Richard AWho ever checked us in was rather curt and indifferent and quick as if he had to much to do? Customer service not so much. The drop off place 5 star all the way, as comparison so you get my point
Dan KI called to see when I could pick up the trailer I rented and my reservation had been canceled. Turns out I selected the wrong date. Alex helped me get into a trailer that would meet my needs for the actual dates I needed.

Ricardo Rits expensive. the price just kicked my but. other than that.. the vehicle was new and nice.. besides very expensive though.. the van i am renting as tires that dont get good traction in the snow and slippery ice and mud.. its a great vehicle for around the city though.
Gregory SI had a complaint and one your supervisors called me back to clear it up she did a great job. The washer fluid for the front window was the wrong kind and froze and could not use. The drop off location was weird. I had to find the person and then they did not even come out to see the vehicle before I left. I would not recommend the drop off location for pickup or drop off to a friend.
Brian LSat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for someone to open up. They were supposed to open at 7 am and no one got there till almost 9am.our reservation was for 8 am.
David YEnjoy this location due to the knowledgeability and the courtesy of the employees. Location is also always very clean.

Sophia STruck was filthy inside and out. Not the fault of the manager. He has to deal with a low amount of equipment to an area of N.D. That has high demands for local rentals. He does not have the time or personnel to permit him to have the equipment washed and ready. I will definitely use this location again. The gentleman that assisted me, Did so with a very professional demeanor and also assisted others all while understaffed. My hats off to him for his hard work and dedication to your facility in Williston N.D.

James R | Expérience généraleWhile the staff was friendly and tried to help as best they could, there were some check in issues. First, the computer system never accepted my registration. The staff tried over and over again to load my registration and my access code, but after over an hour, my code still wasn't working at any of the keypad locations. Also, the sliding door to the indoor storage was broken and the regular door was completely unlocked. I was assured the door would be locked, but why wasn't it locked at the time? And why is the broken sliding door allowed to remain in that state? Regardless, I couldn't get in without setting off the alarm because my code never worked before I had to leave. Very disappointing and worrisome.
Matthew Z | Premières impressionsOne of our four containers was put on the trailer backwards, so imagine the difficulty in getting our possessions out. We were told we would get them delivered Two containers at a time instead we got one container at a time. So that process was long, frustrating and tiresome. They were not delivered every day there was three days in between till we received the last container. It started when we went to UHaul in Washington and was told that our containers would be delivered to our home. Only to find out that in the city we moved to they did not have a storage facility. We found that out when our containers were in transit, they also didn't know where our containers were for two days. It has been a headache from start to finish, we will never use UHaul again.

Scott CThe general manager was an hour late to open his store. I had a 7am reservation and he arrived (after customer service called him and woke him) at 8am. While this was bad enough, the general manager had zero customer service and offered no apology at all.
Steven AMy only concern is that the tongue on the car dolly I rented is much too heavyy for one person to lift and place on the hitch without.it would be helpful if the dolly had a tongue jack to better facilitate it being safely connected.

They have a "not my problem" attitude about literally everything; even stuff that isn't a problem - like buy moving supplies. Williston Uhaul has literally made me hate uhaul. I make it a point to tell everyone how awful they are. I have never done this after receiving bad customer service because people have off days and bad days, they are human so mistakes happen. The difference with Williston Uhaul is it happens with every single contact that is made. Horrible horrible horrible place.

Newport is a laughing stock and Uhaul cares this much bout their part time employees. Only reason I'm wasting more of my time is to get the call from Uhaul so they can take this comment down and get my paper back.

The only issue I had was that when I rented the unit I only paid for the standard use of hours of the storage unit. I needed to pay that extra fee to access the unit after those hours and it was after normal business hours when I called to add that on. I did reach a live person rather quickly, however they left me on hold for 45 min and didn't really know how to help me.So I suppose that later access just wasn't in the cards for me. Everything was good
