Very good service, everything went smooth. Manager is a real nice guy.
Robert JThe manager at this location is top notch. I dealt with him to pick up the trailer. Upon returning, the 2 employees working were not very ambitious. I went in and out of the store 3 times to complete the return. They were confused and seemed dismissive. Manager is A++. Employees are an F-.

Gowtham SI would NOT recommend UHaul. But WHO ELSE would we USE? Competition is what keeps companies price worthy and benefits the customers. UHaul KNOWS this and that is why they can afford to provide this level of service!
John RI rented you hall truck for 68 CAD to move little furniture from 2 addresses in Windor that are 3 minutes away ,returned the truck with very minimal fuel consumed ,I paid almost 120 CAD more . The lady passed me but a gentleman insisted to pay fuel ( 80 CAD,50 plus 30 service fees for the fuel ),on top been charged for extra killometers eventhough I didn't exceed the 20 Km agreed on. In brief,I will never use Uhaul again as twice it happened like this ,I beleive Uhaul policy to steel people money and create excuses . I was in hurry so I didn't urgue. Anyway,will never recommend Thank you

Robert JEverything was fine, however the customer service when checking in was not very helpful. Took a while even though we did everything on-line. Then after a long wait getting checked in, just given keys and had to search for the vehicle out in the yard. The person checking us in must have been new, she was less than informed. Glad we did this several times before so we kind of new what was expected and what to do.

BRENT RIt would be nice if when you show up to a reservation the the truck is out front clean and the window rent me sign is taken out of the truck instead of just getting the keys and being told to walk to the other side of the property to find your truck. At the very least I think the attendant could have walked me to my truck and asked if anything had to be explained some sort of check out process.

Sarina MI actually had an issue originally with getting my U-Haul I arranged pick up in LaSalle it wasn't there and lady at the convenience store in LaSalle had no idea we had a U-Haul couldn't find my name in the system. It was a big run around. I made arrange with her originally to pick it up in LaSalle a few days ago. Somehow the arrangements got changed on U-Hauls end and not ours and nobody notified us besides email. When you're moving i it's not always easy to have access to email. I think there should be alternate ways for you to contact people besides just setting things to their email. I think if you don't get a reply back you should call the client and not wait till the day of .they're trying to deal all the stress of moving but on good note U-Haul Moving & Storage of Windsor 2890 Dougall Ave Windsor ON N9E1R9 was amazing they gave us a discount and got me back on the road only a few minutes later than we planned

Barry GTrailer was dirty in outside and wet inside. When I asked for the newer clean trailer I was told the dirty trailer was the one on my contract. I was offered and received a blanket to lay on the wet floor.
John VThe truck was snow covered, had to clean it off and start from cold. I had an appointment you would think it would of been cleaned off and running when I arrived. It was in a tight spot pulling out of their yard.

Jason FAsked one of the guys to come take a look at the damage on the truck before I took it cause it didn't have damage stickers and he couldn't be bothered! Plus only 1/4 tank of fuel so I had to waist time fueling! Have your people care more!!

Raj GI needed to setup a small storage space for only a month and the folks the Dougall location were very friendly and accommodating. The office was even open on Sunday which was way better for me than waiting until Monday to get started. The unit itself was clean, seemed very secure, and heated which was nice during December access. I would definitely use this facility again if my needs warrant it.

I asked for reoccurring payment and the employee did not add it or it had been removed. I did not know. I rented a truck and after work, I went to remove items only to find out it had a seal on it. Thankfully wonderful manager rectified it. I was satisfied. She gave me an additional month free for the miscommunication however I kept getting emails saying I was past due when I wasn't. It was very frustrating and annoying

Jaclyn was very helpful with offering an immediate solution, by offering a trap to cover the rest of my stuff and moving me to a new locker to avoid further issues. Jaclyn has done everything in her power to take care of not only my property but uhaul property as well., by moving me to a new locker she could have the leak taken care right away and maintain an income with that unit. I never had this feeling of appreciation before. You see I had a locker for almost 2 years after walker rd location. I never enjoyed going there cause it was out of the way from home and my neighboring locker was broken into. It is very convenient for me to stop and pick stuff up at my leisure here. Thank you to Jaclyn and the staff at this location ! Very professional and compassionate team.

When I asked if a truck could be moved that was blocking the exit, I was told it's not that persons job and they stormed off. I watched one of the workers back a van right into one of the units. He just laughed and walked away as if it never happened. Very poor place to rent a unit.

It took 4 phone calls for me to resolve this matter and have the monies put back on my card along with numerous hours of cleaning everything after discovering the mouse droppings.. The staff at the location were fantastic however.
