I did not receive a copy of the final charge. The gentleman said it would be emailed. I waited a bit, he reassured me it would be emaileD, and I felt odd just waiting. As of today the final cost or paid invoice has not been received. Awkward and Disappointing. Otherwise the location and people were just fine.

Hello, I had an appointment to pick up the Uhaul at 10:00 am. But I had to wait 30 minutes, nobody showed up, the store was closed. I contacted customer service, it took me another 30 minutes. I made the decision to drive to this location. there was no staff stayed at the counter. They gathered together in the front. there were 2 customers waiting before me. I had to wait another 45 minutes to start all the reservation procedures again. It delayed my moving time for 2 hours. Another problem was I booked a 15" truck. But a 15" truck was not available at that time. I had to rent a 20" truck with more cost and it was not comfortable to drive like the small truck. Best regards, Kevin Bui.

The staff is not friendly and Rude specially the managet name Dan. It said the on- line you can check- in for faster service but if ypu gp the store to pick up the key there is only one line for evrery body. That line is for those who did check- in on line and those who will inquire and Rent the truck on location, so tnose who check- in already need to wait for a long time too. Pls. all of yhe staff there is not griendly and not helpful .

We changed moving day last minute, our closest i haul was showing unavailable for the truck we needed. So they gave us a break on mileage since we had to drive farther to them to pick up and return the truck. Would definitely recommend! Great customer service!!

I was notified the morning of my pick up the location had changed to a very poor location for me. It took me an extra 20-25 mins each way to pick up and drop. If I had know this would happen I would've cancelled the reservation and taken my business elsewhere. I was extremely disappointed especially when I learned I had to return to same location. I didn't even have an option to return to location I rented from.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the overall experience with renting this U-Haul. After checking the exterior of the vehicle and signing the paperwork prior to leaving U-Haul, I drove and loaded the truck four with my daughters furniture for her new home. luckily, I decided to check all the fluids before leaving to my next Destiination and found that there is no oil on the dipstick. All the other fluids seem to be OK. I drove back to the rental yard where I Rented the truck from and told them about the oil level. The attendant outside was very nice and courteous but didn't seem too surprised about it or embarrassed and added about 2 1/2 quarts of oil and said there that should do it. I got home and checked it again and found that it was Still 3/4 of a quart low. I added the proper weight oil to the vehicle And wash it because I had a thin layer of dirt all over it. When I got to my Destiination 400 miles away, I checked the oil again and it stayed at the full level. This vehicle obviously hasn't had a oil service in quite a while because it looked dirty even after adding the clean oil. The price was definitely acceptable for the size truck with the return one way pricing on line. Lucky for me I am somewhat savvy as to how to keep a vehicle maintained and caught the oil level problem.

I would not recommend this location. Most of the guys that work there in that location in particular have such a attitude and don't have any good customer service!! Nothing compared to the service provided at the Midway City location. The gentleman by the name Aaron. He is awesome. The reason why I had to use the other location was because they were out of the trailer I needed

Super frustrated when I was charged for stuff I didn't even use. I should NOT be charged $68 and actually would like to speak to someone. In addition the mirrors on the truck are very dangerous and are not right and move while driving. I am extremely disappointed in this experience.

Came to get my trailer that I reserved AND checked in for and when I asked for it, the guy gets up, mumbled something under his breath and walks out of the room. Then another guy finally walks in from the back and tells me the equipment is already reserved for someone else and had to call them to see if they could reschedule it. Why would you do that if someone already reserved it? What's wrong with this company's policies. I'd rather spend twice as much and get my work done than ever use U-hauls services again.

The only thing I wanted to point out that your fuel gauge sensor needs to be replaced, for $16 total miles, I had to fill up $19 dollar just to meet the return without being penalize for it. Either the gauge was inaccurate or the intake person didn't really notice a big difference.

Column shifter kept getting stuck. Took 2-3 minutes a couple of times to shift into drive. Ignition was worn and was hard to get key out 4 times. When I returned to location, two damaged areas were pointed out to me. Fortunately I had taken a pic on my own iPhone before I had left earlier in the morning.

If you know your customer is contemplating getting a third container, inform them that it's only $900 dollars more instead of $1900 for one more container. One container cost more than 2 to ship is absurd! I already have a complaint in to corporate.

