like it was worn. I believe they didn't have the trailer for my reservation. Made the reservation In advance with the app. Needed the trailer for early morning on Sunday. Would've of realty been a problem. Should of offered an upgrade not just call back later

Had a third party moving company come to pick up the UBOX therefore I wasn't able to see the facilities myself. But the process of them picking up and dropping off our ubox was very easy and efficient
