Improve is if it’s a person first or second time renting a truck and no one explain to you all options to returning the trucks for example if it’s after hour and you one minute to return the truck after they close what to do after dropping the key in the box was not explain on letting them know what time you dropped it back off and didn’t keep the truck for 24 hours

I had to look for the truck on the parking lot. It was so close to the other truck I had to climb in from the passenger side. I had to leave the lot to go ask a worker how do I know the number. The cub holders and cabin needed to be clean. While at the counter, Jackie was actively on the phone with another customer instead of saying please hold let me finish with this customer. So she didn't let me know where the number was on the truck. I wasted so much valuable time just looking for the truck and getting it out of the parking lot. I would have preferred the truck be pulled out and customer service was better. She wasn't rude. It was just unprofessional.

I place my order on line at one location the next day I get a call from someone on there person phone saying he's a feel manager and would like to move my reservations to a satellite location. I refuse to give him the approval to do so. When I went to my original location, he had took it upon himself and change my reservations to his location. He said because they were not getting that much business. I don't like the fat that someone could go into the system from one location and move your reservation to another location. Especially when I put my personal information in the system at 1 location. There's a lot of fraud already going on in the world. You all need to do better with securing your information

My experience with this storage facility was extremely frustrating. The unit was infested with mice, and the communication from management was very poor. I notified the front desk on July 25 that I had moved out, and because their system was down, I was told my move-out would be documented manually and entered into the system later. I also called and spoke with someone by phone to make sure they were aware that I had vacated the unit. Despite notifying them more than once, they continued attempting to charge my card after I had already moved out. It is unacceptable to have to repeatedly communicate the same information while still being charged for a unit I no longer occupied. Between the pest issue and the lack of communication, I would not recommend this facility.

Our first truck was damage and the second one we had to dig out the truck ourselves and there was no gas. When we went to the gas station the fuel gauge wasn’t working. It was not a great experience.

Contract # 76170941. Equipment I reserved a month in advance wasn't available (6x12 trailer) . Your team's response was to make it my problem asking me to add an hour to my day to go to a different location. Didn't have time for that, so my only recourse was to take a smaller trailer (5x8) that added much more time to our move since it required additional trips. Does no one have the role to ensure a reserved unit is available when needed when a reservation was made so far in advance?? Poor planning and poor response by the team.

The staff are very efficient, friendly and provide good customer service. The equipment I rented was in good condition except for a tire that was low and after filling it with air the sensor didn’t adjust. Overall I had a good experience and pickup/drop off was very straightforward.

The customer service was so bad. The employees not one but all of them were rude they didn’t take there job seriously. Had people wait for a very long time. I had reservations for a utility dolly and when I got there they told me they didn’t have one for me they had to give it to another customer. SMH I had to ride all the way to another U-Haul location just to get one. This was a long process also I left a head board on the truck I went back to go get it and they had done put it in the alley. It so sad how they do there customers something need to be done at this location

The doors kept closing. I had to get access to it to the code and then. My daughter got locked in there but miss Jackie the manager. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I received a call telling me my belongings will be sold in a few days because I had not made a payment since May of 2022. I had been making payments every month or every other month and her statement just wasn’t true. Go to the storage facility in Woodbridge, IL. The storage facility was fine, but when I leased the unit the woman set me up for autopay only to find out after I received a late payment notice that it had not been setup. I setup autopay myself after that, and had no further issues. Attempts to reach the manager by phone and email were both ignored, so I wasn't able to get an explanation of what happened or get a refund on the late payments fee.

Quick and painless. The purchase of the storage unit and the return of the unit was very fast. Answered all my questions. Good filled displays of product. I was in a bit of a jam so i appreciate these guys for coming to wrk and doing the job they do.

This is what I wrote for the checkout comment portion: i will be sending an email to corporate about our truck fiasco when we received the truck on empty and was told we had to fill with gas for use to receive a credit when all we needed was a clean truck ready to use, how our room wasn't even cleaned out when we moved in, the lack of light not only in the room but in the hallway, the thermostats that read 90° constantly, the lack of toilet paper and paper towels for 2 weeks at a time, and the piles of spilled rice that was left in the hallway outside my room for 2 weeks. There is no way any sanitation practices were maintained and it is a health and safety issue due to covid. I couldn't even complete this form with a light on as all lights except for one have gone out. Horrible, I will never be back.

I spent 10 days trying to close my account. I was on auto pay and didn’t owe anything but was told by corporate I needed the facility to close the account. There is almost always only one person on duty making it very inconvenient for you to see a rep without standing in line with a mask for an hour. The general manager/owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Corporate also gave me the run around, transferring me from one department to another with no results. Lack of customer service and communication

The manager and employees have great customer service but this storage has a rat infestation that is beyond their control so needs a lot of help I would rent a truck there but not a storage unit....
