Overall I would say 4,5 stars, Nothing is perfect so I don't do 5 stars and the businesses that get 4,9 stars from me, Not only do they have to be perfect their prices have to be shockingly low as well. I don't think your prices are extremely high but they certainly aren't extremely low either. Ignorant counter staff on return didn't even BOTHER to get up and check in my equipment after waiting 10 minutes. When I finally went it, two women were sitting behind counter doing nothing. I gave them my paperwork and they STILL DIDNT check in the trailer for over an hour so I didn't get my digital receipt. When I FINALLY called uhaul customer service, the rep called the location and instructed the rep to check in the trailer. So she finally did it and sent my 12 copies 9f the email just to be spiteful. Ignorant, arrogant, lazy and disgusting. I rented 4 times in 3 weeks. WONT BE DOING IT AGAIN FROM UHAUL!FRANK P.

I am not sure about my bill .I put 40.oo in gas in the truck then I was told that I need to put 20 more in gas â›½ in the truck .most of my trip was reading 1/2 tank of gas .So why was it so much gas to fill a 1/2 tank 40 then told I need to place more gas in the truck. Next If the Company added more miles to the truck before I picked it up why was I charged mileage ?Harry H.

I've utilized the Wilkes-Barre and Kingston Site multiple times throughout the years but this was the worst experience i've had thus far. I'm not blaming the employees as they were professional but the tech part of this reservation was not up to par. I made a reservation online 2 days prior to my reservation date. The reservation was for the Kingston Location. Arrived at the Kingston location to find that there was no truck on site for me. The employee at the front desk then asked me if I received a text pertaining to this reservation in which I told him I did. I went back and reviewed the text where I did not catch that the address was changed to the Wilkes-Barre Location. The reservation on the online portal continued to state Kingston (where i wanted to get the truck since I was working out of Larksville on this date). Without issue I went to the Wilkes-Barre Location to pick up my truck where I was told that I was not "assigned" a truck at that location and that they had nothing even close to the size I needed. The employee then told me to wait so they can look outside to see what was there. Upon their return they had my 26' truck. Now 30 minutes past my 9am reservation, I was able to go and get into my truck to prepare for what needed to be done. After the day was complete I went back to Wilkes-Barre Location and turned in my key to the lock box and then realized that the app wanted photos of the interior odometer as well as the gas gauge, unfortunately being new to this process, I had already turned the key in and could not get back into the truck. Due to my mistake as I was not familiar with this process, I went and called the office because I wanted to leave a voicemail. When calling the number to the Wilkes-Barre Location, the phone rang and then disconnected with no voicemail so I could not leave a message. Now the issue with the turn in, I take full responsibility for, but the unassigned truck and change of location (which did add unnecessary miles to my trip which I had to pay for) I do partially blame Uhauls technology, as I feel the communications could be better as I may have changed my plans and the way the day was handled. Yes, I will continue to utilize the services of these Uhauls, especially the one in Kingston as I do feel the staff are professional and when things go right I am happy with the services.Joseph H.

Everything was great, the trailer pick-up and drop-off process was very easy and hassle free. No issues with the 6x12 covered trailer itself - it handles great on a highway with my Tacoma and is very spacious for my needs. As a matter of fact, I liked it so much during my short trips that I may revisit my plans to rent a bigger moving truck later and just go with this trailer again and save a lot of money. It was my first time driving with a large trailer behind and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was.Ilya S.

Uhaul is a deceitful company they play games with the customers I rented a truck and storage room but there never was any storage unit available so I am stuck with a truck full of contents from an apartment with no place to store them and no place to park the vehicle also I have to leave the other items in the home and forfeit them because we couldn’t unload the truck at storage and retrieve the rest of the furnishings we are loosing resources they sent me to two different storage places each had no storage unit but they gave me reservations For each of the storage facilitiessabrina k. | Premières impressions
I was charged 295 dollars for one day when it was supposed to be two days my total with taxes was 169 ish for a day i paid for the extra day then the drop off told me i didnt so they charged me another 80 dollars uhaul has no communication with each other so almost totaling 400 dollars for a 69 dollar day rent with roughly 90 miles so upset with uhaul that i wouldn't recommend anyone renting from themPHILIP E.

We arrived and the sales person told us that we were at the wrong location, although I had the reservation info that said it was my pick up location. Even though I reserved a truck and held with a credit card, they did not have the truck for the reservation. The appliance dolly wasn't in the uhaul,I wasn't told that when I left,he said he thought he told me it was by the door,got to my destination and had to go back to get it,40 minuets wasted.miles added on,gas wasted,and I didn't even start my move yet.and I could only move in at the arranged times I set up.so it made things difficult and I had to add more time to put things into storage.the truck itself was great and easy to drive.Karen L V.
