Everything was great the only small thing I can think of is if you rent something with insurance for a day and you want to call and extend it but you'd also like to cancel the insurance for the extended day, it would be nice to be able to make adjustments from the phone and not have to come in to completely redo a new rental. Other than that everything from start to finish was excellent and expeditious.John M.
The general manager was not rude but very close to being rude. He let me know that customers were not his most important job. He was busy at that time. He should have been less condescending. The truck I rented was not clean. It had trash scattered throughout the cab.John B.

On my final bill, I was charged $7.00 for utility dolly I didn't have. If the utility dolly is the red hand truck, I didn't use it. However, the green plastic security thing was broken, which may make it appear I used it. It broke loose in transit. I called this to the attention of the u haul staff person when I returned the vehicle. I feel I am due $7.00 credit on my card.Homer A.

This was the worst traveling experience of my life!! I cannot believe I was treated this way by uhaul!! I will NEVER recommend you all if this is how you treat your customers! I had to call roadside assistance TWICE for that truck and dolly!! On top of that! I was quoted wrong information that cause my NEW car battery to go completely DEAD!! There have been many times when I have gone to U-haul during an emergency move and the kindness that I experienced there really made a lasting impact on me. When I picked the truck up there were 3 problems: 1. the low air in the tire light was on along with the warning 2. the engine light was on 3. the driver's side door would not shut without slamming it I called the location immediately when I got home and told him what was going on. He told me the engine light means that the truck needs an oil change. He also told me that they just put air in the tire, but I could come back for more. Since UHaul charges $1.00 per mile, I was not doing that. I knew what he told me about the engine light did not feel right. I rented the truck for 24 hours. When we stopped for gas right before we were due to drop the truck off. After getting gas the truck would not start. The problem with the truck was the alternator, and because of your incompetent employee, we were inconvenienced with a broken-down truck. We had to wait for roadside assistance. If your employee knew what he was talking about we would not have been in that position. I really do not plan to use UHaul again unless desperate. I will spread the word too.Sandy S.
I just don't like the invoice that I did not have furniture dolly. It wasn't there in the truck. There was utility dolly. I used it. Can you take $7 out of my invoice?HAESUN L.
