Donald RThere is nothing you can do to improve. Some of the employees make mistakes on invoices but do not want to take accountability for it or fix it. They just tell customers"well there is nothing we can do about the fact that we charged you double". I am never going back to that location and I will not recommend to my friends and family.

MARCO RWhen I returned the vehicle I was overcharged. I called and was told rudely they are short staffed and it's nothing they can do call 1809 UHaul. I asked to speak to the manager and she hung up ( white lady 50's)I went there and the black lady 50 was rude as well. When I was talking to the manager she tried to rudely interrupt. The only person with common sense is the manager. He was professional and courteous black guy. My name is Javar I can be reached at 214-784-1883. They need training on listening for comprehension not to respond. The two lady's were trying to make Uhauls mistake my fault.

VICTOR BI've been to this location several times. They always have moving trucks available. If you go around 6pm it is busy and expect a little wait time but the gentleman checking us out was quick and efficient and a good sport!

PROFANGO A | Expérience généraleI am furious! Not only was ai charged wrong, they didn't have the equipment I requested, they charge my card almost 500 for 150 truck rental. When turning it in the misread the mileage! I drove 14 and they charged me for over 100 miles! Trying to get this fixed has been a nightmare. Even the GM doesn't know where the extra charges have come from and have had no solution!!! Transferring up to "billing department" because they can't find the charges on my card from U-HAUL! I am sick of this location and they have stolen money from me and made over draft fees hit my account!!!
TORI MWas told a hand truck would be part of the rental. Didn't check beforehand and when I arrived at the apartment I was moving, then realized it wasn't there. Created a big hassle in 107° heat. Checking vehicle in upon return was VERY SLOW.
PAUL EThe truck I was initially assigned was in poor condition and had a noticeable smell of marijuana. When I requested a different truck, the person in charge of the location responded disrespectfully, stating that all of their trucks were in similar condition. After I insisted, they eventually provided a replacement, but the interaction lacked professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, when I was given the blankets at the end of the process, the individual handing them to me also smelled strongly of marijuana, and one of the bags of blankets had the same odor.
RODRIGO PCame with an empty tank of gas. Had to put some in to use. Returned with more gas than it started with but they charged $55 in gas fees. I have pictures to prove empty tank. Called and placed on hold three times and never came back to call. Need fees removed.
RANDAL CThere was some confusion when I showed up (without a reservation) to rent an appliance dolly. I had called the day before to check availability and was told that there was 'no problem', however when I got to the site, they told me that they hardly ever had them. That said, someone returned one while I was there, and the U-Haul agent quickly checked the records to see if it was available, called the manager for confirmation, and rented it to me for the 2 hour slot I needed. This is not a complaint....this is actually to compliment the staff on being empathetic to my needs, and taking care of business. I will certainly use this location again should the opportunity arise.

MICHAEL Mi am still do NOT understand why you need an entire photo of the front and back of my driver's license. there is so much info and U-Haul was hacked and I was hacked as well. YOU don't need Pics of my drivers license. All you need is the STATE issued and the DL #. I am also a repeat customer. so why every time i have to do this?????? your answer will be, we don't keep your data. BUT you keep it long enough to compromise your customers. Unfortunately you are the only game in town, otherwise, i'd go elsewhere. Francis Gabriel

CHRISTOPHER SI took me a year to get my address updated. My name is Mike Bray not Mike \Bray. I got charged a late fee one month because UHaul messed up, not me. The moveout date was 8/3/24 not 8/7/24. I checked out online and in store. Since the date was wrong, I've been getting bills and late fees. I think it's fixed now since I called customer service.
Mike \ | Expérience généraleThe only issues I had was with two tires. Both needed to have Rosdside Assistance within an hour of each other. The front fender on the right side was coming off. But the truck drove well. The tires cost me time.
LAURIE PEquipment I booked was not available. Was given a trailer 2 sizes smalled (Almost 70 % smaller than I needed). This resulted in multiple cross town trips and many extra hours of moving. No considerations were offered.

CARLOS GThe appliance moving dolly was pre-ordered but was not provided. Also, I had to go around the building to look and pick up the truck. Is Uhaul employees don't bring the trucks to the customers any longer?
Gary VEmployees inside were less than helpful and happy to assist the check in process. Reservation in your system came up as a one way trip From Dallas to Arkansas instead of short return to same location trip. Confusion over billing as it appeared I was getting charged 3x more for using a debit card. The employee Craig outside was very helpful and really hussled in the Texas heat to help everyone.
Jaran HI gave a below average because the staff did not confirm my return equipment until I called the following day to request to be marked as received. It appeared that the staff was short on people or too many returns. I was concerned I would get charged extra at no fault of mine. Fortunately, after several calls, I was able to speak to someone who was able to help me.

