I just don't like the invoice that I did not have furniture dolly. It wasn't there in the truck. There was utility dolly. I used it. Can you take $7 out of my invoice?

The trailer we rented leaked badly in multiple places. Contacted UHaul customer service. They apologized and said this location would be in touch. That was 11/25/20 and haven't heard a word. The trailer shouldn't have been offered for rental in the first place. We are disappointed as we've used UHaul numerous times over the years with good results.

More help at peak pickup times. I had to wait in line about 20 minutes. On another note, was supposed to pickup only a few miles from where I was moving, but had to drive further in the truck due to no availability. Because of this I exceeded my allowed mileage and was charged $17. I shouldn't have been charged since U-haul changed my pickup location.

Nothing to do with either location, but the customer should not be forced to pay for four days on a one-way rental. I only needed the trailer for three days, but was charged for four. You need to change your policy on this.

I was unable to return my equipment to a Uhaul dealer because they had no one available to assist with unloading the auto transporter. I drove to the Uhaul store at 2525 Eastern Blvd, Montgomery, AL to return the equipment. Initially, the customer service representative was unable to accept the return. He made me contact Uhaul customer service to have the return location changed. I spent extra time calling and waiting for a representative who made the modification only to learn it was unnecessary to modify the contract to return the equipment. Equipment can be returned to any Uhaul store.

Had trouble loading a picture from your customer approval checkout for the vehicle. It would not upload the picture I took of the chip windshield. There should be a document given to the customer listing all the problems so they can record any damage before leaving.

Service was quick and efficient. No issues there. However, this area currently has high community spread of Covid. No employee working indoors wore a mask while interacting with customers. Plexiglass shields are not enough protection. The employee who helped me did not wear a mask when walking though the store. I felt sabotaged in my efforts to avoid exposure to the virus. I should have walked away and not rented the trailer. The employee who helped me when I returned the trailer did wear a mask. I thanked him.

Just wish they had extra keys to the locks they sell, so wouldn't have had to get the lock cut off. I had the storage for over an year and when I got ready to move out my keys had been lost.

The charge me 10.00 for gas and the fuel was at the point it was when I receive truck! I trusted the employee to do the return because my phone had no charge but he took the initiative to put fuel in the truck and charge me I'm highly upset and have to dispute this with my bank! Never had an issue at the other location this location is complete BS! Then I saw the funds pending in my account like a min after I turn it in but I get my receipt at 2 am no buddy knew exactly what he was doing not going to work like that!

I loved my stay besides the fact that I had two locks on my unit when I left in March and when I came back in August I only had one left. When I asked the cashier about it he said “well that is a first”. He was practically no help at all. After minutes of questioning he eventually gave me the number for claims but that was it.

I changed to a different storage facility. What would have made a difference when I moved out was for someone to say Thank you for being a valued customer for SEVERAL years and paying on time of not in advanced. I was late once but just a day. There seemed to be no appreciation for the customers. Those things go a long way. If you are going to have an “express” line, it’s a good idea to utilize it so customers wanting to pay their bill don’t have to stand in line behind all the rentals. The lady that cleans the facility is a true gem! She is the sweetest person and goes out of her way to show kindness to others. She does an exceptional job!!!!!!! Can’t say enough about her. She is the one that brings light to the facility.

I rented a 5x5 unit on a Sunday. The site said there was one spot left and let me reserve it. I showed up on Monday afternoon with a truckload of materials from my classroom and was given a unit. We unloaded the entire truck and went to find our the unit. When we found it, there was already a lock on it. I went back to the office and told the gentleman. He walked to the unit with me and then said he'd have to call his manager. We walked back to the office where he called his manager. Apparently, the unit had been rented and there was nothing left in the size I needed. I was told I could rent the next size unit for $20 more a month. Given the inconvenience we'd experienced I think I should have been given that unit for the price of the smaller unit. I was told that I would have to talk to the general manager, but he wasn't until the next day. We had to load everything back into the truck with nowhere to take it. This was completely unacceptable. I now have no place to store my classroom items for the summer. I tried to return the lock I was made to purchase and the gentleman didn't know how to do it. We had also tried to have a propane tank filled and the man working wasn't certified to fill it. How can you leave one employee in a store who isn't able to actually run the store?

We have had our 41ft. fifth wheel with the on the eastern blvd. with u-haul for 4 years. We and everyone else in the covered storage had a break-in. They called and took care of the repairs. That was a 1 to 1 1/2 years ago and everything was ok. There was a second break-in in a few units but the people were not notified. We had to call the owners of the motorhome next to us and they didn't know about it. We sold our RV Satuday and went into the office to let them know. We have never been late on any rent. We usually pay one year in advance. The young man that waited on us came in and out the front door twice and never said a word to us. It was not very busy when we went in so we waited our turn. When we got to the counter we told the young man there that we had sold our RV but we were going to purchase another. Knowing that the covered storage was less than half full. I asked him it he could reserve our spot ( it took us 2 years to get slag put over the mud in that space) His response was NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I would think that a company that had loyal paying customers would be a little more courteous. I could have understood if they had more RV's but this was just rude. People need to be trained in how to talk to customers. This man needs an attitude adjustment or just fired. I don't usually respond like this but I was just shocked at his response. I'm not man . I just feel sorry that this man is so miserable and he will surely cost you customers. Thank you Debby

I had the worst experience ever!! When I arrived the guy at the desk didn’t even greet me as I walked up. He had his Chick-fil-A on the counter eating. And still proceeded to eat throughout my whole purchase, it was so unprofessional and just rude. Then when I asked him about any specials on the storage he asked me if I could buy him some wings and he will see if they have any specials. Super unprofessional I was so stunned. After moving that evening, I arrived to my storage unit, and to my surprise they forgot to take the lock off of our unit. So we had to find a friend to keep our furniture safe until the next day. It was such an inconvenience the whole thing. I’m just really appalled and upset!!!

Chris was very rude and not customer friendly at all. I am waiting to speak with the store manager, then corporate regarding my visit on 7-16-18. POOR SERVICE!!

This was the best plan for me moving and packing .Everyone I came in contact with from u-Haul was awesome.I usually drive 1.000 miles myself.But I cannot do because of my poor physical condition .

Well maintained facility. Needs to improve continuity of alarm system to avoid outages. Would definitely utilize them again.

Everything was fine except 2 payments made by us were lost by the employees and a lean was put on the unit. We had receipts of payment, but the checks never cleared. It was eventually cleared.
