I had mouse droppings in boxes that had been chewed open. Two monthly payments were taken out after I moved out in good standing and even rented the equipment from you to move out. It took 4 phone calls for me to resolve this matter and have the monies put back on my card along with numerous hours of cleaning everything after discovering the mouse droppings.. The staff at the location were fantastic however.

I rented a unit for 1 month used it only for a week i went inside and closed it out ...well guess what i get a email the next month saying i have late charges for not paying .....this is unacceptable

There was a female staff that (not sure what her name was) she was kinda rude and wasn't listening to what we were trying to tell her we wanted to do. We were at the Dougall Rd, location in Windsor ON

Only disadvantage was our payment was due on the 23 of every month. Only needed it until May 1st and would have had to pay the whole payment to keep it there an extra week. Had to find an alternative.

We thought remaining days paid for would be refunded. We asked the office employee who told us to read our contract. Last time we will be a U-Haul customer. Better service and rental policy elsewhere.
