Had 1 blip in system on your end whereby the time of pickup for the container was not correct on your end. I verified and confirmed it 3 times with u haul and on the nite before move… got an email confirming a completely different time. We had already reserved elevator morning slot with building and use of that elevator and pick up with driver. The U haul switched everything to a different time for driver and us and I had to scramble the morning of move to get back to what we wanted and confirmed. Please have ALL your customer service reps confirm time!! Always!!!
denise cAlthough the rental rates appear reasonable the kilometric stack of add on charges and fees included for every breath you take is truly staggering! It is like if you rented a limousine. Horrible.

TIAGO DI returned gas more than i got 3/8 since started but i got charged $47 more because they said i didnt take picture and not showed on the system. I suppose to charge around $87 but they charged me $140 with out telling me nothing what wrong with it. They robed me seem cheating without telling customer before they charge more money on the bill. I figured it out myself then go back to them and showed all prooved of pictures for the gas before and after pick up car. So i got refunded money back. Cheating without telling customer is not good. No manner.

Ryan SWhile the pickup and drop-off were smooth and the equipment was clean and worked well, the tank was not full when I picked it up. I was only going a few miles, so it was not an issue until I was charged for the amount of fuel that would bring it to a full tank. I emailed customer service, so hoping this will easily be resolved since they can see the mileage I used and understand it would not have amounted to that much gas.

FRANCISCO PI was requesting a Ford BE instead of a GMC I was told by the rep the will have to pulled out from the back , after almost leaving I physically see 2 BE parked in the front line I took a picture and then went to the front desk to ask for the key, after returning the truck I was charged a gas fee I took a picture and am waiting for a response, overall poor service

Luis FUp on entering into the premises ,there was a very very very strong odor of marijuana. after I was inside for almost 10 minutes , i began to feel obnoxious. I brought it to the personnel attention but they did not seen to care. The cargo van that i rented also had a nail in one of the tires. I had to pay $20 to put a plug in it.

DIVA G | Premières impressionsOutside employee told us where our Dollie's were. I asked where is the truck and he cursed at us, "what the fuck you rented the 20' for a one way trip!" Then immediately walked past us without saying anything else open the office door and started screaming at the employees inside that they rented that truck. Wrong Dollie's were given and then one wheel was broken down we couldn't even use them. Gear shift would not recognize it was in park and would switch from drive to 4th at a hairs touch. Steering wheel is not set right, making right turns was so wide we had to reverse to make right turns with ample space. Lift gate does not go up unless extreme force is used, the. It bounces back down. Check engine light came on during use.

I go back inside they can't find the keys.Now all paper work has to be changed The give me another van and when i got to it it is blocked in by the one they cant find the keys to. Had to go back inside for a third time. All the time the guy helping me at counter was on his phone , speaking spanish, clearly his was on the phone with his girlfriend. Worker had to come out and try and squeeze my van out of the spot it was blocked ito. Took 10 min.

On my arrival a young black man greeted us and helped us. Every encounter with him has been outstanding. Your staff need basic customer service training. If someone is talking to a customer by telephone and the line is forming, they should acknowledge the customer waiting on the line. There are no clear instructions for the line. So you can assume that there is one line and await until the staff is available. The counter was staffed by a woman on the phone awith a customer nd a young man helping a a customer at the counter. I stood to wait for either the woman to finish on the phone or the young man to finish with the client. I asked the woman on the phone, if it would be possible to ask her a quick question. She responded that she was talking to a customer. A customer came in with packages and walked over to the young man with the client at the counter. The employee spoke with customer and did not ask him to wait in line until he finished with the current customer. When the young man finshed with his customer, the customer behind me went up to him. I approached the customer and told him I was next. The customer told he that I was waiting for the woman. It became unpleasant. You should have clear instructions for lines. Staff should treat customers consistently. All I wanted to do was drop off my lock and the card. I waited over 30 minutes while the movers I was paying waited for me to arrive at my home. The previous encounter when storing my items were excellent. The departure was not.. Hope you can use this feedback.

Like you leave the facility to the truck, unload in 3 minutes and then have to enter the code again. The storage rooms also seemed a bit dark. The facility had lots of garbage at the entrance. Going there after hours was not a great. It wasn't easier and it appeared different. If you are running a24/7 business you should have staff working those hours too. Other than that it seems like a better option than other storage facility.