Well...customer service were not so kind to us and another customer for booking truck and when returning truck i ran only 9 miles they want fueling full but when i start rent the fuel was not full..so i was embasrrig and go out gas station for fuel full and return truck..need make sure gases are full ready. It was my first time rent at u haul in my life..i am not going rent again ever

My experience with picking up the truck on Sunday was terrible. New training and who are more qualified for job. Greg Ross was the only one who i think tried. He needs to get Kudos but the rest terrible.

My trailer had issues with the lights, but the two employees were very friendly and helpful. Trailer was older and a bit beat up but worked fine other than the one turn signal. I rented late so I probably got the last trailer available, was happy to even get a rental on short notice. Lot was very clean and large, easy to park returns.

the worst service ever. the delivery date was not met and the location delivered to was not even the location that was promised. and then uhaul charges me for a box that I already returned. It took 2 weeks to get a refund. Now a month later, my card got charged again for a box that I never rented.

Online we had reserved a one way rental from Los Alamitos to Murietta, CA. Your system does not let you know that a one way is not guaranteed as well as you may not even be able to pickup at the place you reserved nor be able to pickup at the reserved time. Luckily your customer service rep. helped us out and we were able to rent from a location pretty close by (WESTMINSTER) and for a good pickup time even though it was round trip for a reasonable amount. The Westminster location was clean,the people were helpful and we got out relatively quickly. You should put on your website that one way is not guaranteed for location or time and they can only tell you where you can pickup only 24 hours prior to your reservation.

The staff was terse, and not customer focused. There were three staff people working, and only 1 customer being helped. The staff was not welcoming and it felt as if I was “bothering them”. Staff member Cecelia was terse, and was not wearing a face mask.

THE GOOD: Pick up was great. The associate that helped me was very helpful and offered advice for my move. A different associate helped me at drop-off who was very well mannered and helpful. I did ask him about a unique situation and concern I had during my trip. I drove through a toll road where my transponder did not get triggered. I was concerned that Uhual would get the bill instead of me because of the license plate photo capturing the Uhual trailer instead of my truck. The respectful associate said he wasn't sure and would ask the manager. THE BAD & UGLY I met them both inside where the “manager” proceeded to angrily tell me that what I did was a “federal offense”, “illegal” and that I shouldn't have been driving my trailer on the toll road. Despite his statement being highly inaccurate, I again restated the question of whether this situation has occurred in the past and how to resolve if Uhual gets a bill. I also added that I was on toll road 73 which had a specific truck and trailer lane. He again continued in a demeaning and angry tone to tell me that what I did was illegal and that toll road 73 doesn't even exist. Needless to say I never got a legitimate answer and just left. This lame excuse of a “manager” is in desperate need of some humbling, customer service skills and local highway familiarity. Even a simple, “I don't know sir but I'll find out for you” would have been an acceptable answer. I ended up finding my answer with a quick google search of “73 toll road california trailer lane” which you can forward to him for some enlightening. I was charged for 57 miles when I know for certain that I didn't drive no more than 40 miles. My dad who doesn't speak English returned the vehicle so I was not able to verify this until I received the invoice through my email. I'm not sure if the person working there input the incorrect mileage, but I was not happy to see the total I was charged for the additional miles.

Will never go back to this location again. Service is horrible. Patrons are left standing waiting for somebody to help. One individual was to arrogant and rude I told him I would not rent there again and his response was "that's Ok we have lots of customers and really don't need you". did not get the vehicle I had reserved and due to some BS Story that the vehicle had been damaged.

Uhaul corporate called me the day before and directed me to another location in Anaheim because they said the truck was not available at the Westminster location. When I arrived at the Anaheim location they rented only local trucks and sent me back to Westminster. But Westminster treated me exceptionally well. Kudos to Daniel Desmond for exceptional service.

After having a very stressful night where I was told Uhaul did not have a truck for me to rent, although I had a previous reservation, I arrived at the Westminster’s storage office the following day to be told I could no longer rent an already reserved storage unit under the same contract. I stood there mouth dropped, with a last minute 1day $332 Dollar Penske Rental truck, driven one way over 50 miles, loaded with every item my disabled mom owned. I was confused about having to pay what looked like close to $300 to rent a storage unit. However, “Captain Save A Customer” came to my Rescue. “Dan Desmond” is my Super Hero!! He swooped in and listened to me vent, heard my story and cleaned up a mess he did NOT create. Dan was patient, friendly, welcoming and got me a smaller perfect size storage under the previous contract. Also, while helping me, Dan went the extra mile to give another customer his own personal bottled water who asked to buy water. “Dan is the Man” and is a major appliance to Uhaul. He helped me trust in Uhaul again. Thank you Dan
