James R. | Overall ExperienceWhile the staff was friendly and tried to help as best they could, there were some check in issues. First, the computer system never accepted my registration. The staff tried over and over again to load my registration and my access code, but after over an hour, my code still wasn't working at any of the keypad locations. Also, the sliding door to the indoor storage was broken and the regular door was completely unlocked. I was assured the door would be locked, but why wasn't it locked at the time? And why is the broken sliding door allowed to remain in that state? Regardless, I couldn't get in without setting off the alarm because my code never worked before I had to leave. Very disappointing and worrisome.

She mentioned her mother works there as well and I can see where she gets her professional yet caring demeanor from. Her coworker, a local gentleman, backed her up with additional help on topics that was out of her department. What an awesome crew to do business with. Great job guys and gals!
