Donnie was 10min late for opening the store. She was the only person there. She had no one to help her which created a line of people. Once I returned my equipment I had to wait another 15 min because she had to take care of the customers one at a time. But Donnie was excellent and remained calm and was very professional and polite.

It took a long time for me to pick up and drop off the uhaul truck. Employee was working too slow and short staffed.

I had previously made a reservation directly with U-Haul so I would just be able to pick up the trailer. It was just a waste of time. They didn’t have the trailer ready and they charged me extra. All the information I had given them for the reservation was taken ALL OVER again which delayed pick up. Then I called U-Haul to let them know what happened. U-Haul filled a claim for being doubled charged and then the manager at the store kept calling me and telling me I was wrong. She was not courteous. She just tried to get HER information across and did not even bother to listen. NEVER AGAIN.

I reserved a vehicle using the mobile app. When I arrived to pick up I was informed that a vehicle had not been assigned to my order. The app is supposed to save time on pickup. Instead I wasted 20 minutes at the counter waiting to get a vehicle I’d already reserved.

The U-Haul service cancelled me twice in same day. My movers cancelled me later that day. Not happy unless they give me compensation.

I waited an hour on two different occasions to have brief conversations with the staff. I couldn't believe how slow and poorly organized your office was. On one of the busiest days of the year you only staff two people at the entire facility???? Ridiculous. Also, I parked my car in front of the facility and someone sideswiped it and never left a note. Based on the height and paint color, it was undoubtedly a UHaul, so there's a good chance it was your staff. I will never be returning.

Phone experience is a disaster. I waited on the phone fir 30 minutes each time I called. And I had to call alot because you canceled my drop off time. People were great. Phone calls and logistics horrible.

There was no dolly even though I had requested weeks in advance. Uhaul had also moved my pickup location twice. The day if I called to make sure about picking it up and they said the location they had set me up with was closed for the day which is something they should have considered BEFORE they booked me there. I will never be using uhaul again and it was a horrible experience.

Check out time was too long. The vehicle that I received was in terrible condition. When driving 40 mph and brake the vehicle veers to the left really bad. ( Dangerous situation). Storage was set up terribly.

Scheduling more employees to open the store. Especially on a Saturday. I fot there at 7:30 am for a 8 am appointment and did not get taken care of till almost 9 am. This was a major inconvenience due to the lack of manpower. Too much work for only 2 employees to open with it being the busiest season of the year. Although the two employees did an excellent job the wait was way too long

Make the pickup location clear on the order confirmation. I know what my preferred location is, if there is any address on the order confirmation, have it be the pick up location. Don't overbook. Have a truck ready at the agreed upon time. Don't book back to back when the rental request asks for time estimates. Customers will almost always under estimate, we're not professionals.

Please call me to discuss. This was the worst experience I have ever had moving because of U-Haul. Booked 6 weeks in advance. Called less than 24hrs before move saying I had to go to a location 10 miles further away during rush hour traffic. Then when I went to pick up it was not in the system and I had to rent a two way truck for an out of state move with no dolley. Had to purchase a dolley. Customer service was useless also!

The staff on duty did a wonderful job, she was a one person wonder, there was a large line, and her customer service skills was excellent, she never complained, to her advantage she had pretty good customers we understood she was alone and she did a excellent JOB.

The Express process needs to be just that because I checked in and gave all info online yet it was all rechecked and signed for during the process which added about 15 additional minutes to the process. I even include photo of license which was done again when we got in.

Have more than one person taking care of customers we were waiting 45 mins before we were taken care of and decided to do it online to be faster and get the truck. We got our truck and the representative was still assisting that one customer from when we walked in the store. She could have easily just said to the first customer let me handle the others while you work out your uhaul at the alabama site but she was just standing there looking at the customer while customer was on phone.

It took over 30 mins for me to pick up a trailer that I had reserved. Then the trailer still had rocks and other debris in it. It was disorganized all the way around. The only plus was when I returned it the associate was very helpful and took care of me quickly.

Manager and personal need trainning your hitch installer that you have where not capable of doing my wiring installation I end up buying the parts after 3 appointment's of mistakes to any one that reads this review do not take your car there to install wiring bad service very unprofessional.

We got charged for damages that did not happen in our posession. This company thinks they are slick, we will never use U-Hual again ever or recommend. The incompetent workers took over an hour to help us at the location at 1700 N. Cicero and were on their cellphones facetiming instead of helping customers. NEVER AGAIN!

Can’t get in contact with no rep.also the van was not clean hardly no gas...I just think if you are dealing with customers on a regular @ least things should be up to standards...shouldn’t be on hold for 40 mins waiting to speak to any one regarding any situation...Also the staff is not that friendly as well..In order to keep customers coming to your business things should start changing so that customers could and know they could count on Uhaul!
