Sorry but this truck wasn't prepared for the road. It was low on gas, low on windshield wiper fluid, and to top it off the wheels didn't have any grip at all. I got stuck in the alley for like more than 2 hours. Unbelievable. First time renting uhaul might be the last.

The truck had masks in it and there was more damage to the truck outside than was in the verification photos. I had to do 2 contracts due to the truck getting stuck and was over-charged due to company error.

Please have people that are willing to help anybody at the front desk. The guy currently didnt want to help me reserve a uhaul simply because it was the end of the month and "all the trucks are on their way out or reserved", even after I checked out a truck myself online 10 minutes afterwards. When returning my truck, I was told that I would receive a text and that everything would be handled. I had to show up the next day because my reservation was somehow still ongoing, despite returning it the day before. Now I somehow have two different receipts on my email for which I'm probably going to have to go in a third time to firgure out. To add insult to injury, once I showed up the next time, the same guy who refused to offer me a reservation took a defensive tone saying "did you return the gas... yes the gas.... okay then you should be good" looking at me like my mere presence was bothering him or something.

These guys did not have all the technology I would have hoped. They were busy and backed up, and it seemed like they were overrun by app reservations. but at pick-up and return I dealt with hard working employees who knew what was up.

The customer service is terrible at this location. Understaffed and rude people. The mileage on the trucks are reported bad and having to verify by clicking a link is a terrible idea when the representatives don't explain the steps. You need to get more competent workers that are less ghetto and more formal. Also hire more people. Won't be using uhaul again.

I was charged for 2 different trucks, the representative change my original truck After he gave me the receipt for the first reservation. I Only Drove 1 Truck! Yes the truck was dirty but I denied cleaning because I had to go. I received the truck on empty & the representative promised to give me $30 back if I put gas on a quarter tank. I put $35 in gas & didnt received my credit back. I will be calling to speak to someone tomorrow.

I will never recommend U-Haul to a friend. This was my third drop off location. The first two ASSIGNED return locations denied my trailer, which was a huge headache. Then when I finally showed up to this location the rep wouldn't take it without a 45 min call to the #800 to confirm the the third return location. What a pain in the ass. If U-Haul dealers can deny returns, then the main U-Haul store fronts should accept returns without questions. I will not rent from U-Haul again.

I asked for a utility dolly and was charged for it but when we got home, we noticed it wasn't in the truck. We loaded the truck without the dolly and when my wife went back to the usual location the guy at the counter told her that he knew he forgot to have it put in the truck. When she asked him why he didn't call us to inform us that it wasn't in the truck he didn't care to answer. Very rude and unprofessional. Never going back to that location. Very poor customer service.

The thing that happened to me was I rent a traile for my motorcycle fro 4 hours. And then my mistake was Drop off in different location I never read my contract and no body say anything about don't drop off and other location And they overcharge me I left maybe for 3 days y that location I check my bank account I see the Chargers and in the 4 day take back same location where I rent. This is what happened to me thank you

The uhaul truck drove awful. I don't know what year it was but you could tell it was old and had been used many times. Speed limit on the highway was 70 and trying to go 70 in this truck was not safe. I did not feel safe during this hour and a half drive. Update your trucks.

The truck smelled heavily of cigarette smoke as well as had ashes everywhere. When I picked the truck up, there was just about an empty gas tank, but unfortunately it was the only truck size and I was in a massive rush. I had an issue with the truck back door, so I had to drive back to the location for an employee to fix it, which ate up about 10 of the miles I had paid for. I was also charged for dropping the truck off “late” when I was told by the front desk employee that it would be fine considering it was such last minute and there was no other options available for me. Overall, unhappy with this experience and I don't believe I'll be using uhaul in the future.

More staff. There was only 1 person working and over 10 people waiting in line at 8am. Also, their credit card reader wasn't working properly which forced me to use a credit card I did not want to use. I had just received a new credit card specifically for this huge purchase and wasn't able to use it. Incredibly disappointed. Will not return.

The dash, stearing wheel, doors, board and arm rest had not been wipped down and sanitized. My husband and I wipped everything down with Clorox Sanitizing disinfectant wipes. With Covid19 going on and even if it wasn't suppose to be like that. There was dust and dirt that shouldn't have shown up. I've always wiped down rentals in the drive comparment even before the pandemic because people can be very unsanitary and we have to be safe. Over all the vehicle drove great. The service as always great service and easy to rent. I will be back again you guy are great! Thanks you for your service.

This is what I wrote for the checkout comment portion: i will be sending an email to corporate about our truck fiasco when we received the truck on empty and was told we had to fill with gas for use to receive a credit when all we needed was a clean truck ready to use, how our room wasn't even cleaned out when we moved in, the lack of light not only in the room but in the hallway, the thermostats that read 90° constantly, the lack of toilet paper and paper towels for 2 weeks at a time, and the piles of spilled rice that was left in the hallway outside my room for 2 weeks. There is no way any sanitation practices were maintained and it is a health and safety issue due to covid. I couldn't even complete this form with a light on as all lights except for one have gone out. Horrible, I will never be back.

I spent 10 days trying to close my account. I was on auto pay and didn’t owe anything but was told by corporate I needed the facility to close the account. There is almost always only one person on duty making it very inconvenient for you to see a rep without standing in line with a mask for an hour. The general manager/owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Corporate also gave me the run around, transferring me from one department to another with no results.
