Not enough customer parking. The vehicle had taping around top of cab and not very clean on the outside. Checking-in via a mobile device ended up taking longer than just going inside. Had to wait/interrupt cashier just to get keys

We where in line 4 40 minutes and then they handed us a key without telling us what to do. We go out side and can’t find truck I went back inside and they said we can’t help you right now so we had to wait another 25 min to get truck. This is the most unorganized business I have ever experienced.

I preregistered on line to "expedite" the process. I stood in line for 45 minutes waiting for a clerk. the outside attendant was helpful and courteous, as was the clerk. The system was terrible. I would rather go to the DVM than wait there again. I have had better service at other locations.

Possible short staff on a Saturday. It took almost 2 hrs to get a uhaul with a reservation. Upon returning was being charged a night rate when speaking with the manager who approved a later time to return the uhaul due to the 2 he delay if getting the uhaul, it was not documented or enter in the system. which then resulted in another hour of waiting to get it corrected. Very time consuming delaying my move resulting in extra expenses due to the delay.

the customer service was great at the store, can't say much about the call center who made the reservation, she booked me a storage unit to store my stuff when we got there they said they had no empty spaces. thank god the manager at the storage unit called around and found me one, stop trying to book unit for people if you don't know if there is nothing available

I thought the experience this time with uhaul was adequate UNTIL I realized I was charged for using the dolly and pads which I specifically told the clerk I did not do. In fact, upon receipt of the truck, the dolly had it's zip tie removed and the person checking out the truck with me told me that it was alright-she would remember that and if I had a problem about it, they could ask her. Because I was in a big hurry, I didn't argue the point. Nor did I argue the point when the odometer reading was found to be about 80,000-yes eighty thousand- miles different than the contact said. She also told me that would be corrected and wrote the true checkout mileage on the contract and signed it for me. So it took a long time to process when I returned it. And then, because I was in a hurry at checkout and had kept the truck an extra day as well, I didn't realize the price was off until I looked at it later. So NOW I have to go back in and see if they will refund the twenty dollar overcharge. And if they don't, then I'll have to write the corporate office to try and get what is honestly due me. So with the problem returning it due to incorrect mileage reporting, I'll be using up at least an extra ninety minutes of my time related to this uhaul that shouldn't have had to use. Frustrating! Other than this problem, I've always really liked my uhaul experiences. The customer service has always been great, overall. ??

When I received the truck the actual fuel gage differed extremely from that of their contract knowledge and after haveing the contract modified I left the lot not knowing that the vehicle did not even have enough gas to make it to the nearest gas station. That and the customer service there is highly lacking.

Don't waste your time. You will thank me later. 1st problem: I made a reservation and then I was notified that someone picked up my truck... I was at work..... So I take time off work and see what's the problem. Turns out, someone with the same name and in Fresno took my reservation... On my acct.... So I made another reservation. Ok, no biggie. Just inconvenient. 2nd problem: i got mixed up with someone AGAIN. Someone took my truck, again!!! So I had to come back for the 2nd time in person to clear things up. I was there for an hour.... while only one employee was a cashier. Line was ridiculous 3rd problem: I call to extend my reservation. Then I get a call a few hours later stating that my reservation was never extended????? But the woman who called me took care of it. But if she didn't call me... It could've ended worse. I'm glad she did. 4th problem: I return my truck and I was charged for three days.... I only used it for two days..... But, Thomas j. was my cashier and he made the experience a lot better. He went above and beyond to help me and clear things up. Also, I don't know the name of the person who checked my equipment in, but he was good too. They were both competent. Horrible experience, but the cashier and equipment return guy did a great job.

It seems like they didn't have enough people working the front desk because we were in line about 40 minutes. We didn't expect that and had asked to pick up the van at the south Fresno office but were moved to the north office. The lady who helped us at the front desk had a fever and said she was achy. It was clear to us that she was sick and should not have been working because it affected her thought process. I believe It slowed down the check in process in the store.

There are no signs that customers can’t park in certain areas. There are like only 4 customer parking spots. I parked in a area that was unmarked and went inside to order my U-Haul service. I had to use my the bathroom really quick and one of the workers was yelling that if I don’t move the car, they will not serve me. I moved my car somewhere else and still got served but the guy was really rude. Need to mark areas customers cannot park in and put up signs that you guys have the right to refuse service if they are going to threaten that to me and every other customer who parks in a unmarked spot. And I’ve seen almost every other customer park in a unmarked spot and get told to move their vehicle. Just some signs in unmarked areas would be nice.

Efficiency! Location is UNDERSTAFFED for the amount of business that comes through here. Your poor employees take unnecessary insult and criticism due to running around trying to satisfy multiple customers at one time. Either need additional yard personnel or more importantly someone to constantly maintain the counter, thus giving the notion each individual is being shown attention. I noted people pulling into yard and being assisted sooner than customers inside in line due to miscommunication.

Moving is always stressful. I set up a pick up for 8 pm, I don’t remember getting anything about having to pick up at a certain time. We arrived just after 9 and tried to complete and it said reservation had expired. I called and the representative reset the time to 11 pm. We arrived close to 11 to find that our assigned truck was completely blocked in and not accessible. I called back and they reassigned a 2nd truck. We located the 2nd truck and it also was blocked in and not accessible. By this time it was midnight I called back yet again and reassigned the truck for the next morning. Upon arrival the next morning a new person helped us at first I explained the situation and that I had a share reservation with a truck already assigned but he argued that I still must wait in line. I got in a line with 7 people. Waited 20 minutes and finally walked to the front and spoke to a very helpful person who promptly finally got on the ball and got us the truck in a timely manner. Overall the experience was horrible
