Fast and proficient customer service. There was a line outside at time of opening and they worked through everyone in 15 minutes. My hitch installation was completed faster than quoted. They do installs on Saturday and Sunday! Would absolutely recommend this location to friends. My only beef - I don't need a fancy waiting room, I understand space is limited - but some nicer chairs would've been nice. 9,5/10 highly recommend!

Melvin B.we rented a car hauler for a 2002 Nissen Altima and had we driven the vehicle instead, we would have had a major obstacle to overcome. The hub bearing in the rear would have seized up/burned out and we would have had repairs to deal with. Renting the car hauler allowed us to get from Nashville TN to Ocala FL without incident. Best decision we could have made! We were not aware of a problem with the vehicle at the time we went to UHAUL

I feel that this fee should've been waved because it was not my fault for the extra miles traveled. Other than that, the truck was clean and the staff was very professional and friendly.

I expected to wait a full three hours, but the installation was done in under 1! The employees were very nice, the location was clean. I highly recommend this location.

Nick P.I returned tank as full as I got it. After doing online drop off your system told me it was charging me for 3 gallons of gas... I waited for the store employee to come and verify my drop off. On his end, he did not show me getting charged for the gas. The receipt I eventually got matched the store employees records without the wrongful gas charge. Better to let folks know to bring an ice scraper as you don't have them in your trucks

Plus it definitely didn't get 10 miles to the gallon-6-7 at best. I will close in I've used this location many times over the yrs and they're always nice and more than helpful. But you guys really need to retire some of these rental trucks a lot sooner than you do. Because thank god I was only doing a local move and could stay on back roads..with not being able to do over 45 without shaking like crazy. Dayle Ward

Chris B.I paid online for a 26' truck at 04:00 pm and they kept me at the counter for almost an hour and then told me that they didn't have it available and that they could give me a 20' truck and I told them that this small unit was going to occupy me twice as much of work and twice as many miles and that I would need it for longer then and he told me no that he only had it for 4 hours and when I delivered it 20 hours later they charged me for two days. bad service and rudeness.

Kira L.I was surprised to see hitch wiring hanging out the hatch instead of underneath the car near the actual hitch. After I looked up online I now understand it is option for the RAV4 but it would have been nice if they gave a heads up this was how they were doing it.
Douglas O.All in all, the location and staff were awesome. The truck worked until the shifter came loose and wouldn't shift into drive. Luckily the guy that was with me knew how to get under the truck and temporarily fix it.
