GLORIA SStop repping people off money on your miles . Also giving people trucks with little gas then we give it back with more gas. Also truck was dirty. And I didn't now I would have to take pictures of mileage before and after so you changed me 42 for truck then 39 for incorrect miles. So for a 42 truck I payed almost 100.00. What a rip off

SIMONE BI booked a storage unit online which was easy and convenient. However I did not need the storage unit after I booked it. A family member purchased one for me and I had no clue. I got online to cancel it'. I never used the unit I never went to the location , I cancelled it 12 hours later so that the unit was readily available to someone else who needed it: I never received a refund for $120. I called and they told me no refunds. I just received an email stating i owe them $120 when it was already deducted out of my bank. U-Haul is not helpful and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know .

John DI booked it . Never moved in because after booking I realized we have already purchased another storage unit elsewhere. I cancelled the unit the next morning when U-Haul opened. I was still charged for a full months rent. Not refunded . I called and they said no refunds . Wouldn't recommend

Mohammad QSo, where do I start. Our truck had a check engine light on and was loosing its brakes. It was terrifying driving this truck to the U-Haul location. We were told not to take the truck any further. We were offered another truck but were told we would have to transfer all of our load into the new truck by ourselves. It took us 3 hours to load it in the first place. This location did not offer loading services. Luckily a friend of one of the workers was there and he and another friend loaded the truck for us. I don't know what we would have done. So we had to stay the night in Wilkes-Barre on our dime. This was really frustrating because this was not our fault. We were very disappointed that no compensation was offered for our difficulties and frustrations.

eugene mI originally signed up to pick up my rental at One Stop Enterprise, 1091 WilkesBarre Township Blvd, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702. Close this pick up location down! It was only 3:00 in the afternoon and there was no one there to help me. The man at the gas station told me to go online and get a code to pick up my key in some box. I worked for over an hour online and on the phone with five different people getting transferred all the time the app not working and still did not have a key to my rental van. How disgusting this experience was. I'm 67 years old and all I wanted to do was cry the entire time. Thank God I finally decided to go to a different location.
Nancy LThe truck I was given had a bunch of trash in the cab, to include a used diaper. This oversight must've been because of a quick turnover. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they quickly corrected the problem. Just a little more attention to detail would help during the busy season.
GLENN DMy only complaint is that they don't refund you for moving out early. Paid for the last month with autopay but everting was moved out with 3 weeks left for that months rental. I dont think that is unreasonable for such a large company.

JOHN DThe experience this time was much different then previous car hauler rentals. 2-3 days prior to the rental pickup the UHAUL location was not sure there was going to be a car hauler available on the date of my reservation. I spoke with the regional rep and they advised me of other locations (extra travel required) that had car haulers available. Why would UHAUL propose a customer to travel to pick a car hauler instead of internally sourcing it from another location? That's poor customer service in my opinion. Also, when dropping off the car hauler at my destination, I was informed that the car hauler brake safety cable was incorrectly installed at the previous location.

Garry JTake trucks to get serviced by a mechanic. We had a truck that engine light came on when codes were ran there was 11 for the car converter these codes have been cleared before. When we called for service through U-Haul the mechanic just cleared them again causing us to use more gas than needed

Well, one of the trailers had a hole in the top! It leaked black liquid all over my white furniture, permanently staining some items. I will think twice before renting here again.

A few of my antique pieces sustained moisture damage while in storage. The staff were just incredibly rude and uncaring. The lights would go out constantly when I was trying to consolidate items in the storage unit and I'd have to step out in the hall again for the lights to come vack on. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone. It was not a good experience and I am relieved to be done with UHAUL of Wilkes-Barre!!

Ron S | Premières impressionsWhile it was well lit, the lights were movement sensitive and there were times that my height wasn't enough to register- and i'd walk half the length of the hall before they were activated. if i was inside the unit itself i'd have to use a flashlight to find anything inside because there was no lighting in the bigger units. as well as all the lights would go out on me if i didn't pop out every so often to show movement. i'd also recommend a way to get heavier object up there stairs with a small lift on one end or another- more for convenience of those who can't get help. also the units on the end that swing open and block the stairs is difficult to work with as well, maybe swap the hinges so stairwells don't get blocked by doors. only other problem was for larger objects maneuvering them around some angles were kind of difficult but not completely impossible.

U-Haul need to upgrade there system because this is a very old problem since I started 3 yrs ago and still the system always has a problem giving access

The best things about my experience was that I experienced the infestation prior to moving my belongings into the facility, at this time the prevenative measures worked from bringing the bugs into my home, and that a refund was provided.

I have dealt with several of the u-haul locations In the area however my experience with this particular location is that they went above and beyond what I could have Ever expected. I believe the woman I spoke to more than once was the manager, I had a few small issues On my part And questions concerning my property Over the 8 months it was there. each time she politely and professionally answered my questions and solved my issues with 100 % satisfaction I can honestly say I have Absolutely nothing negative to say about this location Or the people in charge they're of. These days it seems everything is a hassle and Takes twice as long as it should But I am grateful knowing If I need anything it will be a quick and pleasurable experience With one less thing to worry about. She had told me her words exactly if I return the truck with a certain amount of gas I will receive a refund of $75. When I had put $30 in the tank and went to get my refund she then lied and said I'll just be receiving a $5 refund. She then proceeded to say if I didn't fill it up I then would be charged $75 which she didn't say when I first went to pay for everything. It also stated in the paperwork I received and the screenshot I took from you that I would only have to pay $30 if I didn't fill up the tank to where you guys wanted. Either way she was deceitful, a but rude and your company and paperwork needs to get in order. As well as your training. I'm five months pregnant and I wasn't in the mood to go back and forth with her at that moment. I instead was going to contact HR regarding this bs. She also charged me for an amount of mileage unknown to me when she had asked me I told her I wasn't sure then looked it up to tell her. She had already put it in without waiting. This whole process was ridiculous and a waste of my money when I could've went to somewhere that wasn't uhaul and gotten more respect, better service, the products I actually wanted for a much MUCH cheaper price! I will be emailing this to an hr email and j do expect an email back.

Had to register twice because I lost the screen when I went to check a phone number. Was given a code but didn't explain how to use 2 different keypads. Eventually was given a swipe card to use. Was not told to ask for one. Eventually it all worked but more difficult than it needed to be.

I don't think your prices are extremely high but they certainly aren't extremely low either. All in all it is a very clean and well maintained facility and I feel confident that my belongings are safe in your care.
