As for U-Haul, The Company, Corporate needs to have or make available more vehicles available for one way travel. I had to travel to 3 Locations to finally get one wasting several hours of time. Dumb to see numerous vehicles sitting in lots not available to rent. Really??????. Wait, it was really dumb, not just dumb. No, definitely ludicrous dumb.HOWARD A.

Trailer was supposed to be available at a much closer stre to my home. I was notified the day before pickup I would have to drive 60 miles to get the unit or just forget about the rental which was not an option. Unit was reserved 3 months in advance . Also your customer service representative was one of the rudest people I've talked to. Basically told me I could take it or leave it and he was not able to help me in any way. Trailer worked perfectly and the drop off was perfect.TODD L.

Small repair - non-functioning rear blinker - was not mentioned to me when renting the vehicle. When I returned it and told them about it, they said that they knew about it and that manager hadn't fixed it yet. I was concerned less about my inconvenience than I was about safety.David G.

Unfortunately, the truck was dirty and had cigarette ash in the dash water holder. The windows and seats were not clean or wiped down based on COVID-19 protocol. The inside of the truck was not sweep out and had dirty wrappers on the floor. I will not use U-Haul again and will report this station to the BBB due to it's lack of COVID-19 preparednessJames G.

When I dropped the truck off, the customer service associate was handling several customers at once. He was kind, and said to hand him the keys, and I would receive an email with my receipt, with information containing all drop off information and amount of money if any I was intended to be credited. The truck interior was not clean at all, sticky steering wheel, the dash area and cup holder areas were dirty and looked like they had not been wiped clean which is especially disappointing during the covid pandemic. The truck had about an eighth of a tank of gas in it when it is supposed to have a quarter tank. I noted this when I picked up. We dropped back off with a quarter tank we put in it. The windshield was dirty making it hard to see through driving at night.Cynthia E.

My truck seat was falling apart and the gas gage was only at 3 quarters a tank. I put more gas back in it then it had . worst truck i ever rented.. I had other great experiences here.ANNA M.

I reserved a pick up truck and was estimated around 65 dollars got there they had no pick up truck upgraded me to a 10 ft and charged me 140 horrible he said it's bc the gas mileage well they should have compasated me for that bc it was their fault the truck was not there horrible experience will never do that againCRYSTAL M.
