Rachel G.This comment is for the website user experience and not reflective of the location: the website allowed me to reserve a vehicle at 8:30 AM but when I arrived, there was no TruckShare vehicle key available to me and I had to wait until the location opened at 9:00 AM. It was a slight glitch for my personal experience reserving a rental online and I will pay closer attention to be sure I am scheduling a TruckShare next time or plan to reserve a vehicle when the store is open. Thankfully I was first in line and got the vehicle quickly after the store opened.
Rae Ann H.I made a reservation on 4/26/22 to pick up a 10 ft truck from the Ann Arbor State street location. When I arrived, they said that they did not have a 10 ft, or any trucks available. They were able to find an alternate truck only a few miles away, but they charged me for the larger truck as well as for 11 additional miles that I drove to & from my storage location. Uhaul's business model appears to be "nickel & dime" it's customer's into submission.

Brandy S.I had rented the truck for 4 hours, 430pm-830pm. So was not told I would also be charged an after hours fee of $20? they knew when I rented the truck it would be after hours drop off. I have rented there a lot for this kind of rental and now being charged that fee, I feel is being unfair.
SUSAN ELAINE W.2 separate 6x12 cargo trailers that electrical wasn't working and the first unit damaged my car fuse on the towing lights. The manager and staff member wasn't answering or provided any resolutions and simply stop by letting me know that my car was the issue, and at wasn't. Very poor customer service overall.

KIMBERLYANN K.I setup my reservation online for the first time. Online for a cargo van, it stated the mileage was $.59 cents per mile. When we go to the Uhaul location the man, at the front desk, states it's $.69 cents per mile. I didn't realize we had to pay for the mileage upfront, and let them know approximately how many miles we were going to need locally in state. The information I recall only mentions the amount of cost of cargo van, environmental fees, and any type of equipment, I wanted to rent if necessary, and how many hours? I was thinking the amount of the truck and the charges I mentioned above were going to be the only charges. It's kind of deceiving to the customer, because I like to know all facts lined up to me, so I can be made aware prior to the arrival, at the location, concerning my cost all together, before I arrive. Except of course if I was over the mileage, then I'm aware of the additional cost. This was constructive criticism, I wanted to provide and bring to the online service and at the store.
April D.Washtenaw guys did a fine job. The truck drove perfect, good mirrors. So, not that you can "fix it" , but possible Ford can "miraculously" invent a road sensing suspension to cancel out the "washboard" in the right lane of 94 west. (around mile marker 50/60 ) I chose to use the left lane whenever possible so as not to permanently damage home stuff. I left the two packing blankets that are missing in the truck - back at the Washtenaw Uhaul. Cheers.

NIKI V.The Ypsilanti location has always been my go to place for UHaul over the years. Their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They've resolved any issues I've had with the surrounding Uhauls.
OBED G.Please do a better job of reviewing your equipment to ensure it's in proper working condition. It's completely unacceptable to rent a truck that turns out to have a leaking roof.

It wasn't my phone that was the issue it was trying to use “location services†where the app wouldn't let me complete the turn in process. Your location staff were great! I will continue to rent from this location.
