Manager at this location when I went to pick up the trailer sat in the back while 7 different customers were waiting to check out. The main website for u-haul mysteriously went into maintenance at 12 o'clock on saturdy. Worst experience ever. I will go out of my way not use u-haul in the future. O and one more thing , when someone makes a reservation to drop off equipment at a certain location, don't change it on the back end just because you want to equipment brought to another location. When I went to do self drop off the app told me I must take the trailer 45 minutes away from my house to a different location than what I had reserved.GEORGE C.

When I tried to return the truck it couldn't track my location. I called the customer service and I waited on hold for over 20min with no answer so I had to just leave the uhaul and drop the keys in the box. This happened last time when I rented also...JENNA J.
I had an appointment for 1:30 I arrived at 1:20 there was only one person working, he had no idea where the key to the truck was I was reserved for. Had to wait for a call from the manager to find it, didn't get the truck until almost two. The truck itself had a ton of miles, smelled like cigarettes and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with issues.PAUL W.

I could not find the right trailer and Arman arranged for me to have another larger trailer for tyhe few hours I needed it. I was given the wrong location for my pickup for the trailer. While traveling it was found that my trailer was not properly connected to my vehicle nor was I given the proper bolt to withstand the weight of the trailer by the employee at the Crum Lynn site. He also did not properly tighten the bolts onto the hitch nor my vehicle that I purchased from the facility . The trailer ultimately broke off of my vehicle while in movement on the highway and caused a near accident with other motorists. It was also found that the trailer had a leak and caused water damage to my personal belongings some that are irreplaceable. I filed a claim with repwest and was told by Daniel Bernier who was my claim representative that they would not be held responsible for the damage nor was it the company's fault of the mishap even though I paid for insurance coverage. I am by far extremely displeased from the beginning of my encounter with the company on both ends.Madison Teresa J.

Thank you Crum Lynn for having a truck to rent one way. The person who helped me was so nice, smart and knowledgeable. 5 stars to her! As for U-Haul, The Company, Corporate needs to have or make available more vehicles available for one way travel. I had to travel to 3 Locations to finally get one wasting several hours of time. Dumb to see numerous vehicles sitting in lots not available to rent. Really??????. Wait, it was really dumb, not just dumb. No, definitely ludicrous dumb.HOWARD A.

Trailer was supposed to be available at a much closer stre to my home. I was notified the day before pickup I would have to drive 60 miles to get the unit or just forget about the rental which was not an option. Unit was reserved 3 months in advance . Also your customer service representative was one of the rudest people I've talked to. Basically told me I could take it or leave it and he was not able to help me in any way. Trailer worked perfectly and the drop off was perfect.TODD L.

Small repair - non-functioning rear blinker - was not mentioned to me when renting the vehicle. When I returned it and told them about it, they said that they knew about it and that manager hadn't fixed it yet. I was concerned less about my inconvenience than I was about safety.David G.

Unfortunately, the truck was dirty and had cigarette ash in the dash water holder. The windows and seats were not clean or wiped down based on COVID-19 protocol. The inside of the truck was not sweep out and had dirty wrappers on the floor. I will not use U-Haul again and will report this station to the BBB due to it's lack of COVID-19 preparednessJames G.

When I dropped the truck off, the customer service associate was handling several customers at once. He was kind, and said to hand him the keys, and I would receive an email with my receipt, with information containing all drop off information and amount of money if any I was intended to be credited. The truck interior was not clean at all, sticky steering wheel, the dash area and cup holder areas were dirty and looked like they had not been wiped clean which is especially disappointing during the covid pandemic. The truck had about an eighth of a tank of gas in it when it is supposed to have a quarter tank. I noted this when I picked up. We dropped back off with a quarter tank we put in it. The windshield was dirty making it hard to see through driving at night.Cynthia E.

My truck seat was falling apart and the gas gage was only at 3 quarters a tank. I put more gas back in it then it had . worst truck i ever rented.. I had other great experiences here.ANNA M.

Your reservation service kept trying to send me to locations much farther away. I had to ask about this location and it had plenty of trucks and was about 1mile away. The others were 5 - 10 miles away and more expensive( mileage charges higher). That was disappointing.otherwise things were great. Will use again.PAUL G.
