UHaul locations are great on their own. Uhaul switched the trailer pickup location to 45 minutes drive away from original a few hours before pickup forcing me to scramble. Contacting the local dealer (any of them) is nearly impossible w/ phone redirected to main UHaul switchboard and 1 hr waits. I used the chat feature on the website and they sent messages to the local dealer who contacted me. In the end it worked out fine - thank goodness for the chat feature.

One guy was doing it all. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. He was busting his butt all day. He managed the front counter and when he wasn't doing that he was out cleaning and moving trucks. Need to give that guy a raise.

Vehicle was not on premise at scheduled time - had to return an hour later to pick-up moving vehicle. To improve for the next customer, having the appropriate vehicles on premise at the scheduled time would be very helpful.

Fill up your gas tanks before they go out on the road so there is no complications regarding the amount of fuel level in the tank as there are no other indicators on the gas gauge other than half quarter and three-quarter.

Service and equipment were fine. The staff were very polite and efficient. However, this site is located in a heavily trafficked and dense commercial area. Parking is severely limited. A new location with more space is needed. The business would thrive.

Ripped off on fuel. Put 25 $in fuel in for 40 mile rental. Was still charged a fuel surcharge because they listed the fuel as more than what was there originally

I was charged for 2 days when I only used it one. This was not explained well at all. If I am 1 hour beyond the arbitrary time of 4:30pm which was my estimatye I am charged another full day? That was not explained at all.

I made a reservation for a van through the 24/7 service only to find that this location did not actually prepare the truck (I did received a confirmation email stating it would be ready). In addition to not being able to pick up the truck I reserved, the only other truck that they had available on site was completely parked in on all four sides... it took 2 hours and two different customer service personnel to figure this out. The next morning I was able to pick up the truck but I lost an entire day. I was also given the 50 $guarantee refund due to the fact that I wasn't able to pick up the truck I reserved which is why the rating is a 3/5. Definitely recommend a different location if you need a quick and easy rental, save yourself the headache.

While from a quick look it looked clean, the cab had trash under the seats, clearly had not been cleaned at all by the company. Specifically disturbing due to covid-19. Check in “inspection” was deceitful and not through nor was I told I had to complete it digitally as later I received a text telling me to do so before driving off. We later realized the ramp was caked in mud. Then when it was returned I was asked if I would like an email or paper receipt. I said email and they said they will send it right over. Two phone calls later (actually 12 because that is how many it took to actually get through to someone each time) and the next morning I finally received the receipt saying I owed gas, this was not mentioned via phone or when I dropped it off. I filled the tank to exactly where it was when I got it, have the gas receipt to prove it! Probably kept it running or let someone take it out under the table after I dropped it off, they had to walk the lot 18 hour later after I dropped it off to even verify that the truck was returned. Ridiculous. Completely ignored by corporate support. I had a great experience Spring 2020 with a much cleaner truck but this experience has me no longer recommended this location or planning to ever use in the future.

I would give a ZERO star review but sadly that's not an option. This past weekend was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will NEVER use UHAUL again. At the time of picking up the Truck, the guy at the front desk looked up the wrong reservation, which I only noticed because I asked exactly what we were being charged with. He said a truck and trailer. I didn't rent a trailer, only a truck. So back to square one pulling up the correct reservation. After 3 tries, he finally figured it out and found our reservation. The guy said there is 3/8ths of a tank of gas in the truck, and return it with that same amount, but when we got home only 5 miles away, we noticed the tank was almost empty, so clearly he was incorrect on how much gas was left. He also did not do a walk-around/inspection with us before we left. If he had, he would have seen the gas meter. We returned the truck with the same amount of gas as what we were given (not 3/8ths but even less), which they tell you to do, and we have now been charged a total of 79 $for gas (30 $service fee + 49 $in fuel). I've called to speak with the manager there and have not received a call back as of yet. Also, when we got the truck home and opened up the back, to start loading it, there was broken glass in one corner and no furniture pads in truck. Again, if they had inspected the truck after the last person used it they would have seen the glass. For all of those reasons, I would not recommend UHAUL to anyone I know.

I turned in equipment at 2pm on Saturday. The clerk took it off my hitch and inspected it Was told I was set, I would get final paper via email in a few minutes. By 3pm still not done. I called for 4 hours. No one would answer. Sunday, again, item not checked in. It is now listed as late on my account. I called starting right at 9am and no one would answer. I spoke to 6 different customer service reps at the national phone center. Not one could help me as VT refused to answer their phone. They SUPPOSEDLY sent VT messages to call me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Morgan was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I was shocked by her behavior and tone. I have never, ever, spoken to a manager asking for an employee to be dealt with. But if that is her attitude? I would fire her. Rudeness from a customer service supervisor is unacceptable. Period. They kept telling me "it was no big deal". Yes. It was. It was MY credit card on file with no proof I returned the trolley. It took a FB person to finally get it resolved 29 hours after I dropped it off. Only person who even tried to help. Leah from FB was phenomenal. I cannot thank her enough. It is not acceptable a store refuses to answer it's phone for 2 days AND that corporate has no way to reach them. What if it was an emergency? There MUST be a fail safe to reach them. I still have not received my promised phone call and apology from the VT store. Disgusting. Mistakes happen, they forgot to check it in, ok. But to ignore the phone, corporate, messages for 2 days. Unacceptable. And the rudeness by the customer service people on the phone? Training needs to be done.

I was incorrectly charged for fuel after drop off. Check in and check out was essentially non existent. No walk through or mileage check. I'm not sure if this is a COVID precaution or new operating procedure. I contacted UHAUL about the error in charges the day of my return and still haven not heard from them. I will be calling today. Truck was well maintained and clean, customer service were polite and fast but again, no thorough checking in/out
