Upon pickup, I encountered a absolute JERK. Very Rude, Inconsiderate, Argumentative and A man trying to be combative to me in front of my son over parking, I had to park in the street in the rain to avoid a severe argument with a Jerk that later I found out was the Assistant Manager... The young lady inside was very pleasant... Drop off was great.... The Assistant manager needs to realize he working in customer service... Don’t be a A$$ ??... JERK!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend getting Kyle some customer service skills. I almost didn’t use this u-haul because of him. However, the other associates are great. When I dropped off the trailer, I was greeted and saw how a different associate handled customers while working with me. Exceptional. Maybe just keep Kyle in the back away from customers.

The track was dirty. I wont recommend any of your rental locations.Charging different rate for mileage for Friday and Saturday stinks.Taking advantage of your customers for few dollars is a terrible bussines policy.

Was an frustrating, interesting and humorous visit. I rent a lot from uhaul, but as a regular all the pictures and such that are required every visit have me second guessing if I should continue. No need to treat regulars like criminals...Today did all the pre register stuff only again to have the person say at the location side say all of the stuff was lost as he was entering and doing the rental. Well the humourous part was that after he stood next to me on the lot, we all proceeded into the building as he had to start my rental over after the company lost all of my info and somehow cancelled my order. Well again after standing next to me on the lot, he had me stand behind a stack of boxes with a cloth over them with a credit card machine sitting on it about 7ish feet from the counter. He had me stand behind that, I did and then he produced what I can only describe as a basket on a stick, (think of a fish and chips Long John Silvers red plastic serving basket without the paper liner taped with appeared to be black electrical tape to a broom stick). He asked that I place my driver's license on it, but that was very difficult as I was laughing so hard at the basket on the stick. Even another customer commented he felt like he was in a safe church where they didnt trust the people in in the pews with the basket. Anyhow as I was laughing he entered the info...placed my driver's license back into the basket and stretched it out to me to recover from his basket on the stick. He said his District Manager made them use this genius idea. As I picked up my driver's license I held it up and commented " you do understand that just a couple of minutes ago this was in my hands before I dropped it into the basket on a stick to you". His eyes got wide and he realized that all the guests he had helped in this manner had held their card as well and immediately grabbed the bottle of sanitizer...too little too late, but am glad the guy upstairs, in this time of trial for us all, made my day and laugh harder than I have for days...make sure to thank your DM for me as nothing surprises me any more. When I returned my trailer I just had to take my girlfriend, who didnt believe my story, into the store to actually see this brilliantly funny device...you made her day as well.

When a site is closed you need to let customer know. Tryed to use app to unlock sunnyside address, app did not work and very frustrating. People on the phone know help what so ever. Finally, got to give me a place the was opened and when I was there staff was friendly, knowledgeable and was most helpful. Made are day so we were able to move.

Rented trucks twice in 2 weeks. Both times the starting mileage and gas level was wrong on contract. If I hadn’t taken pictures I would’ve been charged an additional $40 the first time and $70 the second. Doesn’t make this location seem trustworthy.

I arrived to the location around 8:00am I had a reservation to pick up a standard pickup truck there was absolutely no parking to park my vehicle, I went inside to check in and there was no one at the counter I could not find anyone who seemed to be working. A lady walked up asked if the white Honda was my car I said yes she stated I would have to move my vehicle I asked her the worker where would she like me to park because there was no customer parking she instructed out on the street or there is a neighborhood I could park in. I ended up having to park my vehicle out on a busy street. I then went back inside to check in and again no one to help me. A young man then walked up and I was able to start my check in process I never once was told that the customer was responsible for inspecting the vehicle before I drove off. I had to walk out and locate the vehicle I was renting alone the pickup truck was extremely dirty inside and smelled like strong cigarette smoke I did not receive a text until I was already gone from the location on the inspection of vehicle. Very poor customer service I have rented here numerous times and never had such a bad experience like I did yesterday Saturday 03/21/2020.

