The fuel was less than 1/4@ pickup. I was told if I put extra fuel to bring it to 1/4 on return I would get a $20 discount. I drove about 20 miles and put 6 gallons of fuel before return. That would work out to about 3 miles/gallon. The gauge was right on the 1/4 line after I left the gas station a block away from Uhaul when returning.. After return I was told not good enough because he could see some of the 1/4 line. It's not much money but I'm extremely angry that Uhaul used me to put extra gas in their truck for no reason. I feel I was tricked by Uhaul to do their job and am strongly considering disputing the charge so this can be resolved. And, look at my history. I've been renting Uhaul trucks for 40+ years.

General manager would not rent trailer unless I gave them a contact and that person answered phone and vouched for me. However the other people in line in front of me did not have to do that.

The trailer was late back dye to vehicle towing trailer had mechanical issues on way back. Delivered same day due but we knew we had to pay extra day, BUT WAS CHARGED $20 EXTRA FOR INCONVENIENCE CHARGE.

Advise them up front when they require delivery to new home that it should be scheduled at same pickup request. My initial 1st pickup was only from my home to a storage facility of uhaul.Then they said oh, that I need another scheduled drop of if I want it same day I'm moving into. Plus I needed to load day of pickup all heavy furniture and appliances. They had given me 3 hr window which left a few to load my stuff. Was almost a disaster being now are rushing to fill 2 pods I left for heavy furniture.

i have no problem with this location , I received great service . My disappointment was this was not the location I made a reservation at and was only notified 1!/2 hours before my pick up time . Other than that I have no complaints .

Incredibly slow, none of the staff seemed on the same page which lead to me having to wait extra time while they kept trying to find the keys to one of the vehicles and switching my order around. The online check in is busted (not the locations fault but since I had to rely on them to take me through it using the app was entirely useless). Poor parking options but the van I got was in good shape so I guess there's that.

Very slow checkout process

It was the worst experience I've had at U-Haul ever. The vans starter died before I even took off to move to my new location I put $99 on gas and the van died right after they sent roadside assistance help but they didn't help at all until the guy got there and fixed the van for two hours I was stuck at a gas station and they kept telling me to move away from there because I kept blocking the gas pumps and their entrance at the Arco gas station I asked to be refunded fully and Manager Justin only refunded me $50 off my trip .. when it was $58 and I spent way more money on putting gas which was $99 and I have a bank statement to prove it he did not want to take it and he said he needed a receipt I went back to the gas station to ask for the receipt and they delete every 24 hours so it was already gone I told him to check the time that I got stuck and the time that the purchase was made on my bank account and he denied I want to be refunded for either partially of the gas money or fully refunded for the gas money I spent on filling up the van when I got it almost fully empty thank you. Your employee Dallas when out of his way for me and my family he helped me and my mom move my stuff to my new place because of the inconvenience after he already had clocked out and he make sure he followed us to my new apartment to see if the van was gonna shut off on us because we were scared that the starter would stop working again. yeah honestly that's the only employee that went out of his way for me I've never been treated better at uhaul but the manager Justin did not do what a manager is supposed to do Dallas acted more of a manager and supervisor than Justin ever did. I expect to be refunded because this is not OK that you guys put me in a position where the van could've shut off I'm in the freeway and I could've died that's a automotive safety issue and I do not feel safe in your van you guys did not do the proper check up on the vans before someone takes off the employee that were at the store that day it was a shorter guy look like he didn't even care or wanted to help me he just wanted to cut me off and just give me the keys I did everything online I always always get a U-Haul I move a lot and this time you guys failed me big time and I want compensation for it.

A common problem with the truck we had rented at this location And at other locations over the years… the common problem is that the roll up door lock which is attached by a chain and of course there is a key that is supplied with the Ignition key on a ring…. That lock often and in this case also gets stuck if you close it and it is extremely difficult to get it open with the supplied key If at all… I alerted the attendant to this and he went out and tested the attached lock with the supplied key and had a very difficult time Opening it... although he did eventually open it after after several very muscular trials… I told him he really needs to go through his locks with WD40 spraying the lock internals and also the keyhole and if they don't improve they ought to be changed because the customer is going to use that lock... lock himself out of his load and typically have to call for help from a very remote location

Customer service not the best and it wasnt the person that was helping me . It was other sales person not trying to help other customer .that other cutomer couldnt speak that fluent english , and he didnt made an effort to try to speak spanish to that customer . To me that is not a good customer service . That can be improved . Another thing is your app for returning equipment sucks . It wouldnt allow me to upload my pictures that it kep asking me to up load . And I decided to just drop it off at the lot . So that is not so great .
