put customers in the right vehicle, don't make customers wait an hour each to receive the vehicle and to pay, and do not advertise it as 19.95 when you charge me 100 dollars.

I picked up a van. I was told to load my own furniture dolly and pads into the van. I have three herniated discs. If you pay to rent extras they should be in the van at the time of pickup. Except for that complaint, everyone at the facility was very nice and the advance check in was very convenient

Worst rental customer service I have experienced. It took more time for me to just pick up my vehicle than it did for me to load the truck, drive to my new location, unload, and return it. Simply ridiculous - and apparently mine was one of the quicker ones! I won’t do it again.

A) the lady in the front desk, very unfriendly, treat you like you bother her that u came, kept me waiting.....when I was the only customer in the store !!!...Zero smile on her side. ....it’s my 4th time on that location, same woman, same attitude.... B) I booked it online 2 days prior, night before I checked in ONLINE putting all my information in (License, CC etc. )...when I got there to pick up my car, I was asked to it again. They have it in the system, but still I had to do it again. So what is the prior check in for ????? C) on the return, the guys are lazy. 3 guys standing in the return area, each one of them look on the other one to go check me out....after few minutes, I had to request them to check me out (again, I was the ONLY customer to return. After checking me out, the guy was almost sleepy while he talks, I asked him 3 times to repeat what he saying to me..... Again, lazy.... D) in the end of the Bill I was charged a $ 15.95 location fee...?!! Why ? What is it ? & why I was never informed of it when I did it online ???? I’m using this location & night use it again, only cause it’s convenience to my needs. If I had other options, I will not visit this location again.

Van was acceptable but not what I would call clean. Front desk staff initially seemed abrupt, but that changed quickly and was OK. When I dropped off the van, a male staff member came and got in the van without indicating what he was doing (other than clearly moving the van). I asked him if I need to retrieve the dolly in the back, and he said, "no" sharply and abruptly closed the van door without indicating whether I should wait. So I went inside, and there was told that check-out occurred in the garage. So I went back to the garage with my paperwork to check out and another staff member told me it had already been taken care of, pointing to the man who had gotten in the van and spoken sharply to me. I started to say that I didn't know he was the person who was going to check me out because he didn't tell me, and he shot back sharply across the garage, "You walked away from me." I told him that I asked him a question and he could have told me what he was doing. For the next customer, have the garage staff be a little more polite.