Here however the roof was very low and plenty of dirt not dust , fell from the floor above. josimar i | Expérience généraleI visited my storage unit on Wednesday, May 1st to review my items to plan for my move scheduled for Saturday, May 11. Everything looked fine and in order. I return on Saturday, May 11 to notice there were some "water stains" on my tv and a piece of furniture. I looked up to see if there was a pipe above or perhaps condensation from any mechanicals above - nothing. Then I found a clear plastic cup half way on its side on top of one of my boxes, with yellow fluid - URINE. Someone urinated in a cup and placed or threw it atop of the storage unit. The top of the storage unit does not have a flat full coverage roof, it has a grate that can fit the size of a plastic cup, apparently. My storage unit rental was cancelled before I could formally cancel it on the website the very next day, so clearly staff is monitoring activity of who is coming and going, entering points of the unit but cannot monitor someone who urinated in public and disposed of it within someone else's storage unit. Deeply disappointed.

Looks like it came from somewhere above my unit. There remained the build-up on the floor of the unit in the back.

Joseph L | Expérience généraleStaff was not helpful. For full 4 years nobody could figure out and help why opening my storage unit door triggers the alarm, even when I am fully checked in. My storage unit was regularly polluted with debris from next door unit, including having everything covered in cement dust. This was the last straw. To top this, when I moved out, my credit card was charged even after notifying front office and being assured that no further charges will be incurred. I was never able to get in touch with anyone in the woodside office, instead being always router to customer service in a central office, where they were not able to help. Terrible business and management!

If all my details are with you, just to get the truck shouldn't take that long. The process of the system is long although the customer service rep was doing her best. I wish Uhaul could cut some of the corners for the loyal customers instead of waisting unnecessary time waiting. And I don't see the point of advance booking also if you have to go over the process again.

Mechanic isnt versed in daily operations (he's the mechanic not the sales team), when interacting with clients he should simply reply "sorry i work in fleet repair only, if you head inside someone will gladly assist you." Overall 5 stars Cons--- corporate sales sucks. Phones don't work, nobody contacts you after setting up account online. Have lost 2-3hrs trying to setup corporate account to pay for storage and weekly truck rentals.

I was told by one employee one thing, and when I went to go handle that one thing, I was told by another employee that it was more than what I was told by the other. And because of this, I couldn't handle the situation. Horrible experience because it makes you feel helpless knowing there's nothing I could have did because of an employee error.

They found it after 1 hr. of waiting. The facility was dirty. I requested no insurance on my stuff because they force me to have it. They said no flammables and you have people moving in flammables in front of everyone. You need to send a supervisor to this facility to see how it works. The people receiving the equipment were great. Very fast and helpful. Overall my great experience picking up the equipment made worthwhile after all.

The size online for the unit we rented did not fit the recommendation and we ended up having to get another unit to store the remaining items. We had a long process of moving into our unit as the loading dock that was closer to the unit was blocked and were told we should have waited until the end of the month as that is the time it would be clear. As stressful as our day was, this comment really did not help as we had to move when we had to move. There was a lot of trash around and we were worried we would get blamed for it even though it was there prior to our move. The girls at the front desk, however, were amazing and did the best they could to help us get a second unit and work with us on processes and procedures to save us some money.

I asked about the availability of a loading dock before renting, and was told that there was one. The hallway on front of my unit was also too narrow for us to be able to bring some of our furniture into the unit without tipping it up on end.

Eric O | Expérience généraleNas, the general manager of this location is an absolute superstar. There was a very high stress situation that occurred on the property and she handled it very well. I work in the hospitality industry, and I understand the stress she must have been feeling, and she took care of everything. We rented a van and storage unit and everything went smoothly. The only thing I would recommend for the higher ups is to re do parts of the floor in the stoarage area, there are some cracks and imperfections that cause the carts to get stuck which can damage the items on the carts if they fall or shift. Word of advise, get there early if you are renting a vehicle. Uhaul needs to contact a few different people to confirm your identity and for security before they can hand you the keys. This process took us about 15 minutes, but if there's a lot of people on line, that time will add up. Also, if you are loading things from your car late night around 9pm, park on the left side of the building Or make sure you can't get boxed in if other people are dropping off their vehicles. We got boxed in but it was at the end of our rental anyway so it worked out. We would definitely rent from them again. Nick P

The lady that help me wast courteous, she took too long, the information that she need should have in the system, and when she need my information couldn't even ask me in a pleasAnt manner, also it would be nice to explain where was my locker, how to properly open/get access, no I had to figure it out on my own, and ask another customer, I would suggest to give more trading to the lady that attended me. As for the person who received he van back, he was very helpful and explained me all that I need to do, as it should be, for that I want to thank him and the person in Johnson city as for the lady I think she can do better with proper training.
