Rented a 15' feet truck and car carrier, running lights on trailer did not work. I sat there for almost two hours while they work on the lights, the guy that fixed it was very helpful, everyone else was not. My wife and I called customer service, and they said the resolution had to come form the location GM, I have not heard from anyone since.DIEGO C.

The manager was chatting while there were people waiting, so I asked politely if someone could help those waiting. The woman that helped me was great. There was less gas than noted, and I forgot to take a picture, then I filled it and it went way past full. It was very expensive for a one way trip.susan C.

They need to be more accountable for their products, I turned in the truck on a Sunday and was told the system was down on the following Saturday I receive a charge of 229 $for 4 days rental and 4 days insurance(which I never even took on the original rental) when I called they claimed they didn't know the truck was there since Sunday that their manager did inventory and the truck showed up on Tuesday but they couldn't find the keys till Friday which they then charged for. Need to be more professional and keep track of what they receive if the system is really truly down. A friend returned a truck to this location about a month before and Apperantly the system was also down then.Alexander H.

Ended up being SO expensive per mile. I remember there is usually a long-range discount but I did not receive one at all. Also I was forced into getting the insurance when I had not previously had to do so. This has been really tough for me financially.Henry M.

more employees during the pick hours (weekends when the store opens), it took me almost 30 mins to check-in and get the trailer.JUAN B.
Made reservation for 4:00. Trailer wasn't ready. Was told to call or they would call me to see if some connecting wire was in stock. I had to call back two hours later and was told to come get it. Didn't see and new connector wire. Was just your normal 4 plug trailer connector and the black tape looked like it was worn. I believe they didn't have the trailer for my reservation. Made the reservation In advance with the app. Needed the trailer for early morning on Sunday. Would've of realty been a problem. Should of offered an upgrade not just call back laterRoberto C.
Train , train , train!! It seemed nobody knew what was going on or how to handle situations. I waited for over an hour for assistance to hook up a trailer. I hooked it up myself only to find a trailer light pigtail was required for light hookup. The staff couldn't locate not a single pigtail and ended up having to cut the wires on the trailer and rig up a connection. There were atleast 20 other trailers on the property... how could they not have these connections on hand? Then the staff never checked to see if the lights even worked properly, but I did. And I had one rear light that functioned . I got hands up in the air from the guy .I left with it the way it was because I was fed up and was already running 2 hours late. This is the second time using uhaul and it's the second time I've encountered problems. I really need to rethink who I use for future needs.Robert W.