The lady at the counter was not very savvy at what she was doing,, and was getting frustrated, she ended up canceling my reservation and starting over again, And inspect, you trucks better. When I was driving down the highway, as soon as hit 50 or 60 miles an hour, there was a loud banging on the ceiling, like the was metal straps hitting it.

SARA SI made a reservation online for a vehicle. I went to this location to get a van or truck for the day and the associate that assisted me was not very helpful at all. She told me that there were no trucks/vans available at all apparently. And she basically said that she cannot help me further. At the same time there were vehicles steadily being returned that fit what I was looking for however she still said she has no availability. So I left called around to a few other locations who had none either. So I call the Plano location once again and reach an online agent by the name of Kevin who was most helpful. He was able to confirm there was a vehicle being returned at 4, an hour after my initial reservation. So he simply updated my earlier reservation and informed me it's somewhat first come first serve. So I go back to that same location and still the same representative kept saying nothing was available. I have another reservation and I saw online that I could be reimbursed if my reservation wasn't honored. The associate claimed that the online system was messing up and that they actually had no inventory still. Yet on her scheduler displayed on the monitor was the customer returning the vehicle at 4 (it's now 4:05) and I would only have to wait for a little bit. Still the associate made it seemed like I could not possibly get a truck for the day and didn't offer any other resolution. I myself opted to wait which she agreed to find me if and when that became available. Shortly after (4:15) she walks outside and finds me and I was finally able to get a uhual within 2 hours by doing for myself. Something she could've done better was simply check for returning vehicles and not make it seem like my reservation wasn't as good as any other and check the schedule to see what place I was in line if she were to have offered me the option of waiting. I hope I won't have to come back to this location as overall I was very dissatisfied with the service in person.
TIMOTHY PHer name escapes my memory, but I wanted to say that the store manager was on point directing her staff, while getting me on the road very quickly! Her name is on the front door, and she deserves it - a job well done and I'll be back again soon to rent again!

Joe WCustomer service was EXCELLENT!!! I completed the information online before I arrived. I was there at my appointment time. Fortunately there was no line. I was checked out in 5 minutes, trailer on in another 5 minutes and I was out of there.

Dazma W | Expérience généraleUhaul stole my grandmothers things I was an employee there after my unexplained... accusations of me giving a vehicle away..I was termed giving one week to get my things out I was homeless at the time..when I ask could I get my things after only 7 days my things stayed their for 6 months neither the general mgr Jessica or the detective that was assigned to this could not help me with my grandmother that's passed which was my best friend things..I had no problem paying something to fix this but my efforts was stalled but no answered phone calls and lies when I did get some one..my unit was sold and the uhaul employees still have my things there ..isn't this called theft...if not then i hope and pray god fix this . everything I had of my grandmother was in there and I can't believe no one from uhaul could help me..I loved uhaul and for them to do me like this is sad and unprofessional and unforgivable..call me any time 9033721236.. Staff were extremely helpful in locating a nearby facility and getting the contents of my unit relocated. Kudos for their response to an unfortunate situation that was beyond anyone's control.

However; she works along side a caucasian woman who is not only rude but thinks it's appropriate to discuss her issues regarding her employees with her customers. This made me feel obligated to stand up for Jessica as I felt she was being belittled.

I couldn't get a prorated discount. I had to pay for the whole month just for one week. Other than that, the experience was great, thank you.

I was forced to keep facility for almost a year long because elevator was broken for 3 months. Each month I returned was unable to move out. Had difficulties paying by check for unit and was constantly told we were in arrears, even though we had a check automatically mailed each month. Most of our problems were with processes and NOT the staff.

I replaced my keycard several times, and entering the unit number wouldn't work in the system either. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was extremely annoying...and made me wonder what the point is of the additional alarm if we ignore it anyways. Staff was super friendly and the facility/area was always clean.

THOMAS C | Expérience généraleAll in all the facility and employees were fine. I didn't like being told There wasn't a medium unit available but I could get 2 small unit for the same price. Then after moving in, I was charged for the next 8 months for two small units and it wasn't negotiable. I was never shown how to card swipe in and out to unlock my unit so the alarm wouldn't go off. I finally went back to the office an asked what the difference in the two different card swipers were and figured it out. Lastly, one of my units wouldn't slide to close and lock without 15 minutes of trying different things. Again, nice facility and mostly helpful staff, but there were a few areas that could use attention.