The customer service was not welcoming @ all. The guy that checked me out the truck was not pleasant. I used your company truck to move items from Fresno ca, to Gardena, Ca. That cost was over $300 dollars & the service I received wasn’t good.

We were told by uhaul our preferred drop off location wasn’t available and were told to bring it to 4645 N Blythe, Fresno CA instead. It was a far location but we had no other choice according to uhaul. We get all the way there and the business was closed even though the woman we spoke to said it would be open until 7 and it was 5. There was a handwritten sign on the door with a phone number and so we called to find out where to leave the keys and they said instead of the drop box we needed to walk to a fire hydrant on the property and throw the keys over the fence... we didn’t feel comfortable with this at all. It felt very sketchy and like a weird scam. We decided against leaving the truck there and had to contact uhaul again and drive another 20 minutes to a different location to finally drop off the truck. I hope you contact the 4645 Blythe location and see what is happening there.

Everything was great until I came back to turn in the truck. When I explained to the attendant what I was told my bill would be and that I was to get a special credit that discount was unavailable and the person who said I was to get a credit - not at work. So my bill was put on hold and I was told I would be contacted with an explanation. No phone call. Just an email in my inbox with the disputed total. So what can a customer do? I will not be going back.

The other location I went to on Blythe and shaw let me make a reservation but when I got there said they had no trucks and sent me to this location to get one. Other than that everything went fine.

I came to get a moving truck I reserved the wrong size the worker was Jacob spoon he was kind enough to help me get the right size and made my overall experience very easy and comfortable. He was very kind to me and made me want to come back again. I will reccomend this location to everyone because of how good the customer service was. Hire more people like Jacob spoon!

They told me that the mileage didn’t matter but it does. Then they tried saying I went more miles then I did. Just not happy and will never use them again.

Tell the truth. I ordered a $19.95 truck. I had it for less then 4 hrs. I drove it approximately 38 miles. It cost me over $90. Very deceptive terms. No explanation of additional costs. Never again!

Horrible experience with online rental store rep made a new reservation and now I'm being accused of taking to Van's and it has been reported I was seen on camera taking the van which is a lie my bank acc is now overdrafted and I have to go without food till friday because of horrible service I dont plan on Everest using uhaul again and I will be letting all of my constituents know of this horrible debacle

This is my second complaint to U-Haul. The Bullard location is so short staffed it's ridiculous. No one has time to wait in line this long. I just left my trailer, as I usually do. When I rented the trailer, it was full of rocks, gravel and sand. Obviously, no one had bothered to make note of that when someone checked it in previously. I would not return if this weren't the only viable game in town.

There is an employee named “Rob” there. He seems to be a supervisor or manager perhaps. I won’t mince words: he is a terrible human being. He was rude to every customer he interacted with, including me. He very clearly hates his job. He’s done. Checked out. It’s over for him. Do Rob and your business both a favor and let him go. A woman was waiting in line before me, and Rob started helping another customer before her. She very understandably asked why she got passed up. Rob very rudely snorted, “These customers did their due diligence and made a reservation.” What does that even mean? “Due diligence...” Theres nothing wrong with walking in and he shouldn’t have made her feel bad. Then Rob asked me for a third contact number and I gave him my grandma’s number because it’s the only one I could think of and he ACTUALLY CALLED my grandma to verify the number!!!!!! When I returned my truck, he started bossing me around and telling me to get on the truck and turn on the lights, etc. At that point I was so disgusted by Rob, I told him “I don’t work for you.” He said with his snooty attitude, “Fine, I’ll just charge you the $20 fee then.” I told him “No you won’t,” and he continued on telling me he was going to charge me this $20 fee. I asked him to show me the part of the contract that required me to do his job or else be charged a fee, and he did not show me. So, I told him if he charged me the fee I would call and report the charge on my credit card as fraudulent. He finally backed off and did not charge me the fee. He needs to find another job. He’s clearly miserable. I’m very serious. This is not meant to be sarcastic. I manage people, and I am responsible for hiring and discharging employees. And, I will say that, based on my experience, Rob needs to be let go.
